Betsy Scarcelli is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for AmeriHealth Mercy. In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning, oversight and management of the technology infrastructure, software applications and technology services supporting businesses in Philadelphia and affiliated plans in the five-county Philadelphia region; Charleston, South Carolina; and Louisville, Kentucky.

David Stanley has more than 20 years of financial experience. As Vice President and CFO of Passport Health Plan, his responsibilities include functioning as primary contact for all financial related inquires; working closely with the UHC Board regarding the Plan's financial matters; preparing the annual UHC financial plan; and providing UHC owners and local AmeriHealth Mercy staff with ad hoc financial support as needed. Prior to accepting the position of vice president and CFO with Passport, Mr. Stanley served as vice president and CFO for Acordia Senior of the Southeast, Inc. (d.b.a. Acordia Personal of the Southeast). And from 1988 to 1994, he served in several management positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kentucky (currently known as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield). Mr. Stanley received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Jay Feldstein, DO, is the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Feldstein is responsible for the Medical Management division of AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plans including medical management initiatives such as utilization, quality, case management and disease management.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AmeriHealth Mercy, Michael A. Rashid is responsible for leading and overseeing business operations for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies.

Regina Heffernan is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for AmeriHealth Mercy. She provides leadership and management of the Company's Human Resources activities in Philadelphia and affiliated plans in the Lehigh/Capital and Northeast regions of Pennsylvania, Charleston, South Carolina, Louisville, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Ms. Heffernan is responsible for strategy development, recruitment and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as organizational development and change management for the Company's 1,500 associates. Ms. Heffernan has more than 20 years experience in human resources, benefits management and organizational development as well as change management. Prior to joining AmeriHealth Mercy, she was the Director of Human Resources for CoreTech Consulting Group.

Robert H. Gilman is Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, and General Counsel for AmeriHealth Mercy. His primary responsibility is to oversee the Legal Affairs Department and its lawyers and staff, and to provide legal advice and representation for AmeriHealth Mercy and its affiliates. Mr. Gilman and the legal staff are involved in advising all aspects of the company's operations including medical management, provider contracting, information technology and acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining AmeriHealth Mercy, Mr. Gilman was with the firm of Reed, Smith, Shaw and McClay in Philadelphia where he practiced in the healthcare, insurance and commercial areas. Before practicing law, he worked in healthcare administration at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Hospital. Mr. Gilman received JD, MBA and BA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas G. Lyman is Senior Vice President of Market Expansion and Planning for Keystone Mercy Health Plan. He is responsible for the investigation of new markets, development of business plans and feasibility studies, development and marketing of new products including the PerforMED care management product, responses to requests for proposal and support of marketing for the HMO and provider sponsored network administrative service product lines. He assists in the development of strategic alliances, health plan acquisitions and shaping the organization's national strategy. In his 14 years at Keystone Mercy, Mr. Lyman has been instrumental in developing successful Medicaid Managed Care organizations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; New Jersey (statewide); St. Louis, Missouri; Houston, Texas; Louisville, Kentucky; Delaware (statewide) and South Carolina (statewide/acquisition). He also served as Acting Executive Director at Mercy Health Plan of New Jersey in 1994 and Co-acting Executive Director of Passport Health Plan in Louisville, Kentucky. He also was responsible for initial sales and marketing efforts (2002 to 2005) for Keystone Mercy's nationally recognized affiliate PBM, PerformRx. Prior to joining Keystone Mercy, Mr. Lyman was a health care manager in Ernst & Young's Physician/Hospital Mid-Atlantic consulting practice serving clients throughout the East Coast. He was also the Director of Medical Billing for the Mercy Health System Faculty Practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania. He also worked as a Vice President at Berwick Hospital Corporation in Berwick Pennsylvania.

Christopher Drumm is Vice President for Government and External Affairs. In this capacity he is responsible for the organization's interactions with government nationally. A lifelong Philadelphian, Mr. Drumm has over two decades of experience in government and external relations. He has served as a legislative aide to Philadelphia City Council, a legislative aide to a Member of the United States House of Representatives, as Assistant to the Chairman of the Delaware River Port Authority, and as Associate Vice President for Government Affairs at Saint Joseph's University. Mr. Drumm has also worked as a campaign manager for several candidates for public office. Mr. Drumm holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from LaSalle University and a Master of Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized for academic excellence by being granted the designation of Fels Scholar.

Gale Pearce is Executive Director and General Manager of Pediatric Associates Health Plan. Pediatric Associates Health Plan is a provider-sponsored network located in Broward County, Florida that is owned by pediatricians and serves children exclusively. The Plan is provider-owned, managed by AmeriHealth Mercy through a management services contract. As Executive Director and General Manager, Ms. Pearce was initially responsible for the Plan's implementation and charged with the oversight and operations of the Health Plan, including managing the marketing, outreach, medical management, provider contracting services and growth strategies. Prior to her position at Pediatric Associates, Ms. Pearce was Chief of Staff at sister company Passport Health Plan in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role she provided legal services, managed the human resources and the compliance departments, and developed and implemented a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for the Plan's dual eligible members. Ms. Pearce brings extensive experience and knowledge with her to the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. Before joining Passport Health Plan she provide legal counsel to a variety of insurance agencies including the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department of Insurance, Acordia of Louisville, Humana, Inc., and Kentucky Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Ms. Pearce earned a JD degree from the University of Louisville, and a BA in Sociology from the University of South Florida.

Sherry Knowlton is Senior Vice President and General Manager for AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan. In this role, Ms. Knowlton is responsible for the oversight and operations of AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan, including managing the marketing, outreach, medical management and provider contracting services.
