Pfingsten Partners, LLC was formed in 1989 as an operationally oriented private equity firm which invests in middle market manufacturing, distribution and business to business service companies. Since completing our first investment in 1991, we have been building value in partnership with management by providing capital, corporate finance resources, operating resources, and international support necessary to achieve profitable business growth at our platform companies. Simply put, we build better businesses. In our 18 year history, Pfingsten Partners has acquired 57 companies through three funds. We have over $600 million of capital under management and are currently seeking new platform investments for our $285 million Fund III.
