John F. Davis, III has served as a director since January 2000. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions, Inc. since 1989. In 1982, Mr. Davis co-founded the toll-free floral company, 800-FLOWERS. In 1986, Mr. Davis founded a telemarketing company, ATC Communications. Mr. Davis is on the Board of Directors of Pegasus Solutions and is on the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Davis holds a BBA from Texas Christian University. John A. Fentener van Vlissingen has served as a director from January 2000 to October 2002 and since April 2005. He founded BCD Holdings N.V., which focuses on the travel industry and niche markets in financial services, in 1975 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2003. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of BCD Holdings N.V., and Business Travel International, the world s largest alliance of business travel

Mike Kistner is the chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions, a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors. In his position, he is responsible for the company's daily operations, technology and shared services as well as the company's reservation and distribution service line. Kistner joined Pegasus from Best Western International, Inc., where he was chief information officer and senior vice president of distribution, responsible for worldwide systems development and management. Before joining Best Western, Kistner was a senior vice president at Cendant Corp., where he implemented the largest-ever hotel technology roll-out. Previously, Kistner worked for Super 8 Motels where he was executive vice president of operations, heading IT, reservations, corporate travel, guest service, convention planning, corporate and franchise insurance and facilities management. He also was vice president for management information systems and reservations at HFS Inc. Kistner holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and information systems from Northern State University, Aberdeen, S.D., and a master of science degree in information systems from Colorado State University. He is the past chairman and current member of the e-commerce committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. From 2000 to 2005, he served as chairman of the Open Travel Alliance (OTA) and has been recognized as one of the leading CIOs in the hospitality industry.

Cindy Foor was named vice president, corporate communications, in October 2005, with responsibilities for the company's external and internal communications strategies, including media relations, advertising and employee communications. Foor previously had been vice president of marketing communications for Pegasus Solutions in Dallas since July 2003. Prior to that, she held various communications management positions with Masergy Communications, Inc., Sterling Software and EDS, all in Dallas. Foor received a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in 1985 and an M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University in 1989.

Mr. Merrill brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to his position as Managing Director for Pyramid's Southeast region. He joined the Guest Quarters chain (later Doubletree and Hilton Hotels) immediately after college and has remained with the system throughout his career. His multi-unit management experience includes positions as Regional Director for eight hotels in the Pacific Northwest and General Manager for two properties in Cleveland, OH. The hotels under Mr. Merrillover 20 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. Tony's experience before joining Pyramid includes time spent as Vice President Planning & Analysis for Pegasus Solutions, Inc. and Assistant Corporate Controller for Doubletree Hotels Corporation. He also spent 10 years with KPMG's audit practice.

Bruce W. Wolff, age 62, has served as a Director of Pegasus since October 1995. Mr. Wolff served as Executive Vice President, Business Development from November 2004 to February 2006, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing Programs from February 2004 to February 2006, and as Senior Vice President, Distribution Sales and Strategy from July 1998 to February 2004, for the lodging division of Marriott International, Inc. Mr. Wolff retired from Marriott in February 2006.
