Steve Vere joined Paymetric in January 2009 as Executive Vice President of Sales. Mr. Vere is responsible for leading the sales organization in all aspects, with full operational and financial accountability for revenue growth among new and existing customers. Mr. Vere has over 30 years of leadership and management experience as well as 10 years of merchant services expertise. Prior to Paymetric, Mr. Vere held various management positions at RBS Worldpay, formerly Lynk Systems, and The Home Depot. While at RBS, Mr. Vere led the organization to significant increases in sales and profit margins and quickly became dubbed "the voice of the customer." He led his team to win and be recognized repeatedly at annual Chairman Roundtable Awards and was responsible for the successful reorganization of the southeast sales platform. Early in his career, Mr. Vere honed his leadership and management skills by managing an array of small retail shops in New York, NY.

Kathleen Nugent has more than 16 years of experience managing product innovation and development focused on financial services and electronic payment solutions. Prior to joining Paymetric, she was a Senior Vice President with Bank One and was responsible for leading Product Development and Partnerships for the Global Treasury Services (GTS) organization. During her tenure with Bank One she headed Electronic Payments Product Management, and represented Treasury Services on an enterprise-wide payments strategy team. Kathleen also was the Senior Vice President of Product Management with PaySys International, and she worked for nine years as a Senior Financial Services Manager for Accenture. Ms. Nugent earned an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking and a B.A. in Journalism, both from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Eric Bushman joined Paymetric in 2001 and is a leading expert in SAP electronic payment processing. Eric began working in the SAP world in 1995 and assisted with the first SAP customer installation of Payment Card Processing in 1997. He has since assisted over 100 additional SAP customers implement this functionality in many different SAP products. Eric has authored numerous articles on the topic of payment card processing in SAP and is an active contributor on the topic in various on-line SAP discussion forums. Eric frequently presents on various payment processing and PCI security related topics at SAP conventions. Eric also presents a monthly webinar for Paymetric discussing Payment Card processing in SAP. Mr. Bushman began his career with a PriceWaterhouse Consulting and was also a self-employed SAP consultant for nearly 5 years before joining Paymetric. Mr. Bushman holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a Business Management minor from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Silver is responsible for optimizing ePayment acceptance programs for customers through his extensive expertise in enterprise payment processing. He is also responsible for forging technical and operational relationships with leading payment processors to ensure that Paymetric delivers the most robust and compelling solutions in the market. Mr. Silver has 15+ years of leadership and executive management experience in the merchant services and payments industry. Prior to Paymetric, Mr. Silver served as Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Integrations for Chase Paymentech Solutions where he was responsible for architecting the business processes and connectivity of large multi-channel merchants to Chase Paymentech Solutions platforms. Additionally, Mr. Silver has held executive positions with eBillme, Chase Merchant Services and First Data Merchant Services. Mr. Silver spent the early part of his career in direct merchant sales where he was the top corporate sales person at PNC Merchant Services specializing in the card-not-present merchant segment.

Mr. Walker has more than 24 years of IT experience focused primarily on the design and development of transactional control and command and control systems. Today Mr. Walker leads the technology architecture and business development organizations of PrimeSys, a consulting company which provide blueprint, design, integration, and project management services for enterprise Order-To-Cash processes. Mr. Walker co-founded Paymetric in 1998, serving as President until 2004. Mr. Walker also held key consulting, management, and project management positions with Paymetric and other organizations including NASA, WorldCom and SAP. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Lamar University.

Prior to joining Austin Ventures, Michael led business development and mergers and acquisitions for Mission Critical Software, which went public in 1999 and later merged with NetIQ. Earlier in his career Michael served as a management consultant to FedEx Global Logistics and Electronic Commerce. Before this he held executive management positions with Stanford Technology Group (acquired by Informix) and Empart Technology (acquired by ARI Network Services), where he was a founder. Mr. Rovner received his BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Keith Kreuer was a co-founder of PentaSafe Security Technologies where his most recent position was Director of Global Services. Prior to PentaSafe, Mr. Kreuer was president and CEO of Penta, Inc., a Houston-based applications development and systems integration firm that he co-founded in 1991. He has also held management positions at Ernst and Young, Generator Systems and Exxon USA. Mr. Kreuer serves on the Board of Directors of VeriCenter and Target Hunger and is a charter member of the IT advisory committee for North Harris Community College. He is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science.
