Al Carey is President and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay North America division. He leads the $12 billion snack and convenient foods business, reporting to John Compton, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods. Mr. Carey has a wealth of leadership experience in consumer packaged goods, spanning both sales and general management. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. A natural born leader, Al says that the best salesperson he had ever met is the one who taught him to always listen to the customer.

Indra Nooyi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. Mrs. Nooyi leads one of the world’s largest convenient food and beverage companies, with 2007 annual revenues of more than $39 billion. The company operates in nearly 200 countries, and employs more than 185,000 people worldwide. Its principal businesses include: Frito-Lay snacks, Pepsi-Cola beverages, Gatorade sports drinks, Tropicana juices and Quaker foods. Recently, she has been driving critical cross-business initiatives to enhance operations and enable PepsiCo to meet the changing needs of consumers and retailers. Prior to becoming CEO, Mrs. Nooyi served as President and Chief Financial Officer since 2001, when she was also named to PepsiCo's board of directors. In this position, she was responsible for PepsiCo’s corporate functions, including finance, strategy, business process optimization, corporate platforms and innovation, procurement, investor relations and information technology. Between February 2000 and April 2001, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Between 1996 and 1999, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. Before joining PepsiCo in 1994, Mrs. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy, and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri. She was part of the top management team responsible for the company's U.S. business as well as its worldwide industrial businesses, generating about one-third of ABB's $30 billion in global sales. Between 1986 and 1990, Mrs. Nooyi worked for Motorola, where she was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, having joined the company in 1986 as the business development executive for its automotive and industrial electronic group. Prior to Motorola, she spent six years directing international corporate strategy projects at the Boston Consulting Group. Her clients ranged from textiles and consumer goods companies to retailers and specialty chemicals producers. Mrs. Nooyi began her career in India, where she held product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and at Mettur Beardsell, Ltd., a textile firm. In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo board of directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the International Rescue Committee and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. She is a Successor Fellow of Yale Corporation, member of the Board of Trustees of Eisenhower Fellowships, a member of the Executive Committee of the Trilateral Commission and currently serves as Chairman of the US-India Business Council. She holds a BS from Madras Christian College in Madras, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University.

John is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF), a position he has held since November of 2007. PAF has a food and snack portfolio which includes: Frito Lay North America, Quaker, Sabritas, Gamesa, PepsiCo’s Latin American food businesses, and the North American Power of One Retail Sales teams. John was previously Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America and prior to this, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quaker Tropicana Gatorade. John also worked in Frito-Lay for 22 years in various sales, marketing, operations and general management assignments including Vice Chairman and President of Frito-Lay’s North American Salty Snacks Division; Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales. He is PepsiCo’s Executive Sponsor for the Ethnic Advisory Boards. John is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and serves on the University’s Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Pepsi Bottling Group Board of Directors. John and his wife, Cindy, reside in New Canaan, CT, with their three children, Kendall, Caroline and Jack.

Mr. Burwick is the President of PepsiCo-QTG Canada. Prior to assuming that position in November 2005, he had served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsico North America since 2003. Prior to that, he had been Vice President Marketing, Consumer Promotions Sports, a position he held since 1998.

Mr. McKenna, 58, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Keep America Beautiful, Inc., a national nonprofit group that supports community improvement activities, since January 2008. From August 2001 to December 2007, he was Senior Vice President, Finance for PepsiCo. Previously he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for PepsiCo. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1993, he was a partner with the law firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in New York. He serves on the Board of the Duke University Libraries and the Manhattan Theater Club, not-for profit companies. He is also an adjunct professor at Fordham Business School and Fordham Law School. Mr. McKenna is also a director of Foot Locker, Inc.

Beth Struckell is Vice President Business Development supporting the PepsiCo Customer Sales teams. These teams generate 50% of PepsiCo volume and 75% of PepsiCo growth. In her role she is primarily responsible for channel and customer strategy for the Drug, Dollar, Club, Mass and Convenience channels. Her team works directly with the largest national customers and the PepsiCo sales teams to deliver shopper insights and category management to grow the business. Beth moved into this role following 6 years as the Sr. Vice President and General Manager of the Vend/Foodservice Division of PepsiCo. She created this Division for PepsiCo which generated $1.5B in sales and $.5B in profits for PepsiCo. Beth started her career with PepsiCo at Frito-Lay in 1983 as an Assistant Product Manager. She has progressed through the PepsiCo organization through a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. At Frito-Lay, her career included Brand Management Positions over Ruffles, Tostitos, Doritos and Channel Marketing. In 1989 she joined the sister company of Pepsi-Cola, first as Area Vice President then as Director of Re-engineering. She returned to Frito-Lay in 1994 to lead merger and acquisition efforts for the Division. She was responsible for the sale of the Taco Bell Supermarket Foods Business to Kraft, the acquisition of Cracker Jack from Borden and the national distribution agreement with Oberto Meat Snacks. She was named Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Vend/Foodservice in December of 1999 the first female to lead a division at PepsiCo. She also served as a key member in the Quaker merger team. She holds a BA and MBA from the University of North Carolina. Beth truly feels she has it all. She has two wonderful children: Johnny Mac, 12 and Gabrielle, 10. She finds time to stay active in her community, she serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Alcuin Montessori School, the Board of Directors for FM Global Insurance Company, and the North American Advisory Board for Air Liquide. She is looking forward to a 9 month sabbatical beginning April 2007. She is a runner and a reader.

