Betsy S. Atkins has been a director of Polycom since April 1999. Ms. Atkins is the Chief Executive Officer of Baja Corporation LLC, an early stage venture capital company investing in technology and life sciences. Ms. Atkins served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NCI, Inc. from 1990 to 1993. Ms. Atkins was a founder and director of Ascend Communications, Inc., and from 1989 to 1999, she was its Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Ms. Atkins is also a director of Chico s FAS, Inc., Reynolds American Inc., SunPower Corporation and a number of private companies, including The NASDAQ Stock Market Exchange LLC. Ms. Atkins was a Presidential Appointee to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Trust Corp. and is a Trustee of Florida International University. Ms. Atkins holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Floyd has been the governance officer at Polycom since August 2002 and during this time Polycom has maintained top decile governance ratings from Institutional Shareholder Services. In this role, he reports directly to and works closely with the corporate governance and nominating committee of the Polycom board of directors in establishing best practice governance policies and procedures for Polycom. He has also contributed to publications concerning various corporate governance issues. In addition, Mr. Floyd is the chief audit executive at Polycom and has held this position since creating the internal audit organization for the company. His expertise in internal controls and financial reporting guided Polycom through the company's successful first year of compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 assessment of internal controls and the audit performed by the external auditors. In this role, he reports directly to and works closely with the audit committee of the Polycom board of directors. Mr. Floyd has more than 10 years experience working with audit committees of public companies and is invited to speak at conferences concerning audit and governance matters. Mr. Floyd joined Polycom in July 1997 and, prior to his current responsibilities, was vice president of Finance and corporate controller. During his tenure, Polycom has grown from an annual revenue stream of $37 million to one of more than $500 million. Prior to Polycom, Mr. Floyd held senior management positions at Octel Communications Corporation and various financial management positions at AT&T Corporation and KPMG, a big four public accounting firm. Overall, Mr. Floyd has more 20 years of global finance and accounting experience. Mr. Floyd holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Financial Executives International, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Heidi Melin joined Polycom in September 2007 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. She is responsible for Polycom's high-touch marketing strategy which includes global branding and corporate identity, field and channel marketing, corporate communications, analyst relations, enterprise solutions, demand generation, and events. A marketing veteran with more than eighteen years of corporate and agency experience, Heidi brings a proven track record of successful, award-winning marketing programs that deliver bottom line results. Prior to joining Polycom, Heidi served as chief marketing officer at Hyperion Solutions, the leader in business performance management and business intelligence, and as group vice president of Marketing for PeopleSoft. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Melin worked for leading technology advertising agency Hodskins Simone and Searles, where she was responsible for the strategic direction of integrated marketing programs for a variety of high tech clients. At Hyperion, Heidi led a successful global brand strategy and corporate re-positioning initiative which contributed to its recognition as a leader in two Gartner Magic Quadrants and IDC's 2006 Marketing Performance Matrix. At PeopleSoft, Heidi led the marketing services organization, managing a global team of 160 marketing professionals. Heidi holds a BA in Political Science from Willamette University.

Since January 1999, Michael R. Kourey has been a member of the Polycom board of directors and served as senior vice president of Finance and Administration. Since January 1995, Mr. Kourey has also served as our chief financial officer. In the past, he served as vice president of Finance and Administration (January 1995 to January 1999), vice president of Finance and Operations (July 1991 to January 1995), secretary (June 1993 to May 2003), and treasurer (May 2003 to May 2004). Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Kourey was vice president of Operations at Verilink Corporation. Mr. Kourey currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Aruba Networks, Inc. and Riverbed Technology, Inc. and serves on the advisory board of the Business School at Santa Clara University. Mr. Kourey holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Sayed Darwish joined Polycom as on August 8, 2005. He is responsible for oversight of Legal, Corporate Governance, Equity Program Administration, Global Citizenship, and Information Technology. Sayed is also leading the "Excellence in Delivery" program—Polycom's effort to simplify systems and processes across the company. Prior to joining Polycom, Sayed served as vice president and general counsel for EMC Corporation's Software Group. Sayed joined EMC in 2003 after its acquisition of Documentum, Inc., where Sayed was vice president, general counsel and secretary. Sayed also served as vice president and general counsel at Forté Software, Inc. where he helped manage the successful merger of Forté with Sun Microsystems, Inc. Sayed also worked as corporate counsel at Oracle Corporation and as an associate in the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, J.D. cum laude; and holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana.

