Mr. Suquet is president and CEO of Pan-American Life Insurance Group Inc. New Orleans-based Pan-American Life has been a leading international insurance company for more than 95 years. Founded in 1911, Pan-American Life employs more than 700 worldwide, providing its top-rated life, group life and health and worksite benefits in 43 states, the District of Columbia (DC) and Puerto Rico. Its international operations, offering life and group health insurance throughout Latin America, include affiliates in Panama, Guatemala and Colombia, and branch offices in Ecuador, El Salvador and Honduras. Mr. Suquet has held senior management posts in the insurance industry for more than two decades, including serving as senior executive vice president of AXA Financial, with responsibilities that included managing the company's multiple distribution channels and service operations. During his 6-year tenure at the company's corporate office, AXA's sales rose from $5.5 billion to more than $13 billion. Over the past 25 years, he has served major insurance organizations in management, operations, sales and marketing positions for both domestic and overseas operations. Mr. Suquet was born in Cuba and graduated from Fordham University (New York) with a Bachelors of Arts. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. He has long been involved in professional and industry associations, and is past chairman of LIMRA International and a former member of the board of trustees of the American College (a professional institution that provides advanced degrees in the industry.) While living in New York, Mr. Suquet served as a director of the Greater New York YMCA and as a trustee of the Browning School. Before moving to New York City, Mr. Suquet was prominent in Miami civic and business affairs, where his general agency The Suquet Agency was among the sales and marketing leaders of The Equitable. The Suquet Agency was awarded Equitable President's Trophy for eight straight years under his management. In Miami, Mr. Suquet was chairman-elect of the Beacon Council comprised of business, civic and government leaders in the region- and was a trustee of Florida International University Foundation. He was also a trustee of Baptist Hospital Foundation and the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of United Way. Mr. Suquet serves on the board of trustees of the United Way of the Greater New Orleans Area and is vice chairman of the United Way campaign for 2007. He is a board member of the Ochsner Health System and Greater New Orleans Inc. Mr. Suquet is also a member of the Business Council of New Orleans and the River Region.

Rodolfo J. "Rudy" Revuelta is responsible for the corporate and mortgage-backed securities portfolios of Pan-American's U.S. and Latin American branches and affiliates. Mr. Revuelta began his professional career with Pan-American Life in 1976 as a Latin American securities analyst and was named vice president in 1993.

Mr. Martinez is responsible for developing our international markets and managing the international individual insurance and group international operations in countries where we have a corporate presence. With more than 35 years of practice, his efforts are focused on gaining market share, developing distribution and contributing to corporate profits. Mr. Martinez came to Pan-American Life in 1996 from John Hancock Life Insurance Company in Boston where he was director of agency development. His responsibilities as a director included the development of the independent agency distribution system for John Hancock for the domestic market. Before working for John Hancock, Mr. Martinez spent 24 years with Confederation Life Insurance Company in Atlanta where he held numerous marketing responsibilities and positions, including director of agency management and international market development Mr. Martinez earned a bachelor's degree of arts in business administration from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
