Jack Baron serves as President of the Advanced Solutions Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading all of PAETEC's subsidiaries. These six companies provide many products and services which compliment PAETEC's core data and voice offerings, and provide critical solutions for our customers, while substantially improving the nature of our partnerships with our customers. Mr. Baron is a co-founder of PAETEC and has over 25 years of management experience, including 17 years in telecom sales, marketing, training, and customer-service. Prior to joining PAETEC, Mr. Baron served as National Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for ACC TeleCom's U.S. operations. Prior to joining ACC in 1995, Mr. Baron served as President of ETI Technical College, a 4-year engineering college in Cleveland. Mr. Baron is now Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board for Rochester's Flower City Habitat for Humanity, as well as a member of the Habitat Board of Directors. He also serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Otetiana Council of the Boy Scouts of America, as he has since 2001. Mr. Baron has an MBA from Syracuse University with a concentration in marketing, graduating summa cum laude. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester, where he graduated with high honors.

Robert D. Moore, Jr. has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of PAETEC Holding since February 2007. Mr. Moore has served in those positions with PaeTec Communications, Inc. since December 2005. Before assuming his current position with PAETEC Holding, Mr. Moore served as Senior Vice President-Information Technology from August 2004 and, beginning in 1998, in various other roles with PaeTec Communications. In his capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Mr. Moore has been responsible for overseeing operating support systems, systems operations and engineering, and applications development and deployment. Mr. Moore possesses more than 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and was employed by ACC Communications before joining PaeTec Communications.

Charles E. Sieving , age 34, has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PAETEC Holding since February 2007. Mr. Sieving was associated with Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., an international law firm, from October 1998 to February 2007 and served as a partner of that firm from January 2005 to February 2007.

Mario DeRiggi serves as Executive Vice President responsible for overseeing PAETEC's entire Direct sales channel. Prior to beginning his career at PAETEC as Vice President of Sales for NY Metro, Mr. DeRiggi had over ten years' experience in the telecommunications industry, holding positions at Allnet Communications, AT&T, Winstar Communications, and Cablevision Lighpath. Mr. DeRiggi received his B.A. from SUNY Oswego.

Donna Wenk has been with PAETEC since its inception in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President responsible for Business Process Management, Quality, and Incentive Compensation. Ms. Wenk also oversees integration initiatives associated with the PAETEC and US LEC merger. Ms. Wenk has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, having served ACC Telecom as the Director of Customer Service and lead the team that established ACC's highly successful CLEC business unit. Prior to ACC, Donna spent eight years at Frontier Corp., (formerly Rochester Telephone) where she held several management positions in Customer Service, Credit/Collections, Order Processing, Human Resources and Business Process Re-engineering. Ms. Wenk serves on the Board of Directors for both Bivona Child Advocacy Center and Compeer International. She is also a member of the Business Advisory Council for SUNY Geneseo. Ms. Wenk holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Rochester Simon School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Lawrence University.

John Leach serves as senior vice president of alternate channels, and is responsible for the success of PAETEC's authorized agent sales channel program in the company's South, South Central, and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Leach has more than 20 years of telecommunications and sales experience, with increasing levels of executive responsibility. Prior to joining PAETEC, he was most recently president and chief executive officer of Covista Communications. He has also worked for Bell South, BTI Communications, and Telco Communications Group. Mr. Leach has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.

Mr. Mahler is Vice President of the StarNet Division of PAETEC Communications Inc. and has spent over 11 years developing the organization. For several years Mr. Mahler acted as a liaison to outside legal and professional services for all aspects of the organization. His duties included contract review, customer and vendor negotiations, organizational development and product planning/development. Today Mr. Mahler leads all major operational and strategic initiatives of the StarNet Division. Initially launched as a local ISP in the Chicagoland area, StarNet saw an opportunity to evolve its business model from retail Internet access to a national wholesale model, and thus the MegaPOP service brand was created. Today, StarNet's MegaPOP network offers access numbers in all 50 states, covering 92% of the US population and attracting premier Internet Service Providers such as MSN, United Online (Juno/Netzero), and Earthlink. Exploiting it's network design and implementation expertise, StarNet has deployed Voice Over IP ("VoIP") throughout much of that same network. In doing so MegaPOP VoIP has been able to service many successful VoIP Providers as well. In his 9 years of service at the former StarNet, Inc., Mr. Mahler held several management positions including General Manager. He was also responsible for the initial build out of the MegaPOP network. Mr. Mahler received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Lewis University in Aviation Administration.

