As Chairman and CEO, Patricia Gallup concentrates on corporate vision and long-term strategy for the firm she co-founded in 1982 with partner David Hall. Jack L. Ferguson has been with the Company since 1992 and is currently Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. He was Treasurer from 1997 2005 and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 2004 December 2005. Mr. Ferguson was a Director of Finance from December 1992 to November 1997.
