Mr. Carey has a wealth of leadership experience in consumer packaged goods, spanning both sales and general management. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Indra Nooyi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. Mrs. Nooyi leads one of the world’s largest convenient food and beverage companies, with 2007 annual revenues of more than $39 billion. The company operates in nearly 200 countries, and employs more than 185,000 people worldwide. Its principal businesses include: Frito-Lay snacks, Pepsi-Cola beverages, Gatorade sports drinks, Tropicana juices and Quaker foods. The PepsiCo portfolio includes 18 brands that generate $1 billion or more each in annual retail sales. Brands, Inc., the spin-off and public offering of company-owned bottling operations into anchor bottler Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), acquiring Tropicana, and the merger with Quaker Oats that brought the vital Quaker and Gatorade businesses to PepsiCo. Recently, she has been driving critical cross-business initiatives to enhance operations and enable PepsiCo to meet the changing needs of consumers and retailers. Prior to becoming CEO, Mrs. Nooyi served as President and Chief Financial Officer since 2001, when she was also named to PepsiCo's board of directors. In this position, she was responsible for PepsiCo’s corporate functions, including finance, strategy, business process optimization, corporate platforms and innovation, procurement, investor relations and information technology. Between February 2000 and April 2001, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Between 1996 and 1999, Mrs. Nooyi was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. Before joining PepsiCo in 1994, Mrs. Nooyi spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy, and Strategic Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri. She was part of the top management team responsible for the company's U.S. business as well as its worldwide industrial businesses, generating about one-third of ABB's $30 billion in global sales. Between 1986 and 1990, Mrs. Nooyi worked for Motorola, where she was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, having joined the company in 1986 as the business development executive for its automotive and industrial electronic group. Prior to Motorola, she spent six years directing international corporate strategy projects at the Boston Consulting Group. Her clients ranged from textiles and consumer goods companies to retailers and specialty chemicals producers. Mrs. Nooyi began her career in India, where she held product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and at Mettur Beardsell, Ltd., a textile firm. In addition to being a member of the PepsiCo board of directors, Mrs. Nooyi serves as a member of the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the International Rescue Committee and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. She is a Successor Fellow of Yale Corporation, member of the Board of Trustees of Eisenhower Fellowships, a member of the Executive Committee of the Trilateral Commission and currently serves as Chairman of the US-India Business Council. She holds a BS from Madras Christian College in Madras, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta and a Master of Public and Private Management from Yale University.

John is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF), a position he has held since November of 2007. PAF has a food and snack portfolio which includes: Frito Lay North America, Quaker, Sabritas, Gamesa, PepsiCo’s Latin American food businesses, and the North American Power of One Retail Sales teams. John was previously Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America and prior to this, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quaker Tropicana Gatorade. John also worked in Frito-Lay for 22 years in various sales, marketing, operations and general management assignments including Vice Chairman and President of Frito-Lay’s North American Salty Snacks Division; Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales. He is PepsiCo’s Executive Sponsor for the Ethnic Advisory Boards. John is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and serves on the University’s Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Pepsi Bottling Group Board of Directors. John and his wife, Cindy, reside in New Canaan, CT, with their three children, Kendall, Caroline and Jack.

Mr. Burwick is the President of PepsiCo-QTG Canada. Prior to assuming that position in November 2005, he had served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Pepsico North America since 2003. Prior to that, he had been Vice President Marketing, Consumer Promotions Sports, a position he held since 1998.

Mr. McKenna, 58, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Keep America Beautiful, Inc., a national nonprofit group that supports community improvement activities, since January 2008. From August 2001 to December 2007, he was Senior Vice President, Finance for PepsiCo. Previously he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for PepsiCo. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 1993, he was a partner with the law firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in New York. He serves on the Board of the Duke University Libraries and the Manhattan Theater Club, not-for profit companies. He is also an adjunct professor at Fordham Business School and Fordham Law School. Mr. McKenna is also a director of Foot Locker, Inc.

