In 1997, Ms. O'Kelley co-founded Blueprint Technologies, a software engineering company based in Vienna, Virginia, when she saw an opportunity to help businesses increase their competitive advantage by offering reusable software. As President and CEO, Ms. O'Kelley drove the strategic direction and overall vision of Blueprint Technologies, working closely with the Board of Directors and the executive management team. In 2006, her success as a woman-owned, small business enabled Blueprint Technologies to grow strategically and aggressively through its acquisition with Pearson Government Solutions.
