Mr. McKenna, 58, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Keep America Beautiful, Inc., a national nonprofit group that supports community improvement activities, since January 2008. From August 2001 to December 2007, he was Senior Vice President, Finance for PepsiCo. Previously he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for PepsiCo. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1993, he was a partner with the law firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in New York.
