John Bergstrom has served as our director since July 2003, and also served as a director of our predecessor company from its inception in 1992 to July 2003. Mr. Bergstrom has served as a partner with RiverPoint Investments, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based business and financial advisory firm since June 1995. From June 1985 through May 1995, Mr. Bergstrom was employed by Cherry Tree Investments. Mr. Bergstrom is also a director of Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc.
