Denise Ost, Regional Vice President in the Conventional Division of Royal American Management, Inc. Ms. Ost has over 16 years of property management experience and has been with Royal American for that entire period of time. She has extensive experience at all supervisory levels in the management of both luxury and affordable housing. Denise is a member of IREM and is a CPM candidate.

Kerri Toth, Vice President of the Conventional Division. Ms. Toth, with over 15 years in middle and senior management positions, has extensive experience in the marketing and management of all types of conventional, tax credit, bond, Hope VI, and elderly apartment communities to include rehabilitation and new construction. Kerri holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) as well as the designation of Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). She is a licensed real estate salesmen in the State of Florida

Stephen Singleton, Vice President of the Rural Development Division. Stephen has over 30 years of middle and senior management experience. He has been in real estate property management since 1991 when he joined Royal American Management as a regional property manager. In 1997 he assumed his current position as Vice President of the RD division and is now responsible for over sixty apartment communities and more than 100 employees. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island. He is a licensed real estate salesmen in the State of Florida.

Susie Singletary, Human Resources and Training Manager. Ms. Singletary is currently responsible for approximately 500 employees. She has worked in the Human Resources field for thirteen years. Ms. Singletary Graduated from Chipola Junior College with a Business Administration degree in 1985. Since then she has furthered her education in the Human Resources field through various training courses and conferences and active membership in the Society for Human Resource Management both Locally and nationally.

Wendi LeMense, Housing Credit Compliance Manager. Ms LeMense has earned several certifications in Housing Credit Management and has enviable knowledge of affordable housing compliance programs. With over nine years experience working for the Department of Children and Families in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families programs, Nutritional Assistance programs and Medicaid Health Care programs, she gained extensive experience in interpreting, training and assuring compliance with complex government policies and regulations. She now has over eight years experience working in affordable housing including Housing Credit, Bond, SAIL, HOME and HOPE VI. Wendi is a member of IREM, a CPM candidate and holds the following certifications: Housing Credit Certified Professional through A. J. Johnson Consulting, C4P designation from Spectrum and Qualified Tax Credit Manager from Salter Services Inc.