Mr. Steele joined Polycom in April of 2001 as vice president of Manufacturing. In his current role he is responsible for all aspects of worldwide manufacturing including new product introduction, manufacturing test and process technology development, supply chain management, product manufacturing, procurement, product fulfillment, and logistics. Mr. Steele is also responsible for Polycom's sales order management function. Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Steele was vice president of Supply Base Management at iLogistix. He also held a variety of senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation in their Personal Computer Systems Group, High Performance Systems Group and Terminal Manufacturing Group. Mr. Steele received an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, and an M.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State College in Salem, MA.

Mr. Ziesés joined Polycom in July 2005. He is the senior vice president of Human Resources, reporting to CEO, Robert Hagerty. In this role, Mr. Ziesés is responsible for building the programs and systems for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to grow Polycom's business. He brings over 20 years of executive management experience to the team. Before joining Polycom, Mr. Ziesés held senior executive positions in both Human Resources as well as business operations. His assignments outside of Human Resources have included general manager of International Operations and vice president of Human Resources and Administration. Some of the companies he has served with include, Zhone Technologies, Ascend Communications, Charles Schwab, ALCATEL, and Sperry Corporation. Mr. Ziesés holds a B.A. in Economics from George Mason University.

Joe Sorrentino returned to ClearOne in April 2009 as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Sorrentino served as Senior Vice President at Spire Global, Sony Video Conferencing's U.S. Sales and Marketing arm. Sorrentino was instrumental in building and managing their U. S. sales team. He was also responsible for developing and executing Spire's channel sales strategy and driving their market channel partner programs, as well as strategic partnerships. Before joining Spire Global, he held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for ClearOne where he was responsible for all sales and marketing operations worldwide. Sorrentino built a world class sales team and developed the sales and marketing strategies that drove consistent quarterly growth year-over-year. He was the driving force behind the sales and marketing strategy of ClearOne's MAXAttach product that took ClearOne's new tabletop conferencing business to the second largest tabletop conferencing business worldwide in less than two years. Prior to his tenure at ClearOne, Sorrentino served as Vice President of Sales for Polycom's voice communications division where he was responsible for building Polycom's voice sales team, launching new products in the IP and installed conferencing space, as well as growing their market share leading tabletop conferencing business. Sorrentino's career spans more than 25 years of sales management experience working with such notable companies as IBM, Motorola, Conner/Seagate, Adaptec and 3ware. Mr. Sorrentino earned a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University.

Ms. Crusco joined Polycom in January 2002 as Vice President, Worldwide Controller. In August 2002, Ms. Crusco was appointed Principal Accounting Officer. In March 2005, Ms. Crusco became Vice President, Worldwide Finance. Before joining Polycom, Ms. Crusco was Vice President, Worldwide Controller at Documentum, Inc and prior to that Director of Finance at Adaptec, Inc. Ms. Crusco also had various positions for over ten years at Price Waterhouse, LLP, including Senior Audit Manager. Ms. Crusco holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University of Chico.

Ms. Durr joined Polycom in March 2004 as our assistant controller and became vice president and worldwide controller and principal accounting officer in March 2005. In this role, she is responsible for Polycom's worldwide accounting functions and reports directly to the chief financial officer. Ms. Durr has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining Polycom, Ms. Durr served as the director of Finance and Administration for QuickSilver Technology and as the corporate controller for C Speed Corporation. Ms. Durr was also a business unit controller at Lucent Technologies, Inc. after Lucent's acquisition of International Network Services, where she had served as the corporate controller. Ms. Durr also spent six years in various capacities at Price Waterhouse LLP. Ms. Durr is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University in San Jose, California.

Mr. Alissi is responsible for strategic leadership, operations and client relationships of Polycom's Global Services division, which encompasses training, support services, consulting, and enterprise services. Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Alissi was vice president and general manager of Dialogic, an Intel Company. At Intel he had responsibility for Dialogic's Computer Telephony and Professional Services business unit, including the Parity Software Company. In addition, Mr. Alissi has held key senior management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Alissi holds a B.A in Economics from the America International College. He also holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Hartford.

Mr. Sigrist joined us in April 2006 as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Network Systems and became Senior Vice President and General Manager, Video Solutions in July 2007. Before joining us, Mr. Sigrist was Chief Executive Officer of Hammerhead Systems, a networking startup, from April 2003 to December 2004. From July 1999 to February 2003, Mr. Sigrist was the President and General Manager of the Edge Access Systems division of Lucent Technologies, Inc. after Lucent s acquisition of Ascend Communications in July 1999. Mr. Sigrist holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Bhalla joined Polycom in February 2000 as our senior vice president, Business Communications. Before joining us, Mr. Bhalla served as vice president and general manager of Polaroid Corporation's Internet Business and also served as Polaroid's vice president and general manager, Worldwide Digital Imaging Business. Previously, Mr. Bhalla held posts as director of Strategic Marketing at Computervision Corporation, as well as senior management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Bhalla is a graduate of Stanford's Executive Program, holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University as well as a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU, India.

