Mr. DeRose's professional career began immediately following college in Boulder, Colorado. He began work as a financial analyst and public income fund manager for Capital Associates, Inc., a computer leasing firm. Later he moved to the remarketing subsidiary of Capital Associates, where he was responsible for off-lease asset valuation and disposition.

Mr. Simonton joined PEAK Resources in 1994 and has undertaken increasing operational responsibilities for PEAK during his career. He was named to his current position as Vice President, Operations in 2003. Mr. Simonton became a principal of PEAK Resources in 1999 after serving a number of previous positions within the company including Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager, and Inventory Control Manager. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Simonton has overall responsibility for the Operations division of the company. Mr. Simonton oversees the staff whose responsibilities cover the various aspects of the supply chain management process for one of IBM's largest Business Partners. These responsibilities range from the management of PEAK's inventory, through all aspects of the order management process, including all purchasing and vendor management issues. In 2005, Mr. Simonton guided the effort to relocate the company to a renovated headquarters facility in Denver, CO. As part of this effort, he spearheaded the effort to design and build a new facility that would support PEAK's continued growth and support the needs of PEAK's customers and employees. Mr. Simonton continues to have overall responsibility for facilities for PEAK. Since 2000, Mr. Simonton has had responsibility for all aspects of PEAK's internal Information Technology (IT). He continues to work to ensure that PEAK utilizes technology to best support both their employees and customers. Mr. Simonton is involved in a number of local groups including present and past leadership positions within his neighborhood, church, and university communities. Prior to his return to Colorado and joining PEAK, Simonton started his career in Washington, D.C. working in the U.S. Senate and for a consultant to the Federal Government. Bachelor's degree, Economics from the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics. Mr. Simonton graduated cum laude, Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, VA.

Ms. Werden has been with PEAK Resources for 5 years. Prior to joining the PEAK team, Ms. Werden worked at IBM in New Business Channel Sales. She has a wealth of experience in working with Business Partners, as well as managing vendor relationships. She started with IBM as an Account Sales Representative selling to the SMB market space working with business partners to provide value added services. In 1992, Ms. Werden joined IBM's Printing Company, PENNANT, as a Senior Channel Representative supporting medium to large IBM Printer Resellers. During her tenure at IBM, Ms. Werden received numerous IBM awards, including One Hundred Percent Clubs and Golden Circle awards. Ms. Werden joined PEAK Resources in 2002 as the Director of Printing and is responsible for managing the Printer Sales and Distribution Division for the entire U.S. Bachelor's degree, in Finance from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM.

Mr. Chris Schulz has twelve years of experience in the Information Systems field as a Senior Consultant and Solutions Designer with the last eight years at PEAK Resources as a Consulting Systems Engineer and Consulting Services Manager. Mr. Schulz has significant experience with IBM's AS/400 iSeries, AIX pSeries, Windows and Linux from solution design to implementation and maintenance. This includes the business recovery and continuance, performance analysis, system consolidation, system migrations, and system automation. Before becoming a full-time systems consultant and services manager, Mr. Schulz attended Metro State University. He maintains industry certifications for all open-system platforms, as well as for business recovery. Mr. Schulz donates much of his time at his church, in the local community and enjoys contributing to open source projects when ever possible.
Mr. McDonald has fifteen years of experience in the Information Systems field as a Data Center Manger and Project Manager with the last eight years at PEAK Resources as a Consulting Systems Engineer and Consulting Services Manager. Mr. McDonald has significant experience with IBM's AS/400 System i5 platform from solution design to implementation. This includes the skills of OS/400 upgrades starting at V3R2 through V5R4, performance analysis, LPAR, system consolidation, system migrations, IXS/IXA implementation, Linux on i5, BRMS implementation, disaster recovery, and i5 SAN implementations. Mr. McDonald also has significant experience implementing IBM SAN and storage solutions for PEAK Resources' customers. Past implementations have included ESS on TPF mainframes and open systems, DS8000 and DS4000s on open systems, McData/Brocade/Cisco SAN fabrics, Storage Virtualization Controller, Metro Mirror, Global Copy, Flash Copy, and iSCSI storage implementations.
