Ms. Joseph is Chairman of U.S. Bancorp Payment Services and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elavon (formerly NOVA Information Systems, Inc.), a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp. Elavon manages and facilitates payment processing. Ms. Joseph has been Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp since December 2004 and serves on its 13-member managing committee. From February 2000 to November 2004, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of NOVA Information Systems, Inc. Ms. Joseph is honorary chairman of Gift for a Child, a non-profit organization that assists foster children in finding permanent homes. She is also a member of the board of directors for Centene Corporation.

Paychex, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Operations for Paychex, Martin Mucci is responsible for all operations and customer service for the company's 572,000 payroll and human resources services clients, as well as the company's product management and information technology functions. Managing $2 billion in annual revenue from clients and responsible for the movement of over $500 billion dollars annually in client funds, the operations team is comprised of 8,000 employees in 85 locations across the United States. Prior to joining Paychex, Mr. Mucci was the CEO of Frontier Telephone of Rochester and president of telephone operations with responsibility for the operations, customer service, and financial performance of Frontier's 34 local telephone companies. Mr. Mucci holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and received a master's degree in business administration through the Executive Development Program at the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business. In 2007, he completed a two-year term as chairman of the Rochester Business Alliance Board of Directors. Mr. Mucci remains a member of the RBA Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is currently chairman of the St. John Fisher College Board of Trustees. Mr. Mucci also serves as the chairman of the Catholic Family Center Board of Governors. He is a past chair of the Rochester Walk to Cure Diabetes to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Mr. Mucci is a past member of the United Way of Greater Rochester Board of Directors and Finance Committee, as well as a past member of the New York State Business Council Board of Directors and the Industrial Management Council of Rochester (now part of the Rochester Business Alliance). In 1999, Mr. Mucci received the Excellence in Management Award from St. John Fisher College in recognition of his professional accomplishments in business and service to his community.

Tom Golisano founded Paychex in Rochester, NY in 1971 with the goal of serving the small business market as a provider of payroll and human resource solutions. After leading the industry as an Inc. 500 company several years in a row, in 1983 he took Paychex public on the NASDAQ exchange and has led the amazing growth of the company ever since. Today, the company has over 9,300 employees and serves approximately 500,000 clients, with fiscal 2003 sales of nearly $1.1 billion. In January 2004, Paychex was named one of the 26 best-managed companies in America by Forbes magazine. In February of the same year, Fortune magazine named Paychex one of the most admired companies in America, as well as being named to Fortune's annual list of "100 Best Companies To Work For" in America for the third straight year.

Mr. Golisano is the billionaire founder of Paychex, the second largest payroll processer in the United States and owner of the Buffalo Sabres in the NHL. He is renowned for his charitable work, particularly throughout western New York. He and his wife Heather have been extremely supportive of the work of the CiC Foundation and helped fund the Liona s Den Room at Women and Childrena s Hospital of Buffalo.

Mr. Inman became a director of Wind River in June 1999. He is the founder and General Partner of Inman Investment Management, a private venture capital investment company formed in 1998. Prior to 1998, he cofounded and was General Partner of Inman & Bowman, a venture capital firm formed in 1985. Mr. Inman serves as a director of Lam Research Corporation, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and Paychex, Inc., a payroll and human resources outsourcing services company; and he is a trustee of the University of California, Berkeley Foundation. Mr. Inman holds a BA in economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shahad Askandar oversees payroll operations for Gompers and Keiller and has worked as a client service supervisor at Paychex, Inc. for the past seven years. She holds an M.B.A. from National University and a B.A. in management science from the University of California, San Diego.

Steve is responsible for all strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Steve brings over 15 years of technology sales and sales management experience to the team. His experience includes positions with Johnson & Johnson, Kodak and Paychex. His experience also includes over 15 years living & working in both Asia and Europe.

Mr. Brinckman has served as a director on our Board of Directors since 2002. Mr. Brinckman was the Founder of Safety-Kleen in 1968. Mr. Brinckman served as President of Safety-Kleen from 1968 until 1998, excluding portions of 1990-1991 and 1993-1997, and for most of the thirty-year period he also served as Safety-Kleen s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brinckman was appointed Chairman of Safety-Kleen s Board of Directors in August 1990 and served in that capacity until 1998. Mr. Brinckman has in the past served as a director of Johnson Outdoors Inc., Paychex, Inc. and Snap-On Inc.

Retired in October 1996 from Paychex, Inc as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary after more than seventeen years as the senior financial officer of the company. He continues to serve as a Board member. Prior to his career with Paychex, Mr. Clark spent seventeen years in the commercial banking business, primarily in the Rochester, NY area. He is also Chairman of the Board of Genesee Valley Trust Company. Not-for profit activities include Board membership of Unity Health Systems, the Rochester School of the Holy Childhood, the Heritage Christian Home Foundation and a Trustee of the B. Thomas Golisano Foundation.

Joe Tucci is Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMC Corporation. Tucci has been EMC's Chairman since January 2006 and President and CEO since January 2001, one year after he joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Since his arrival at EMC, Tucci has led EMC through a period of dramatic revitalization, continued market share gains, and sustained double-digit growth. He has transformed EMC's business model from what was a near exclusive focus on high-end storage platforms to what is now the industry's most comprehensive portfolio of best-of-breed platforms, software, services, and solutions that enable organizations to implement information lifecycle management, aligning their IT infrastructure with their business based on the changing value of their information. Today, EMC operates with a balanced product portfolio in which software and services generate more than 50% of its annual revenues and hardware less than 50%. EMC has evolved with its market from an information management and storage company to a provider of open information infrastructure. Concurrently, he has spearheaded the investment of more than $4 billion (since 2003) in strategic software acquisitions aimed at filling out EMC's product portfolio, entering new market segments, and expanding the company's addressable market opportunity. Over this period he has strengthened EMC's management team with the integration of executives from other major technology companies. In addition, he has championed EMC's use of Six Sigma to improve its business processes and engaged employees in the Total Customer Experience, EMC's commitment to consistently exceed customers' expectations for quality, service, innovation and interaction. Acknowledging EMC's rejuvenation, the editors of Business Week named Tucci one of Corporate America's best senior managers of 2004. Before joining EMC, Tucci directed the financial and operational rebirth of Wang Global during six years as its Chairman and CEO. At Wang, he guided the company through a rapid and successful emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and transformed the company from a midrange computer manufacturer into a worldwide leader in networked technology services and solutions. Under his leadership, Wang acquired and integrated ten companies from 1995 through 1999, and its market capitalization more than tripled. In June 1999, Wang was acquired by Getronics NV. Prior to joining Wang in 1990, Tucci was President of U.S. Information Systems for Unisys Corporation, a position he assumed after the 1986 merger of Sperry and Burroughs that created Unisys. He began his career as a systems programmer at RCA Corporation and holds a bachelor's degree from Manhattan College and an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University. Tucci is a member of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). He is one of 150 CEO members of The Business Roundtable and the former chairman of its Task Force on Education and the Workforce. He is one of nine chief executives who steer The Technology CEO Council, the IT industry's leading public policy advocacy organization, and is a member of the Executive Committee of TechNet, a network of CEOs who work to advance the U.S.'s global leadership in innovation. In addition, Tucci is a member of the Board of Directors of Paychex, Inc., a member of the Board of Advisors of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, a member of the Board of Overseers of Northeastern University, a member of the Advisory Board of Tsinghua University, in Beijing, China, and an Overseer, Boston Symphony Orchestra.
