Mike O'Loughlin is President of Paragon Asset Recovery Services, a subsidiary of Paragon. His primary responsibility is managing Paragon's Third Party Deductible (TPD) identification and recovery operations. Mike joined the organization in 2000. Mike has held various positions and roles in the property and casualty industry since 1974 and also founded two insurance related companies. He brings to Paragon experience in information systems and information technology analysis and management, finance, strategic and operational planning and national account sales management. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He holds the following industry designations: Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Research and Planning (ARP).
