With more than 20 years of experience building businesses by focusing on top line sales, Kevin is responsible for improving marketing effectiveness to promote the success of Cold Stone Creamery's franchise community. He leads the charge to determine what programs will drive the Franchisees' businesses, while leading the company to achieve breakthrough brand status. Kevin's passion and results-driven personality will ensure that Cold Stone Creamery "becomes the #1 best-selling ice cream brands in America by December 31, 2009." Kevin began his career at Frito-Lay and that experience combined with his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University have served as the basis for "engineering" better ways to exceed customer expectations. Prior to joining Cold Stone, Kevin spearheaded strategies and programs to increase brand awareness while driving revenue as a managing partner and principal for TopLine Strategies, a national sales & marketing consulting firm. He also brings a wealth of knowledge with his experiences as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Sage Software's CRM Division.

After a career in senior executive roles at a number of international technology companies, David joined BZW in 1995 where, after its merger with CSFB in 1997, he was Managing Director and Head of European Technology Research until 2004. He joined the Board in June 2004 and was appointed Senior Independent Director on 12th September 2006.

Michael Robinson was born and educated in the North East of England before leaving to study law at Oxford University. After qualifying as a solicitor, Michael spent 15 years at one of the largest law firms in the UK. In 2002 he joined The Sage Group plc as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary.

Appointed non-executive Director on 8 May 2007, he is the Chairman of the Audit committee, and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. A Chartered Accountant, he is the Group Finance Director of The Sage Group plc.

Rob Houser (rob@userassistance.com) is Senior Manager of the Customer-Connected Design team at Sage Software in Atlanta, Georgia. Rob's team includes interaction designers, usability analysts, and technical communicators who help design user-centered software for small businesses. For the past 12 years, Rob has worked as a consultant (through User First Services and User Assistance Group) helping his clients develop more user-centered products. Over the 18 years of his career, Rob has designed and created embedded user assistance, online help, show me demos, web-based training, instructor-led training, websites, and wizards anything it takes to ensure a successful user experience. Rob is a certified instructor for Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe Captivate, and Madcap Flare. He is an Associate Fellow of STC and a Certified Performance Technologist through ISPI. Allan Choi is currently a Senior Information Designer at Sage Software, entering his fourth year with the company. Allan graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in English and worked at a network printing software company as a technical writer for six years before joining Sage.

Tony Hobson was appointed as Chairman to the Board on 24 May 2007. Tony is also a Director of Cenkos Securities plc which is admitted to AIM. He was previously Group Finance Director of Legal & General Group plc for fourteen years retiring in 2001 ; and the Senior Independent Director of Thames Water plc, prior to its acquisition by RWE in 2000. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.

Mark Rolfe, Non-Executive Director (50). Mark was Finance Director of Gallaher Group Plc for seven years until April 2007 when the Group was acquired by Japan Tobacco Inc. His career with Gallaher spanned 20 years, serving in various finance and executive roles. He is also non executive director of The Sage Group Plc and Hornby Plc.

Ruth is also a non-executive director of Standard Chartered plc and Chairman of the Board of Trustees WRVS. She was formerly Managing Partner Asia for the international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and was appointed to the Group Board on 13th September 2006.
