Univar USA Inc. is the company's chemical distribution subsidiary in the United States. In Canada, operations are known as Univar Canada Ltd. In Europe, where Univar operates in 14 countries, the company is known as Univar Europe. The parent company, Univar, is a Dutch company listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange as UNIVR. The company's registered office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, with offices in Bellevue, Washington in the US and Bradford, England providing administrative support services.
