Anthony J. Laurino is the Chief Financial Officer of Penguin Group (USA) Inc. Mr. Laurino oversees all financial departments including general accounting, cost accounting, royalties, financial and strategic planning, financial reporting, accounts payable, credit and collections, payroll and tax services. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer of Penguin Group (USA) Inc. in 1997, Mr. Laurino was CFO of the acquired Putnam Berkley Group which he joined as Controller in 1992. Prior to his career at Putnam Berkley Inc., he was the Assistant Controller at Simon & Schuster. In addition to Mr. Laurino's experience in publishing, he has held various financial positions in the food and beverage, general merchandise and financial service sectors. Mr. Laurino holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.

Creator of Zoup-ah!'s Max on Snax property, Lori is a successful artist with over 25 years of experience illustrating for such well-known clients as American Girl, Klutz, Penguin Putnam, Rodale Press, Pepsico Corporation, and National Geographic. After graduating from York Academy of Art in 1979, she began her career at Hallmark Cards, where she worked as an in-house illustrator and designer for ten years.
