Stephen Murray, Senior Vice President of Federal Operations, manages and oversees all Paradigm initiatives pertaining to software engineering services and managed services. His areas of responsibility include all aspects of the software development life cycle and comprise internet and client server solutions, mainframe programming, legacy system conversions, database engineering, data warehousing, associated software documentation, systems engineering, CMM and CMMI initiatives, operational support and outsourcing, service center solutions, network and telecommunications engineering services, and depot maintenance, and consulting services. Steve has vast experience in task, project, program and corporate operations management, successful project implementations, and in all aspects of business development. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland Baltimore County, Baltimore, MD.

Thomas J. Kristofco, Senior Vice President, Paradigm Solutions International and Blair Technology Group, directs the commercial solutions and services business segment of Paradigm Holdings, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, market positioning, integration team leadership, and the management of functional departments. Prior to this role, Mr. Kristofco was the founder and president of Blair Technology Group. The firm operated as an independent technology risk management consulting and IT staffing services organization since 1991, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradigm Solutions International in October 2005. Mr. Kristofco is a graduate of Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Accounting. He is a CPA and a member of the PICPA and AICPA. He is a frequent presenter in the areas of business continuity planning, information technology security, strategic technology planning and information technology recruiting.

Russell E. Blackwell, Vice President of Product and Professional Services, Paradigm Solutions International, has more than 30 years of industry management experience that consists of managing data center operations, software development teams, network operations, customer service, solutions engineering, and program/project management groups. He has held previous executive positions in the IT and telecommunications environments with various companies including RCA Global Communications, British Telecom NA, and Microlog Corporation. He successfully consulted for several years in the operations management and product development arenas, and as well, led the enterprise wide Y2K business continuity program for MCI Worldcom. Russ attended City College of New York and Pace University and is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
