Darla Braun, chief operations officer for InnerWireless, is responsible for all of the company's internal operations, including the design, development, production and deployment of technology components and systems, customer support and field operations. She brings 18 years of strong leadership experience in business development and technology management within the global telecommunications arena. Prior to InnerWireless, Darla was vice president of business development and global deployments for SpectraPoint Wireless, where she was instrumental in developing the market for LMDS/fixed broadband wireless technology. Braun was one of the original members whose vision grew the company from an incubator within Texas Instruments into a global leader among fixed broadband wireless vendors. As vice president of global sales and deployment for Bosch Telecom, Braun helped establish the company's brand in the global market. She executed successful product trials in all four regions of the world and built and trained a global team of sales managers. Previously, Braun worked for 13 years at Texas Instruments where she held several executive positions taking new products into high-volume production. As director of LMDS global deployments she helped develop an incubator within the company to introduce the LMDS product line. Previously, she was a member of the executive business process reengineering team whose work reduced TI's product production cycle and resulted in increased customer satisfaction. She also served in various operation management positions. Braun has given numerous speeches on wireless technology at Shorecliff and IIR events and is a STARTech mentor. Jeff White serves as President of Hatteras with responsibilities including strategy and business development. Mr. White has over 20 years experience in both building and investing in early stage companies. Jeff's last four companies all had successful exits - two successful IPOs and two acquisitions by major networking companies. Most recently, Mr.White was Executive Vice President of Strategy and an officer for Cognio (Cisco); he shared day-to-day management responsibilities with the CEO, and he was responsible for all business-related functions including sales, marketing and business development. For the six years prior to joining PanGo, McGuinness held the position of President and CEO of NuGenesis Technologies Corporation. During his tenure, McGuinness orchestrated the company's transition from a pre-production, technology focused software company into the leading provider of Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS) commanding over 85 percent market share. Within a four year span, NuGenesis completed over 400 enterprise software deployments at over 200 companies involving over 30,000 end user licensees. The company was acquired by Waters Corporation in February 2004. Prior to NuGenesis, McGuinness spent 10 years at Parametric Technology Corporation (now PTC), joining before its first product shipment and helping the company grow to become the dominant software vendor in the multi-billion dollar mechanical CAD/CAM market. As Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Services, McGuinness successfully grew the company's revenue from $267M to over $800M in a span of three years, ultimately, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Research, Development and Marketing responsible for executing the company's product strategy and market positioning. McGuinness serves on the Boards of Trustees of Fairfield University of Fairfield, CT and The Rivers School of Weston, MA. He holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University.
