Ed has been instrumental in building Palm's business and culture since 1993. He drives Palm's global leadership in innovative mobile products, such as the company's groundbreaking Palm webOS platform and Palm Pre phone, and is responsible for company strategy. Prior to being named president and CEO, Ed was senior vice president and general manager of the company's Wireless Business Unit. Ed has been part of starting or founding five technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Handspring, Inc., the company behind the design and development of the Treo smartphone. As president and chief operating officer, he designed the marketing strategy for Handspring's handheld computers and smartphones. Earlier in his career, Ed was vice president of strategic and product marketing at Radius Corporation. Executive Chairman, Palm, Inc. As executive chairman of Palm, Inc., Jon Rubinstein is chairman of the company's board of directors. In addition, he is an executive officer of the company and leads the company's product-development efforts, focused on driving innovation in the mobile-computing market. Jon has helped launch some of the most influential computing products of the past decade. As a member of Apple Inc.'s executive staff and head of hardware engineering, he was instrumental in conceiving the iPod, one of the most successful consumer electronics products ever. He also led the team that built the iMac. Jon began his Apple career in 1997 as senior vice president for hardware engineering. He quickly made a mark by overhauling the company's engineering teams, product roadmaps and manufacturing processes. In 1998, Jon led his new, more nimble engineering team through a rapid rollout of the colorful, egg-shaped iMac, a machine that at once revitalized Apple and revolutionized personal computer design. As the success of the iPod soared, he became head of the iPod Division. Before joining Apple, Jon spent two decades building his career at a variety of other computer companies, including Hewlett-Packard and NeXT, and started his own computer company, Firepower Systems Inc. He developed many successful products and received a variety of patents during this period. Jon is a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) and a senior member of the IEEE. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in computer science from Colorado State University.

As chief financial officer, Andy is responsible for finance and accounting, investor relations, corporate development and information technology at Palm. Before joining Palm in December 2004, Andy was the chief financial officer at Pillar Data Systems, a development stage startup, and prior to that he was at Legato Systems, Inc., where he was part of a new management team that rebuilt the company. Prior to Legato, he was the vice president and chief financial officer at Adaptec, Inc., where he helped drive company performance during periods of rapid growth. Andy also held prior finance-management roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Precision Monolithics, Inc. Brown holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University (Charleston, Ill.) and is on the board of directors of Peregrine Systems.

Doug is responsible for finance and accounting, investor relations, corporate development and information technology at Palm. He has a strong technology background and a broad range of financial leadership experience in large, high-growth public and private equity backed companies. Before joining Palm, Doug was vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at eBay, where his worldwide responsibilities included controllership, treasury and risk management, tax planning and compliance, procurement, and SEC reporting. He has also held financial and information-technology leadership roles at GenCorp, Red Herring Communications, Alaris Medical and Cardinal Health and was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse. Douglas is a CPA and has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Chico.

Brodie is responsible for Palm's marketing and corporate development functions. This includes product management, brand building, channel and product marketing, corporate communications and business development. Brodie came to Palm after helming the consumer electronics unit of Seagate Technology and holding a variety of executive positions at TiVo, Inc., culminating in executive vice president and general manager of the consumer division. Earlier in his career, Brodie held multiple product marketing roles at Apple Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Company. Brodie received a bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University, Chico.

Prior to joining G24i, Mr. Hartnett was senior vice president of global markets at Palm, Inc., where he was responsible for worldwide sales, service and support. Previously, Mr. Hartnett was executive vice president of worldwide operations, service, support and eCommerce at Handspring, Inc. and was an integral member of the executive leadership team that led the 2003 merger of Handspring and palmOne to form what is known today as Palm, Inc. He has over 20 years of senior management experience across sales, marketing, and operations in the U.S. and Ireland. His career in high tech boasts some of the industry's leading companies such as Handspring, Metacreations, Claris, AT&T, Digital Equipment, and Wang. Since 2004, Mr. Hartnett has been annually honored as one of the top 100 Irish American business executives in the U.S. by Irish America Magazine. He is a member of the Wireless Advisory Board in the U.S. for Enterprise Ireland and is the President and Chairman, as well as a founding member, of the Irish Technology Leadership Group (ITLG) in the U.S. Mr. Hartnett earned a marketing degree through the Marketing Institute of Ireland, a post-graduate diploma in finance through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and completed the executive management program at Stanford University. He is a native of Limerick, and on the board of the University of Limerick Foundation. John is a member of The American Ireland Fund and the US-Ireland Alliance.

