Since December 2007, Ms. Bryan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a leading provider of information technology products and solutions to clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region. Between April 2005 and May 2007, Ms. Bryan was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation Co., a holding company which operates the largest fleet of truckload carrier equipment in the United States. Between 2001 and March 2005, Ms. Bryan was the Chief Financial Officer of APL Logistics, the supply-chain management arm of Singapore-based NOL Group, a logistics and global transportation business. Prior to joining APL, Ms. Bryan spent 16 years with Ryder System, Inc., a truck leasing company, where she held a series of progressively responsible positions in finance. In her last assignment, Ms. Bryan was Senior Vice President of Ryder Capital Services, where she led the development of the firm's capital services business. In 1999 and 2000, Ms. Bryan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ryder Transportation Services.

Ronald L. Merriman has been our director since July 2005. He is the managing director of Merriman Partners, a management advisory firm (2003 - present). Prior to founding Merriman Partners, Mr. Merriman served as a managing director of O'Melveny & Myers law firm (2000 - 2003), executive vice president of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (1999 - 2000), president of Ambassador Performance Group, Inc., (1997 - 1999) and was employed by the accounting firm of KPMG (1967 - 1997). At KPMG, Mr. Merriman served as vice chairman of the Management Committee. Mr. Merriman also serves on the board of directors and is the Audit Committee chairman of Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR), Pentair, Inc. (NYSE: PNR) and Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE: HAE). Mr. Merriman is chairman of our Audit Committee, and is a member of our Nominating/Corporate Governance and Strategic Planning Committees.

T. Michael Glenn is executive vice president of Market Development and Corporate Communications of FedEx Corporation. Glenn also serves as president and chief executive officer of FedEx Services. In this role, he leads all marketing, sales, and communications across the FedEx operating companies and is responsible for the FedExOffice and Global Supply Chain Services business units. In addition, Glenn is a member of the five-person Executive Committee, which plans and executes the corporation’s strategic business activities. Before FedEx Corporation was formed in January 1998, Glenn was senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate Communications for FedEx Express. In that position, he was responsible for directing all marketing, customer service, employee communications and public relations activities. Glenn joined FedEx in 1981 and has held several leadership positions in the Sales and Marketing divisions. Born in Memphis, Tenn., Glenn earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi and his master’s degree from the University of Memphis. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pentair, Inc., Renasant Bank, Autism Speaks and the United Way of the Mid-South.