Beth Struckell is Vice President Business Development supporting the PepsiCo Customer Sales teams. These teams generate 50% of PepsiCo volume and 75% of PepsiCo growth. In her role she is primarily responsible for channel and customer strategy for the Drug, Dollar, Club, Mass and Convenience channels. Her team works directly with the largest national customers and the PepsiCo sales teams to deliver shopper insights and category management to grow the business. Beth moved into this role following 6 years as the Sr. Vice President and General Manager of the Vend/Foodservice Division of PepsiCo. She created this Division for PepsiCo which generated $1.5B in sales and $.5B in profits for PepsiCo. Beth started her career with PepsiCo at Frito-Lay in 1983 as an Assistant Product Manager. She has progressed through the PepsiCo organization through a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. At Frito-Lay, her career included Brand Management Positions over Ruffles, Tostitos, Doritos and Channel Marketing. In 1989 she joined the sister company of Pepsi-Cola, first as Area Vice President then as Director of Re-engineering. She returned to Frito-Lay in 1994 to lead merger and acquisition efforts for the Division. She was responsible for the sale of the Taco Bell Supermarket Foods Business to Kraft, the acquisition of Cracker Jack from Borden and the national distribution agreement with Oberto Meat Snacks. She was named Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Vend/Foodservice in December of 1999 the first female to lead a division at PepsiCo. She also served as a key member in the Quaker merger team. She holds a BA and MBA from the University of North Carolina. Beth truly feels she has it all. She has two wonderful children: Johnny Mac, 12 and Gabrielle, 10. She finds time to stay active in her community, she serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Alcuin Montessori School, the Board of Directors for FM Global Insurance Company, and the North American Advisory Board for Air Liquide. She is looking forward to a 9 month sabbatical beginning April 2007. She is a runner and a reader.

Michelle Jordan is Senior Manager, Strategic Community Partnerships for PepsiCo, Inc. Jordan is currently responsible for managing all corporate community relations activities while strengthening the company's national image as a premier corporate citizen. She strategically manages PepsiCo's community activities and leads the development of key partnerships with select nationwide community-based organizations. Michelle creates opportunities by building high level relationships with diverse external organizations, recommending, developing, implementing and/or facilitating internal and external diversity relations, strategies, alliances and programs. She has been with the company since 1984.

Arthur C. Martinez has been a director of IAC since September 2005. Mr. Martinez retired in 2000 as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive officer of Sears, Roebuck and Co., positions he held from 1995. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the former Sears Merchandise Group from 1992 to 1995. Prior to his tenure at Sears, he served as Vice Chairman and a director of Saks Fifth Avenue from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Martinez is currently a member of the boards of directors of PepsiCo, Inc., Liz Claiborne, Inc. and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Holding, N.V. Mr. Martinez also serves as a Trustee of Greenwich Hospital, Northwestern University, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Polytechnic University.

Dr. Vasella joined the Alcon, Inc. board in July 2008 following the closing of the sale of the 24.85 percent minority interest of Alcon, Inc. by Nestlé S.A. to Novartis AG. Since 1996 Dr. Vasella has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Novartis Group and as executive member of the Board of Directors of Novartis AG. In 1999, he additionally was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novartis AG. Dr. Vasella graduated with an M.D. from the University of Berne in 1979. After holding a number of medical positions in Switzerland, he joined Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation in the U.S.A. in 1988. From 1993 to 1995, Dr. Vasella advanced from Head of Corporate Marketing to Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide Development to Chief Operating Officer of Sandoz Pharma Ltd. In 1995 and 1996, Dr. Vasella was a member of the Sandoz Group Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer of Sandoz Pharma Ltd. Dr. Vasella is a member of the Board of Directors of Pepsico, Inc., United States, a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School, and a member of the INSEAD Board of Directors.

Ian Cook - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cook joined Colgate in the United Kingdom in 1976 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2004, with responsibility for operations in North America, Europe, Central Europe, Asia and Africa. In 2005, Mr. Cook was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all Colgate operations worldwide and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Elected director in 2007 and Chairman in January 2009.