As senior vice president, business development, Mark is responsible for Palm corporate and business-development functions. He returns to Palm after an absence of four years. In his early years at the company, Mark was the vice president responsible for the Palm OS® platform and led the creation of the "Palm Economy," which grew to more than 100,000 developers and 20,000 applications during his tenure. Prior to his return to Palm, Mark was a vice president at Intuit, where he helped establish and grow the Intuit Developer Network. His group created SDKs (software development kits), recruited developers and provided technical and member support and service resulting in 30,000+ developers producing 7,000 applications for Intuit. Prior to Intuit, Mark was vice president of marketing and business development at Atheros Communications, an early stage wireless semiconductor startup. He was responsible for all marketing, product marketing strategy, segmentation and business development. Before his initial position at Palm, Mark held several management and executive management positions at high-growth technology companies, including Sun Microsystems and Chipcom Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge

Mike leads the companys product-realization group, leveraging his extensive expertise in bringing products to market. He has a broad range of technology experience and skills, including product development and design, hardware and software engineering, program management, product strategy, strategic negotiations and worldwide markets. Mike comes to Palm from Apple Inc., where he was vice president, CPU Software, in the Mac Hardware Division. In his 16 years at Apple, Mike led a host of efforts in a variety of roles, including overall product development leadership for the AirPort line of products and low-level software for all Mac hardware products. Mike has a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

As vice president of marketing, Page manages all Palm marketing worldwide, including channel and carrier programs, advertising, public relations, marcom, web and partner marketing. Prior to joining the company in 2001, Page held marketing vice president positions with Flycode and with Riffage.com, a leading member of an online music startup backed by AOL, BMG and Real. At Riffage.com, he drove the development of all products, including a recommendation engine based on collaborative and associative filtering, radio streaming, eCommerce operation and webcasts, and led the marketing efforts for the website, performance venue and record label. Earlier, Page served as a vice president and management supervisor for DMB&B, during which time he won and managed the company's largest account, Hewlett-Packard. Page expanded the account to encompass all North American promotions for consumer products, launching advertising and PR-driven efforts. In addition, Page has held several positions with Apple Computer, including advertising manager for the Newton and software division, corporate worldwide advertising manager, and worldwide marketing manager for printers and imaging. Earlier in his career, Page was an account director for FCB San Francisco, responsible for the Pacific Bell and Epson accounts, including advertising and the rebranding of Pacific Bell. While at TBWA Advertising in New York, his accounts included Absolut Vodka, Bombay Gin, Evian Mineral Water, NEC Electronics, Motorola, Chock ful 'o Nuts coffee and Steuben Crystal. Page has a bachelor's degree in economics and history from Duke University.

Jeff is responsible for creating and sustaining a competitive advantage for Palm by developing an industry-leading global supply-chain model. Jeff joined Palm from Nokia, where he was vice president of Global Customer Logistics, responsible for a diverse global team located in more than 45 countries. He spent 13 years at Nokia in a wide range of roles, including four years heading operations and logistics for the Americas, and a prior role leading Nokia's Sales and Marketing for AT&T Wireless. Earlier in his career, Jeff helped start up a Boeing Electronics facility focused on high-performance teams, and was a production manager at Texas Instruments. Jeff has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Dayton, and a master's of business administration from Southern Methodist University.

Joe Fabris has 23 years of experience in the high-tech market, serving in a variety of positions with leading companies in the industry. He joined Palm through the merger of Handspring and Palm in 2003. At Palm, he is responsible for the marketing of the wireless line of the company's solutions to the business audience, including email and infrastructure products as well as productivity applications. Before working in the smartphone world, Joe spent 10 years at Microsoft. He held positions as a systems engineer, sales executive, marketing manager, education and government sales manager, and Western Region marketing director. In 1992, he was awarded the Chairman's Award by Microsoft CEO Bill Gates as the nation's top sales executive. In 1997, he was again recognized as the nation's top field manager. Prior to joining Microsoft, Joe spent five years at IBM, where he was a mechanical engineer at the San Jose disk drive facility before attaining his MBA and becoming an IBM marketing representative. Joe is a member of the board of directors of The Tech Museum of Innovation, where in 2002 he launched a Video Game Fundraiser called Maxgames, which utilizes the Tech's IMAX Dome as a playing venue. He is a graduate of San Jose City College and Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo.

