Mr. Jon Lewis is President/CEO of Partners International. He was previously with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) where he served in various positions for 26 years, including missionary pilot in Africa, and most recently as Vice President of Research and Planning. Mr. Lewis was a missionary pilot in Zaire before becoming MAF Regional Manager for all of Africa, responsible for six countries, 25 aircraft, and approximately 75 staff. Later his roles included Director of Research, leading Strategic Planning, and designing and implementing MAF's new Ministry Effectiveness Evaluation process. Raised by missionaries to Portugal, Mr. Lewis attended high school in St. Paul, Minn., and went on to become the first student at Bethel College (also in St. Paul) to complete a Physics Major. He earned a Masters degree at the University of Minnesota, and began a Ph.D. to pursue a career with the NASA space program. But following a summer in Africa where he first witnessed MAF in action, Mr. Lewis decided to begin MAF flight training instead.

Roy Becker has over 30 years experience working in the international departments of several major banks. During that time he has assisted many importers and exporters with the intricate banking needs associated with international trade. Roy serves as adjunct faculty and advisory board member of the International MBA program at the University of Denver. He is a frequent speaker at workshops and seminars at the World Trade Center Denver, The Center for Financial Training Western States, and as a guest lecturer at area Universities. He serves as the Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain District Export Council. He is a member of Toastmasters International and has earned the Advanced Toastmaster Gold Award. Roy has authored and self-published a book, "A Banker's Insight on International Trade: Tips, Techniques and Tales from Practical Experience." The book contains 52 short stories based on real life situations that companies have experienced in international trade. The book is intended to have educational benefits to help the reader learn and remember from othersa experiences. While many people would argue that a banker couldna t be humorous, the book has received a number of reviews with the comment that the book is both humorous and educational. After 34 years in the corporate world, Roy made the decision to give up the safety net to become a corporate trainer, consultant and publisher. He now trains companies how to reduce risk and improve cash flow for their international transactions.

Regina Nordquist is the Director of Research for Partners International. Regina has over 15 years experience as a business analyst covering diverse industries along with seven years experience in the outplacement industry. Regina holds a B.A. from Columbia and a M.P.A. from NYU. She is a member of the Art Students League and a beginning quilter.

Sabine Amend is a practitioner of adaptive living and working. She serves clients in the roles of coach, trainer, and consultant, facilitating decision-making, communication and business approaches for global business success, including effective market entry strategies. She has 20 years of international experience, having lived and worked in the PR China, the United Kingdom and Germany for extended periods of time. At present, she is a US resident. Sabine Amend is multi-lingual in four languages. Prior to her career as an entrepreneur, she worked for the State of Virginia Department of Economic Development, assisting European companies with trade and investment in the US. Her excellent communication skills made her instrumental to successful EU-level lobbying for BARIG, an international airline association with members from more than 70 countries. For a subsidiary of Carl-Duisberg-Gesellschaft, one of the largest international human development companies in Germany, she served as the manager for international business trainings. Clients included companies such as Volkswagen and SiemensMatsushita. An entrepreneur since 1998, she has established a successful business presence both in the USA and in Germany, serving medium-sized to Fortune 500 companies in East Asia, Western Europe and the US. Her focus is on contributing to the success of companies that aspire to expand their global reach and international effectiveness. Services include consulting on market entry and communication, as well as coaching and training on developing a global mindset throughout organizations and strengthening country-specific cultural skills for leaders and teams.
