Jeffrey (Jeff) Strenger joined PDM Bridge as Vice President of Manufacturing in June 2005. Jeff has strong experience leading continuous improvement in operations and administration. He gained valuable turnaround experience as a Vice President at the Ariens Company where he started in 2000. Prior to Ariens, Jeff was the President of a tool and die shop. Jeff spent 13 years of his early career transitioning to a senior leadership role at Pierce Manufacturing (fire truck manufacturing). Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stout.

Kenneth (Ken) McCullough joined PDM Bridge as Director of Sales in January of 2007. Prior to joining PDM, Ken was Sales Manager for Ben Hur Construction Company's Steel Fabrication Division located in St. Louis. Ken has more than 40 years of experience in steel building and bridge fabrication and has held positions as Estimator, Steel Detailer, Design Engineer, Project Manager, V.P. of Engineering, V.P. of Sales and Estimating and President/CEO. Ken graduated from Ohio University in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Tan serves as Managing Director of Juno Investments. Prior to founding Juno, Mox was one of the founders and Principal of a Chicago-based financial services boutique that specialized in structured financial products and provided consulting services in M&A transactions. Previously, Mox had been a Managing Director and head of BankAmerica's structured financial products and corporate finance advisory groups. Prior to 1986, he was a corporate finance and securities attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. Mox also spent four years in government, where he was the head of enforcement (Northeastern Region) for New Jersey's Division of Water Resources. Mox holds a B.Sc. from M.I.T. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Mathematics from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School.
