Formed in the early fall of 2003, Partners Bank of Texas is an independent, locally-owned financial institution with headquarters located at 8450 FM 1960 Bypass West in Humble, Texas which is on the southwest corner of FM 1960 and Kenswick Drive, just north of Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport. We have a branch location at 3345 FM 1960 West, at the intersection of TC Jester and FM 1960.