Mr. Aab co-founded US LEC in June 1996 and has served as Chairman of the Board until joining PAETEC's Board in February 2007 as Vice Chairman. He also served as Chief Executive Officer from June 1996 until July 1999. Between 1982 and 1997, Mr. Aab held various positions with ACC Corp., an international telecommunications company in Rochester, NY, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and served as a director. Mr. Aab is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Rochester, the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester Institute of Technology and various private corporate institutions.

Chris has been on the CURE board since April 2005. He joined the board because he lost a brother to cancer when he was a child. Due to what his family has gone through he saw first hand what a great benefit CURE provides. Chris has resided in the Rochester area for 10 years. He lives with his wife Kathy and two daughters, Lauren and Meghan. He works for PAETEC Communications, Inc. In his free Chris enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs

Frank joined IPC in August of 2007, after spending 10 years selling carrier access services for Allegiance Telecom, US LEC and PAETEC. A 1982 graduate of the University of Maryland, he began his career in the healthcare industry, selling technology products such as surgical lasers. Shifting to Telecommunications in 1998, Frank has held various sales management positions across the direct, carrier/wholesale and agent sales channels. He has been active with the Technology committee of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and also with the University of Maryland Alumni Association. Frank enjoys skiing and snowboarding, playing golf and softball, and actively supporting Maryland Terrapin athletics.

H. Russell Frisby, Jr. has served as a director of PAETEC Holding since February 2007 and as a director of PAETEC Corp. since January 2007. Mr. Frisby has been the partner-in-charge of the Telecom Group of Fleischman and Walsh, L.L.P., a law firm, since March 2006, when he joined the firm. Mr. Frisby s legal practice focuses on regulatory and corporate matters affecting entities in the communications, energy and technology areas, and for over 20 years he has represented clients in a wide variety of proceedings before the FCC, state utility commissions and federal courts. Before joining Fleischman and Walsh, Mr. Frisby was a partner with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP, a law firm, beginning in April 2005. From February 1998 to March 2005, Mr. Frisby was the President, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Legal Officer of the Competitive Telecommunications Association (CompTel) and, before his service in that position, served as Chairman of the Maryland Public Service Commission. Mr. Frisby holds a B.A. degree from Swarthmore College and a J.D. degree from Yale Law School.

Mr. Kofalt has extensive executive experience in the communications industry and in the United States military. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Campuslink from 1995 until it was acquired by PAETEC Communications in 1999. Mr. Kofalt has also served as Chairman of Correctnet Global Information Solutions, Inc., Chairman of Alliance Cabletel Holdings, LP, Chairman of Optel, Inc. and Director for Classic Communications, Inc. From 1976 to 1994, Mr. Kofalt held various management positions with Cablevision Systems Corporation, including President, Chief Operating Officer and director. Mr. Kofalt received his BS degree from The United States Military Academy at West Point.

Michael C. Mac Donald is senior vice president, operational effectiveness for Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in September 2008 and leads the integration of Xerox Mortgage Services and Xerox Litigation Services with other units of the company. Mac Donald is a senior vice president of the corporation, appointed in July 2000. He was previously president of Xerox Marketing Operations, responsible for corporate marketing, xerox.com, advertising, brand, public relations, and corporate communications. Mac Donald joined Xerox in 1977 as a field sales representative and has held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management. He was president, Marketing & Global Accounts from 2004 - 2007. Prior to that, he was president, North American Solutions Group, responsible for all products, services and solutions sold by the Xerox direct sales force in the United States and Canada. He has also served as that group's senior vice president of marketing and chief of staff. After receiving a bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University in 1975, Mac Donald attended Iona College's John C. Hagen Graduate School of Business. He completed executive business and management programs at Columbia University and Harvard in 1992 and 1998, respectively. Mac Donald is a board director of Medifast, PAETEC, and the Jimmy V Foundation.

Mr. Ganatra co-founded US LEC in June 1996 and has served as a director until joining PAETEC's Board in February, 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from July 1999 until his retirement in December 2001. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer from June 1996 until July 1999. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Ganatra held various positions with ACC Corp., including serving as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining ACC Corp., Mr. Ganatra held various positions during a 19-year career with Rochester Telephone Corp., culminating with the position of Director of Network Engineering.
