LUI Dennis Pok Man, aged 58, has been Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2004. He is director of Partner Communications Company Ltd. Mr Lui first joined Hutchison Paging Limited in 1986 and became its managing director in 1993. He was managing director of Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited in charge of the mobile telecommunications, fixed-line, multimedia, Internet and paging businesses in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau from 1996 to April 2000. He rejoined the Hutchison Whampoa group in May 2001. Prior to taking up the position with the group, he was group managing director of HTI (1993) Holdings Limited ("HTI") overseeing all the operations and new business development of HTI group.
