Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp is a keystone to Pennsylvania's economy. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Camp Hill, PA, Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS: COBH) is the holding company for Commerce Bank/Harrisburg. The bank, a part of the Commerce Bancorp family, has about 30 branches in Pennsylvania's Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. It offers checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, debit cards, CDs, and other banking services. Its lending portfolio includes commercial real estate loans, its largest category at about half of all loans, construction loans, development loans, residential mortgages, and other lending. The bank had 2005 revenue of about $93.7 million and has about 690 full-time employees. On July 3 2006, it was included in the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
