Penn National Gaming owns and operates gaming and pari-mutuel properties, as well as horse racetracks and associated off-track wagering facilities. The majority of Co.'s revenues are gaming revenue, derived mainly from gaming on slot machines and, to a lesser extent, table games. Other revenues are derived in part from management service fees from Casino Rama, Co.'s hotel, program sales, concessions and certain other ancillary activities, and its racing operations.
