Bio: Dr. Brummel-Smith is the Charlotte Edwards Maguire Professor of Geriatrics and the chair of the Department of Geriatrics at the FSU College of Medicine. He is editor of five textbooks, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Practical Ambulatory Geriatrics, Interviewing and Patient Care, Geriatric Assessment, and Reichel's Care of the Elderly. His research has addressed the effect of a support group on caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease, methods of assessing pain in persons with Alzheimer's disease, and advance care planning. He serves on the National Advisory Council on Aging for the National Institute on Aging.

Dr. Steinberg is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He obtained his medical degree and fellowship specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Toronto. He is Active Teaching and Clinical Staff with St. Michael's Hospital and Assistant Professor, Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. His areas of interest include mature women's health, colposcopy for HPV (human papilloma virus), contraception and abnormal uterine bleeding. Dr. Steinberg has held various leadership positions including past Medical Director of the Women's Health Centre and President Medical Staff Association at St. Michael's Hospital in addition to past executive and committee positions within the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) and College of Physicians and Surgeons regarding reproductive care, maternal mortality and adolescent sexuality. He maintains on the Executive Committee Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Michael's Hospital and has ongoing teaching and lecturer responsibilities both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels with the University of Toronto. He has published several articles in his field of specialty and has been an invited speaker, coordinator and chair of educational programs at both national and international conferences. Dr. Steinberg has also consulted on legal and ethical issues in medicine for the OMA as well as other women's health topics for governmental agencies. In addition to his academic and clinical responsibilities, Dr. Steinberg has been actively involved in developing outreach continuing medical education (CME) programs for community based and primary care physicians. He was recently co chair of the 2008 Women's Health Update for Seacourses and the University of South Florida (Tampa). For the past 10 years, Dr. Steinberg has been the contributing editor on women's health for Patient Care, a journal of specialist reviews directed towards primary care physicians as well as several editorial and advisory committees for various peer reviewed publications.

Dr David Rowed has qualifications in electrical engineering, science and medicine. He is a practicing clinician in Sydney and has been actively involved in postgraduate medical training over many years. He has lectured in IT systems design for the NSW Institute of Technology, and has developed commercial fault-tolerant systems for practice management, and hospital-based clinical applications. He was a member of the consulting team and chaired the GP Expert Committee of the 1997 IBM GPCS Consultancy. He was project director of the 1998 GPAC/NSW Health GP IM&T Strategy Development, and chairs its current Implementation Steering Group. He was a key member of the consulting team for the recent GP Data Model and Dataset project. Since 1998, Dr Rowed has represented Standards Australia at HL7 meetings where he is a member of the Patient Care, and Clinical Decision Support Technical Committees, as well as the Community Health Special Interest Group, which he was instrumental in setting up. He is the chair of the Standards Australia Working Group IT14/6/6 Referrals and Health Service Messaging.

Dr. Kenneth S. Cheng serves as a Medical Director for Millennium Corporate Solutions. His role will be to work with employers who are interested in putting in place life style changing programs to assist individuals who are high-risk patients or suffer from chronic disease. He will coach those individuals to make the necessary changes to achieve optimum health. Dr. Cheng is a Board Certified in Family Medicine providing executive medical consulting at his private practice in Newport Beach. In addition to managing the health of many executives, he provides health coaching and consulting services to individuals, businesses and corporations. He has been featured in Orange County Business Journal and Orange Coast Magazine. He is a frequent speaker to employer groups on wellness, exercise, heart disease, cholesterol, and cancer screening, and is also a leading speaker to physician groups in the areas of antibiotic therapy, hypertension, thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, and obesity. Dr. Cheng currently holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine. Additionally, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Western University of Health Sciences. He is the medical director for the Medical Assistant Program at Orange Coast College, and also currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Child Guidance Center, a non-profit organization providing health and social services to underprivileged children of Orange County. He has also served on the Board of Directors at Greater Newport Physicians, Inc., a 400 member physician group contracting with managed health care plans and hospitals. He is currently on the editorial board of Patient Care. Dr. Cheng earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the California Polytechnic University and his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences. He currently resides in Laguna Hills with his wife and two children.

Mr. Michael Victorson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). Mike guides the strategic direction of the agency. He also ensures that the day-to-day business of the corporation aligns with its vision, mission and goals. Like all senior officers, Mike also maintains account responsibility for some clients. Mike graduated from Augustana College with a degree in communications and political science. He joined M3 in 1992 in marketing and client service. He advanced to be an account executive and then sales manager, after which he became Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division. In 2002, Mike was asked to serve as M3's Chief Operating Officer and then assumed the role of President in 2003. In 2005, Mike became the company's Chief Executive Officer. Mike continued his education and professional development after joining M3. He holds the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designations from the American College. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Mike's community service has included serving on the boards of several organizations including Young Life, Community Connection and Patient Care, a health care advocacy firm for employees. He has volunteered for United Way of Dane County in several roles and is a member of the Sertoma Club of Madison.