Michelle Jordan is Senior Manager, Strategic Community Partnerships for PepsiCo, Inc. Jordan is currently responsible for managing all corporate community relations activities while strengthening the company's national image as a premier corporate citizen. She strategically manages PepsiCo's community activities and leads the development of key partnerships with select nationwide community-based organizations. Michelle creates opportunities by building high level relationships with diverse external organizations, recommending, developing, implementing and/or facilitating internal and external diversity relations, strategies, alliances and programs. She has been with the company since 1984.

Garry joined PepsiCo in 1997 and has recently moved into his new role as Commercial Director, New Business Development and Activation. Before this he was Purchasing Director for PepsiCo UK/Europe/MEA based in Switzerland. He has extensive procurement experiences across raw materials, commodities, contract manufacturing, marketing and professional services. Garry is also a member of Walkers Snack Foods Operating Board. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked for Exxon for nine years, both in the UK and US, across sales, supply chain and product training. Garry has a degree in Production Engineering and Management. He is married, with one daughter and lives in West Berkshire.

Gerri Kies, Vice President, brings more than 20 years of experience in Executive Recruiting and Human Resource Leadership roles to the Taylor Winfield Team. Prior to joining Taylor Winfield, Gerri led successful practices for two retained search firms in sectors including consumer branded goods, retail, foodservice, manufacturing, high-tech consumer products and financial services. Her extensive senior level human resources experience includes such leading Fortune 500 Companies as PepsiCo, Macy's and Nations Credit. Gerri has recruited executives into both public and private companies including 7-Eleven, Home Interiors & Gifts, Neiman Marcus, Boston Pizza, EatZi's, Quick Trip, Match.com, Cerillant, Ace Cash Express, Pizza Hut, Swift Foods, Dickies, Double D Ranch Wear, King Ranch, Buy the Color, AutoNation, Divita, Health Stop, Kohler, Capital One, Sterling Bank, Walmart, Disney Entertainment and Brinker. The searches were for a broad range of executive positions including C-level sales, marketing, human resources, operations, and finance. Gerri completed her Bachelors Degree in Administration from Austin College and holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Now residing in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is active in SHRM, Women in Food Service, National Restaurant Association, American Society of Compensation and Benefits, American Society of Training and Development, ENetworking and has served on the Boards of Limbs for Life and the Dallas Mayors special committee for schools.

James L. Welch is the Vice president of Operations for Impact Logistics. Having started his career with Impact in 1993 as a lead freight handler, he worked his way up through the ranks to his present position through years of hard work and giving much attention to detail, productivity, and customer satisfaction. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Welch leads a team of eight individual Directors of Operations and over 500 associates in nine states. Under his direction Impact is able to serve customers with an excess of 10 MM square feet of warehouse space. With the help of his management team and their associates, Mr. Welch is able to ensure the highest of quality in service to each of our customers. With his background as a business owner, Mr. Welch has used his experiences to encourage constant growth with Impact Logistics. Under his leadership, Impact has increased in annual revenue every one of its sixteen full years of existence. His ability to respond quickly to changing customer requirements and his vast knowledge of the logistics industry are great assets to our company. Brett is the Vice President of Business Development for Impact Logistics. His vocational background is in the food service industry with PepsiCo/Ameriserve Food Distribution, where he spent ten years in increasing responsibilities, including Vice President of Operations for the Mid-South Region. His responsibilities included timely and accurate service to over 1,000 customers twice a week, and management of $15MM in annual operating expenses as well as 165 warehouse associates and drivers in multiple locations. Prior to his tenure with PepsiCo he served as a Business Consultant with Andersen Consulting, where he reviewed client business practices and offered systematic solutions. Brett graduated from Baylor University, earning both his B.B.A. in Accounting and his M.B.A. in Information Systems Management. During this time he earned National Honor Society recognition for his strong academic performance. Brett is very active as a member in his local church, where he teaches an Adult Bible Study class and is Director of a church outreach program.

