Mr. Williams was elected an Executive Vice President in August 2008 and has been an Operating Officer since November 2006. He was a Senior Vice President from November 2006 to August 2008, Vice President and President of the Instrumentation Group from March 2005 to November 2006, Vice President – Operations of the Hydraulics Group from November 2003 to February 2005, and General Manager, Global Services of GE Transportation Systems (producer of rail locomotive) from October 2002 to November 2003. He is also a director of Chart Industries, Inc.

Mr. Popoff has been a Vice President and President of the Filtration Group since February 2008. He was Vice President Operations of the Filtration Group from April 2006 to February 2008, Vice President/General Manager of the Global Racor Division from July 2004 to April 2006, and General Manager of the Racor Division from February 1987 to July 2004.

Mike has an MBA from Utah State University over 20 years experience in Information Technology and Manufacturing Operations. He is a Materials Manager for Parker Hannifin Corp. and represents Ascension Lutheran Church.

Bill Kassling is Chairman of Wabtec Corporation. Kassling was initially also President and CEO in 1990 when he and other management purchased the company from American Standard Incorporated. In February 2001, Kassling relinquished his responsibilities as president and CEO to Greg Davies, but remained chairman of the board. When Davies resigned from the company in May 2004 for health reasons, Kassling was reinstated. He again relinquished the President and CEO titles to Al Neupaver in February 2006. Before purchasing the company, Kassling spent six years overseeing its operations as American Standard’s vice president, group executive, railway products group. Prior to that, between 1978 and 1984, he served American Standard Incorporated first as vice president, strategic planning and development and later as vice president, group executive, building specialties group. From 1974 to 1978, Kassling held various operating and strategic planning positions with Clark Equipment Company. Previous to 1974, he was an early member of the Boston Consulting Group, served as an officer in the United States Navy, and was a first line supervisor in machining and assembly for Parker Hannifin Corporation. Kassling holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Purdue University. He is a board member of Parker Hannifin Corporation, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and SmartOps Corporation. Kassling is also a trustee of the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania and a member of the advisory board University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.

Mr. Wainscott, age 49, a director of the Company since October 16, 2003, has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1, 2006. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from October 2003 to December 2005; Chief Financial Officer from July 1998 until October 2003; and as Treasurer from April 1995 until April 2001. He was elected Senior Vice President in January 2000, having previously served as Vice President from April 1995 until that date. He also serves on the Board of the American Iron and Steel Institute.

KLAUS-PETER MULLER , 63, has served as a Director since 1998. He is Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Muller has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Commerzbank AG (international banking) in Frankfurt, Germany since May 2008. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerzbank from May 2001 to May 2008 and a member of the Board of Managing Directors of Commerzbank from 1990 to May 2008. In March 2005, Mr. Muller was named President of the Association of German Banks, Berlin, Germany.
