Chris McCoy is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate development for InnerWireless. Prior to joining InnerWireless in August 2000, McCoy held several positions at SpectraPoint and Texas Instruments. McCoy also served as a Bombardier Navigator in the United States Navy for more than eight years.

Darla Braun, chief operations officer for InnerWireless, is responsible for all of the company's internal operations, including the design, development, production and deployment of technology components and systems, customer support and field operations. She brings 18 years of strong leadership experience in business development and technology management within the global telecommunications arena. Prior to InnerWireless, Darla was vice president of business development and global deployments for SpectraPoint Wireless, where she was instrumental in developing the market for LMDS/fixed broadband wireless technology. Braun was one of the original members whose vision grew the company from an incubator within Texas Instruments into a global leader among fixed broadband wireless vendors. As vice president of global sales and deployment for Bosch Telecom, Braun helped establish the company's brand in the global market. She executed successful product trials in all four regions of the world and built and trained a global team of sales managers. Previously, Braun worked for 13 years at Texas Instruments where she held several executive positions taking new products into high-volume production. As director of LMDS global deployments she helped develop an incubator within the company to introduce the LMDS product line. Previously, she was a member of the executive business process reengineering team whose work reduced TI's product production cycle and resulted in increased customer satisfaction. She also served in various operation management positions. Braun has given numerous speeches on wireless technology at Shorecliff and IIR events and is a STARTech mentor. Braun completed executive management training at Texas Instruments and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.

As InnerWireless' vice president of product development, Dr. Janet Lind is responsible for the design, development and delivery of compelling products and solutions that address the needs of mobile enterprises. With more than 30 years of wireless, technology and education industry experience, Dr. Lind leads InnerWireless' product development teams and focuses on managing modular designs for integrated wireless devices that will address different communications infrastructures worldwide.

Jeff White serves as President of Hatteras with responsibilities including strategy and business development. Mr. White has over 20 years experience in both building and investing in early stage companies. Jeff's last four companies all had successful exits - two successful IPOs and two acquisitions by major networking companies. Most recently, Mr.White was Executive Vice President of Strategy and an officer for Cognio (Cisco); he shared day-to-day management responsibilities with the CEO, and he was responsible for all business-related functions including sales, marketing and business development. In this position, Mr. White set and led the company's product and market strategy. Most notably, Mr. White managed Cognio's partnerships and owned Cognio's relationship with Cisco, which led to an OEM, a technology partnership and, ultimately, an acquisition. Prior to Cognio, Mr.White held numerous executive level operating roles. As Vice President of Marketing of Aruba Networks (Nasdaq: ARUN), Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Packet Engines, Inc (acquired by Alcatel), Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at FORE Systems (acquired by Marconi) and held product management and technical positions at Acterna (acquired by JDSU), BDM (acquired by TRW) and at the National Security Agency. In addition to his successful operating career, Mr. White was a General Partner at Columbia Capital, investing in communications technologies companies, and a member of multiple Boards of Directors, including Kirana Networks, Hatteras Networks and Luna Technologies (Nasdaq: LUNA). He was actively involved with Oclular Networks (acquired by Tellabs), CoManage (acquired by Syndesis) and Hillcrest Laboratories. Mr. White earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia .

Ed Cantwell is an InnerWireless founder and currently serves as its president, chief executive officer and chairman of the Board. Ed has more than 10 years' experience in the technology industry leading both large and venture-backed companies. While serving as a mentor with STARTech, the Richardson, Texas-based technology incubator, Ed saw the potential for a significant service business in a component manufactured by a small firm that was seeking funding.

Mr. Andrew J.S. Kang is the managing director of TAMC Ltd., a venture capital fund headquartered in Plano, TX. He is also the president of Natural Polymer International Corporation, a privately held high tech startup company based in Richardson, Texas, which focuses on researching biodegradable materials for different industrial and commercial applications.

Arun joined Columbia Capital in 2000 and focuses on Internet/media, wireless, and enterprise technology/services opportunities. Arun is on the Board of Directors or actively involved with Approva, Brickstream, Envysion, Freewebs, Gizmoz, InnerWireless, Intelliworks, Millenial Media, and Netuitive. Arun was also involved with former Columbia portfolio companies Adjoined (acquired by Kanbay International), Riptech (acquired by Symantec), and Softek Storage Holdings (acquired by IBM). Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Arun was at Carlyle Venture Partners focused on software and Internet investments. Earlier, Arun held positions in Arthur D. Littlea s telecom and technology consulting practice and shared responsibility for establishing ADLa s operation in India. Arun received a B.S. degree with Distinction in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

David Hull is a managing director of Centennial Ventures, one of the country's leading venture capital firms. With 25 years of venture experience, Hull previously served as managing general partner of Criterion Venture Partners, the venture arm of TransAmerica. He also was senior vice president of Finance at General Leisure Corporation, and served as vice president of Texas Capital Corporation.

Dr. Robertson has been the CEO of TomoTherapy since January 2005. He served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin between 2000-2004 and taught pediatric anesthesiology at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. His research activities focused on new technology applications for patient safety.From July 2000 through September 2000, Dr. Robertson served as Chief Clinical Officer of GE Medical Systems. From January 1993 to August 2000, he held various management positions with GE Marquette Medical Systems and the former Marquette Medical Systems, including President and Chief Executive Officer, President - Patient Monitoring Division, and Medical Director. Dr. Robertson is on the Board of Directors of two healthcare technology companies in addition to TomoTherapy: Access Genetics and InnerWireless. Dr. Robertson attended the University of Wisconsin, holds an M.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University.

Michael McGuinness brings to PanGo 22 years of strategic vision and successful execution in high technology, management and business development. His rich background and experience in developing young companies into category leaders will help PanGo capitalize on its leadership position as the market for WLAN-based location-aware systems accelerates. For the six years prior to joining PanGo, McGuinness held the position of President and CEO of NuGenesis Technologies Corporation. During his tenure, McGuinness orchestrated the company's transition from a pre-production, technology focused software company into the leading provider of Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS) commanding over 85 percent market share. Within a four year span, NuGenesis completed over 400 enterprise software deployments at over 200 companies involving over 30,000 end user licensees. The company was acquired by Waters Corporation in February 2004. Prior to NuGenesis, McGuinness spent 10 years at Parametric Technology Corporation (now PTC), joining before its first product shipment and helping the company grow to become the dominant software vendor in the multi-billion dollar mechanical CAD/CAM market. As Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Services, McGuinness successfully grew the company's revenue from $267M to over $800M in a span of three years, ultimately, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Research, Development and Marketing responsible for executing the company's product strategy and market positioning. McGuinness serves on the Boards of Trustees of Fairfield University of Fairfield, CT and The Rivers School of Weston, MA. He holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University.

Andrew Flett first joined Investcorp in 1998 as part of the Information Technology group and moved to work with Investcorp Technology Partners in 2003. Andrew sits on the boards of Antares and Aurora and works closely with InnerWireless and Magnum Semiconductor. Andrew holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