Jeff Freedman thinks of himself as a meeting place. He believes in the power of collaboration and the arts to bring people together to create deeper insights and new solutions. Jeff began his career at the advertising agency Foote, Cone & Belding where he worked on the Dockers and Compaq accounts. As a researcher, Jeff has since worked with various companies, on accounts ranging from Marriott hotels, Sony PlayStation, PepsiCo., Hallmark, Yahoo!, Discovery Channel Store, Skyy Vodka, Blue Cross of California, Cleveland Clinic, Palmsource, San Francisco Chronicle, and LA.com. Jeff spends his extra time volunteering with San Quentin prisoners, developing and facilitating resume-building and interview-skills workshops. Jeff has an MA in Cultural Anthropology with an emphasis in Human and Organizational Transformation, and his BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a Certified Expressive Arts Consultant and Educator. He is tapped into a large network of filmmakers, actors, poets, expressive arts therapists, and anthropologists, who can be brought in to collaborate on any project.

Creator of Zoup-ah!'s Max on Snax property, Lori is a successful artist with over 25 years of experience illustrating for such well-known clients as American Girl, Klutz, Penguin Putnam, Rodale Press, Pepsico Corporation, and National Geographic. After graduating from York Academy of Art in 1979, she began her career at Hallmark Cards, where she worked as an in-house illustrator and designer for ten years.

Scott Siers is responsible for heightening PepsiCo's presence within the restaurant and hospitality industry. His areas of involvement include business development, strategic partnerships, corporate sponsorships, trade media and other customer-oriented initiatives. Prior to assuming his current role, Scott was Vice President of National Accounts and Chief Customer Officer. In this position, Scott worked on the PepsiCo integration team which merged the Quaker Oats Company into PepsiCo. Prior to this, Scott was the vice President of Sales for Foodservice, Mass Club, Military, Caribbean and Central America for Tropicana Products, Inc. Previously, Scott held the title of Sales and Customer Marketing Consulting for Information Resources. Scott has also been a Board Member of IFMA since 2001. He sits on the IFMA Executive Committee, serves as the IFMA Education Foundation Chairman as well as the IFMA Gold and Silver trustee. Scott was the recipient of the 2005 IFMA Presidents' Award. Additionally, he serves on the Avendra Customer Advisory Board and the Society of Foodservice Management Board of Directors.

Sheldon is an experienced general manager with significant experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. His corporate career includes 15 years with PepsiCo, both domestically and internationally. The culmination of that period was a three-year stint as the founding general manager of the Pepsi/Lipton joint venture. His open management style and broad range of abilities helped pull a group of individuals from disparate companies into a strong team that went on to develop a dominant market position. Since leaving Pepsi in 1995, Sheldon has lent his experience to his own entrepreneurial ventures, as well as myriad consulting engagements. Most recently, Sheldon served as CEO of INVODA, Inc., a telecom start-up focused on bringing a unified voice and data solution to small- and medium-sized businesses. Sheldon received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth and a BSME from the University of Vermont.

Dr. Vasella joined the Alcon, Inc. board in July 2008 following the closing of the sale of the 24.85 percent minority interest of Alcon, Inc. by Nestlé S.A. to Novartis AG. Since 1996 Dr. Vasella has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Novartis Group and as executive member of the Board of Directors of Novartis AG. In 1999, he additionally was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novartis AG. Dr. Vasella graduated with an M.D. from the University of Berne in 1979. After holding a number of medical positions in Switzerland, he joined Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation in the U.S.A. in 1988. From 1993 to 1995, Dr. Vasella advanced from Head of Corporate Marketing to Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Development to Chief Operating Officer of Sandoz Pharma Ltd. In 1995 and 1996, Dr. Vasella was a member of the Sandoz Group Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer of Sandoz Pharma Ltd. Dr. Vasella is a member of the Board of Directors of Pepsico, Inc., United States, a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School, and a member of the INSEAD Board of Directors.

Ian Cook - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cook joined Colgate in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2004, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa. In 2005, Mr. Cook was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Elected director in 2007 and Chairman in January 2009.

SHARON PERCY ROCKEFELLER, 56, was elected a director of PepsiCo in 1986. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of WETA public stations in Washington, D.C., a position she has held since 1989, and was a member of the Board of Directors of WETA from 1985 to 1989. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Public Broadcasting Service, Washington, D.C. and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting until 1992. Mrs. Rockefeller is also a director of Sotheby s Holdings, Inc.
