Mr. Hale has served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Client Services since May 2008, when Alere merged with Matria Healthcare. Previously for Matria, he was Vice President of Operations for the Women's and Children's Health division since July 2006 and served as Director of MaternaLink Operations for Women's and Children's Health since he joined the company in August 2005. His diversified experience in process improvement, operations management, change leadership, organizational design, Six Sigma process reengineering (Black Belt), complex project management, and call center leadership provides him with the insight and experience necessary to work with and understand the needs of clients. Mr. Hale works both externally with clients and internally with the product development team to ensure the products and services Alere delivers are not only in line with current trends, but also anticipate the future of the marketplace. Prior to joining Matria, Mr. Hale was Senior Manager with The North Highland Company, where he consulted with Fortune 500 companies specializing in organizational change management, process improvement, organizational design and complex program management. Dr. Stanziano has served as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs for Women's and Children's Health since May 2008, when Alere merged with Matria Healthcare. Mr. Wilson has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Managed Care since May 2008, when Alere merged with Matria Healthcare. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Managed Care for the former Matria since February 2008, after serving as Vice President of Sales for Women's and Children's Health since December 2006. Before he joined Matria, Mr. Wilson served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Managed Care for Pediatric Services of America, Inc., a home care organization in Norcross, Georgia, that provides comprehensive care for medically fragile children. He also served as Area Vice President of Managed Care Sales at CareCentrix, where he was responsible for the entire sales process related to the execution of network management agreements. Mr. Wilson originally joined the former Matria Healthcare (formally Healthdyne, Inc.) in 1989 where he held five different roles before serving as the Vice President of Managed Care and Sales Administration for the Women's Health division from 1999 until 2003. Tom Hagan brings more than 15 years of information technology and operating experience to Alere and currently plays a key role in facilitating Alere's strategic technology and customer partnerships with leading players in the disease management industry. Prior to this role, Hagan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ParadigmHealth (acquired by Alere). There, he oversaw the development and implementation of ParadigmHealth's pioneering information technology, data analytics and warehousing applications, which continue to enable a fundamental, Internet-based transformation in patient care. Prior to ParadigmHealth, Mr. Hagan was Chief Information Officer for PersonalPath Systems Inc., (acquired by PardigmHealth in 2004), where he led the development of the Personal Health Record and Care Management platforms. As an original member of the Franklin Health Group (predecessor to Personal Path Systems) founded in 1991, he was instrumental in the development of the Complex Care product and supporting business intelligence applications. Mr. Hagan holds a patent entitled "Method of Customizing a User's Browsing Experience on a World-Wide-Web Site." He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