Ms. Cavallo joined Polycom in November 2004 as our Associate General Counsel, Corporate/Securities and became our Assistant Secretary in August 2005. In this role, she is responsible for handling legal matters for the Company primarily in the areas of securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to joining Polycom, Ms. Cavallo served as the Vice President, Corporate Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary of Incyte Corporation and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Teligent, Inc. Ms. Cavallo also worked as a corporate associate in the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP. Ms. Cavallo received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, magna cum laude with Honors.

Pat joined Videre Conferencing after working at Polycom as director of technology and technical marketing for the network systems division, as well as serving as a member of the Polycom Accord Acquisition team. Prior to Polycom, he was a technology and technical marketing manager for Accord Networks and senior sales and systems engineer at VTEL. He has received several awards for his technical contributions, including Systems Engineer of the Year from VTEL.

Dave DeWalt is Chief Executive Officer and President of McAfee, Inc. He joined McAfee in April 2007. DeWalt has more than 20 years in the technology space, holding a series of leadership positions in some of the industry's most innovative and successful companies. Prior to McAfee, DeWalt oversaw customer operations and sales at EMC Corporation. His responsibilities included channels, alliances and partners, product sales, global accounts, vertical programs, and field business operations. DeWalt also led EMC's content management and archiving software business. At EMC, DeWalt helped form the EMC Software Group (ESG), which in turn helped transform EMC from a hardware vendor to a complete IT provider. Responsible for a more than $4 billion business, DeWalt was promoted three times, ultimately becoming president of software, sales and services. He joined EMC in 2003 when EMC acquired Documentum, the global leader in enterprise content management. As president and CEO, DeWalt led Documentum through nine consecutive quarters of growth, five record revenue quarters, and four successful acquisitions before leading the sale of the company to EMC for $1.9 billion. Prior to joining Documentum, DeWalt was founding principal and vice president of Eventus Software. He also held various executive positions as Quest Software, Segue and Oracle Corporation. Over the course of his career DeWalt has helped build companies from startup (Eventus, Quest) to midsize (Documentum, Segue) to some of the largest (Oracle, EMC). A true expert in acquisitions, he led the sale of Documentum and Eventus, has been acquired three times, and has acquired more than 50 companies over the course of his career. DeWalt was named one of the 25 most influential executives in high technology by the readers of the industry publication CRN. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum on the issue of cybersecurity and keynoted at several technology industry conferences including Interop and Software 2008 and is slated to keynote at RSA 2009. DeWalt has served on the board of directors for MatrixOne, Serena, Polycom (as lead director), Documentum, Silicon Valley Leadership Group and the Enterprise Software Roundtable. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum IT and telecom industry board of governors. As a recognized expert on mergers and acquisitions, DeWalt is the author of "Making M&A Work." He's a frequent guest on international business programs, and appears regularly on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, CNN and Fox Business. DeWalt received his Bachelors of Science in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware, he won a school-record three East Coast Conference titles, advanced to the NCAA championships three times, and was the first wrestler to be inducted into the Delaware Athletics Hall of Fame.

Mr. Jager has been a private investor and consultant since July 2000. He was Chairman of the Board of P&G from September 1999 to July 2000 and was P&G’s Chief Executive Officer from January 1999 until July 2000. Mr. Jager served P&G in various capacities from 1970 to 2000. Mr. Jager is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal KPN and chairman of the supervisory board of Royal Wessanen NV.

Bob came to Polycom to build on the vision of delivering a total conferencing and collaboration solution to the customer. Polycom's solutions are unique, integrating voice, video, web, and data conferencing, and the network to support them. During Bob's tenure, Polycom has made a number of key acquisitions Voyant Technologies, ViaVideo, Accord Networks, PictureTel, Meet you, ASPI and Circa Communications build the most complete product offering for collaborative communications. His continuing focus on customer need has led to the creation of a customer facing, direct touch sales force and a world class global service and distribution channel. Today, Polycom is the market leader delivering best in class category products and the industry's only Unified Collaborative Communications solution integrating voice, video, data and the web extending from the desk top to the core infrastructure hardware and software required in a world class communications system. Prior to joining Polycom, Bob served as President of Stylus Assets, Ltd. and held key senior management positions with Logitech, Inc., Connor Peripherals, Signal Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Bob holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.A. in Management from St. Mary's College of California. Bob was named CEO of the Year in 2005 by industry analyst group Frost & Sullivan. In addition to Bob's Polycom Board membership, he currently serves on the Board of Modulus Video, Inc.
