As Chairman and CEO, Patricia Gallup concentrates on corporate vision and long-term strategy for the firm she co-founded in 1982 with partner David Hall. Starting with an initial investment of $8,000, Gallup and Hall oversaw the company's spectacular growth into a direct marketing powerhouse for computer products and technology solutions that in 1999 surpassed $1 billion in annual sales. Under Gallup's leadership, PC Connection completed an Initial Public Offering of its common stock in March 1998 and trades on the Nasdaq Exchange under the symbol PCCC. Gallup has appeared on Fortune Magazine's list of top young entrepreneurs and for three years has been named to Working Woman's list of the top 50 women business owners in the United States. She is a 1979 graduate of the University of Connecticut and in 1994 received its distinguished alumni award.

Jack L. Ferguson has been with the Company since 1992 and is currently Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He was Treasurer from 1997 2005 and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 2004 December 2005. Mr. Ferguson was a Director of Finance from December 1992 to November 1997. Prior to joining PC Connection, he was a partner for 12 years during his 27-year tenure with Deloitte & Touche LLP, an international accounting firm. During that time, Mr. Ferguson served in several capacities in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Brad Mousseau is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for supervisors and employees at all company facilities. At PC Connection, Mousseau has concentrated on sales recruiting efforts, a revision of company benefits, and conducting a comprehensive employee survey to help maximize the company's working environment. Before joining PC Connection, Mousseau was director of human resources for the worldwide manufacturing operations of Wang Laboratories; director of human resources for Centocor, a biotech firm; vice president of human resources for Gabriali Medical Information Systems, and vice president of global workforce strategies for Systems & Computer Technologies. Mousseau holds an undergraduate education degree from Keene State College and earned an MBA from Rivier College in New Hampshire.

Barbara Duckett was elected to the PC Connection, Inc. Board of Directors in June of 2009 and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Since October 2000, Ms. Duckett has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services which encompasses Hospice Home Healthcare, Visiting Nurses at Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services, the Friendly Bus transportation system, and the Castle Center for Adult Day Health for the greater Monadnock region of New Hampshire. Prior to this she was employed by Beech Hill Hospital for 17 years in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Chief Executive Officer, and also served as a consultant for the Dublin Group, Inc. Ms. Duckett has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) in Washington, DC, and has served on the Commission of the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). She is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor of arts with honors, holds a master of science degree in management from Antioch, and a systems management program certificate from Harvard University.

Mr. David Hall co-founded PC Connection with Patricia Gallup in 1982. With a keen understanding of technology buying trends, Hall has been a driving force in developing the Company's vision for addressing changes in the high tech industry. Since the company's inception Hall has served the company in a variety of roles, including President, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President. He attended the University of New Hampshire at Durham where he studied Chemical Engineering.
