Ches Martin is the company's senior technologist with responsibility for all technical development and customer support functions. His inter-disciplinary team drives future technical advancements as well as continuous improvement of current technologies. Ches joined Perfect Commerce in January of 2006 as a part of the acquisition of Commerce One. Martin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise applications and global business operations. Martin was President of Commerce One at the time of the acquisition and spent 7 years with Commerce One in its Professional Services division prior to assuming the responsibilities of President in August 2005. In Commerce One's Professional Services division, he was responsible for all facets of product delivery and customer satisfaction. During his tenure at Commerce One and Perfect, Martin has directed the successful implementation of approximately 100 customer projects ranging from single-site operations with fewer than 100 users to world-wide 24x365 operations with tens-of-thousands of users. Prior to joining Commerce One, Martin was a lead architect at Harbinger, Inc., a leading provider of EDI VAN services. As lead architect, he was instrumental in the successful implementation of numerous customers' eProcurement initiatives. Previously, Martin was a lead software analyst and architect at Clemson University responsible for implementing a variety of University Support systems.

With a background in electro-mechanical engineering, Vern Warner has more than 16 years of experience in project management including a long tenure with Siemens VDO, where he lead a team of 50 engineering and technology associates involved in new product research and on-going continuous improvement initiatives. Vern holds 13 current and 3 pending U.S patents for technologies that range from electronic signal control, and test and measurement technologies, to spray development for fuel injection systems.

As Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances, David is responsible for driving awareness of Perfect Commerce's brand in the market, establishing product direction, and coordinating alliance development with companies that expand the breadth of its offerings. David brings nearly 20 years of experience in procurement, information technology, and SRM-related applications to the company. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, David was General Manager of North America for BasWare, a European-based invoice automation and purchasing software company. David has held senior management positions as Vice President, Strategic Alliance at RightWorks, an original player in the e-procurement space acquired by i2, as the Director/Practice Leader of the company's e-Sourcing Center of Excellence at Deloitte/DRT, and as the senior IT executive at Turner Construction Company, one of the world's largest general builders.

As vice president of professional services, Kent Reese oversees Perfect Commerce's asset-based consulting services related to technology solution deployment, strategic sourcing and customer support. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Kent spent six years as a member of the IBM Procurement Services team, leading procurement transformations and e-Procurement implementations for many Fortune 100 companies. Before joining IBM, he worked in various leadership positions in Asea Brown Boveri AG (ABB), with the most recent post as the North America director of supply chain for ABB Power Generation, Inc. Prior to this, he served as global corporate supply manager at ABB's corporate headquarters.

As Vice President of Global Sales for Perfect Commerce, Roy Owens is responsible for directing all sales generation activities to both prospective and existing clients globally. Owens is a proven business development professional with 19 years of successful sales experience, including more than six years with Perfect Commerce. During his tenure at Perfect, he has worked on many of the companies largest deployments and helped clients generate meaningful bottom-line value from their spend management solutions. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Owens Co-Founded Owens & Morgan, Inc., a private label contract manufacturing business. He guided the company from start-up to a successful, profitable enterprise with more than 600 clients. Roy's career also includes managing the outsourced manufacturing operations for a leading retail chain, which included sourcing responsibilities for textiles world-wide.

David Brown is the Managing Partner of Oak Hill Venture Partners and a Vice President of Keystone, Inc. He leads Keystone's venture capital activities, including investments in 30 companies since 1998. He is also a general partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners (private equity investments), Oak Hill Securities (high yield trading), Oak Hill Strategic Partners (exchange fund) and Oak Hill Platinum Partners (hedge fund). Mr. Brown serves on the board of directors of Lattice Communications, MarketTools, Perfect Commerce, ProQuest, Sandial Systems, Sitara Networks and WideOpenWest. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Brothers where he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

Mr. Miller is a 1977 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Ocean Engineering. In 1985, after serving for seven years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Mr. Miller became the second full-time employee of Earl Industries. In 1989 he bought the company and has been its President and CEO since that time. Mr. Miller is active in the company's daily operations while at the same time, guiding the vision and execution of the company's aggressive growth strategy. The company now employs over 800 people with locations in all of the Navy's major homeport locations in the continental United States.

Prior to joining Mayfield, Yogen was a founding member of two successful startups, Claris Corporation and Metaphor Computer Systems. Yogen was also a member of the original Star and Ethernet development teams at Xerox and a co-author of the TCP Specification while at Stanford University. Yogen earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where he was recently honored as a Distinguished Alum. He serves on the board of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, a nationally acclaimed professional non-profit theater company in Ashland, Oregon, and on the board of Northern California Public Broadcasting (KQED, KTEH, KQET, KQEI). Yogen is a Charter Member of TiE and a former board member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation and TheatreWorks.
