“Today leaders, whether they are in the public or private sectors have more additional challenges than ever before. They face the challenge of continuous change and how to keep the workforce productive and happy. They face the dilemma of managing day to day performance in the face of declining resources. They must change the game and move from a heroic model to the manager as developer to help create the leaders of the future. To accomplish this they must let go of control when it seems as if that is the worst thing to do. But with skills, resiliency and a strong set of values, leaders can overcome those challenges and build the network of future leaders.”
Page has a BA from Grove City College, in Grove City, Pennsylvania and a MBA in marketing from Wayne State University.