Mary manages the delivery of legal services to Palm's international operations, and is responsible for the company's intellectual property strategy and its government affairs program. She represents Palm on the boards of the American Electronics Association and the Information Technology Industry Council. Before joining Palm, Mary was general counsel and secretary at General Magic, Inc. Prior to that, she worked for 12 years at Teledyne, Inc., culminating as general counsel of the company's Aerospace and Electronics Segment. She began her legal career in business litigation at Manatt Phelps. Mary has a bachelor's degree in biology and economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She received her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.

Rena is responsible for all worldwide human resources activities at Palm, including staffing, benefits, compensation and work force development. Rena brings more than 20 years of experience providing progressive human resources leadership to companies throughout all stages of development and global organizational growth. She joined Palm from WebEx, where she was vice president of human resources. Previously, Rena was vice president of human resources at MIPS at the time of its spin-out and IPO and was one of the original human resources leaders at SGI during its period of rapid growth. She also held roles with Exxon Corporation's high-technology merger and acquisitions team. Rena received a bachelor's degree in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Mr. Ryan "Has-No-Nickname-Until-We-Get-to-Know-Him-Better" Lim is the newest addition to our youth teaching staff. Ryan is a transplant from the state of Illinois where he graduated from UI Champaigne. He is a software engineer for Palm who enjoys biking and roller blading. He is a ping-pong master on par with David and takes the challenge of all you mortal ping-pongers. He will crush you like little fish eyeballs. This will be his first year serving as a teacher in our ministry. So, please be gentle with him. Ryan will be teaching the MS Bible Foundations SSH Bible Study class in 2008-09.

As senior vice president of system software, Way is responsible for the underlying system and media software for Palm's platform. Way's executive management and engineering leadership experience spans over 20 years in roles from startup CEO and founder to large-company senior executive. Prior to joining Palm, he founded Voxa, an enterprise application software company, and Pictra, which allowed customers and business to put digital photo albums online. Prior to Pictra, Way was vice president and general manager of the Visual Magic Division of Silicon Graphics. Before that, he was vice president of engineering at Stardent Computer Corp., a manufacturer of high-end graphics workstations. He also spent nine years with AT&T/Bell Labs in New Jersey serving in various engineering and management capacities. Way holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Cornell University.

Bob came to Polycom to build on the vision of delivering a total conferencing and collaboration solution to the customer. Polycom's solutions are unique, integrating voice, video, web, and data conferencing, and the network to support them. During Bob's tenure, Polycom has made a number of key acquisitions Voyant Technologies, ViaVideo, Accord Networks, PictureTel, Meet you, ASPI and Circa Communications build the most complete product offering for collaborative communications. His continuing focus on customer need has led to the creation of a customer facing, direct touch sales force and a world class global service and distribution channel. Today, Polycom is the market leader delivering best in class category products and the industry's only Unified Collaborative Communications solution integrating voice, video, data and the web extending from the desk top to the core infrastructure hardware and software required in a world class communications system. Prior to joining Polycom, Bob served as President of Stylus Assets, Ltd. and held key senior management positions with Logitech, Inc., Connor Peripherals, Signal Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Bob holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.A. in Management from St. Mary's College of California. Bob was named CEO of the Year in 2005 by industry analyst group Frost & Sullivan. In addition to Bob's Polycom Board membership, he currently serves on the Board of Modulus Video, Inc.

Ms. Dubinsky has been an Intuit director since 1999 and is a member of the Audit Committee. She has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Handspring, Inc. since July 1998 when she co-founded the company through its merger with Palm Computing, Inc., in October 2003. From June 1992 to July 1998, Ms. Dubinsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of Palm Computing, Inc. Ms. Dubinsky also serves on the board of directors of palmOne, Inc. Ms. Dubinsky holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com. In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987. In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet. He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society.
