As global media director, Carl leads a department that has become one of the top buyers of digital media in the country, responsible for developing and executing the media, events, sponsorships, and partnerships that drive clients' acquisition and branding efforts. Carl also leads the Digital Marketing Group, overseeing all interactive marketing efforts from online advertising to emerging channels. Carl has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical category, including Pfizer, Roche, AstraZeneca, Glaxo Wellcome, and Merck. Carl's experience is across many therapeutic segments and new product launches. Prior to joining Digitas, Carl was executive vice president, director of media services at Wunderman. During his 16-year tenure there, Carl managed all direct response media activities for the company. Carl holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Dennis A. Ausiello, MD is the Jackson Professor of Clinical Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Physician-in-Chief of the Medical Services at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He also served there as the Chief of the Renal Unit for 13 years and oversaw its development into one of the most sought after research and training programs in the world. Dr. Ausiello is a nationally recognized leader in academic medicine, a published author in the area of epithelial biology, and the leader of one the premier Departments of Medicine in the U.S.He is an elected member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Leslie Mays recently joined Pfizer as Vice President, Worldwide Diversity and Inclusion. In this newly-created leadership role, Leslie works closely with Pfizer's business leadership teams to develop, lead, and drive results-oriented global strategies and plans around the world. Ms Mays' responsibilities also extend to leading the company's strategic staffing efforts. Before joining Pfizer, Ms. Mays spent nine years at Shell, most recently as Vice President/Head of Global Diversity and Inclusiveness for Royal Dutch Shell Group, working in London. Ms Mays' leadership resulted in the establishment of the first, auditable global D&I policy in a multi-national company which was implemented in more than 140 countries; and significant increases in representation of women and people of different nationalities at senior levels. Ms Mays has served in similar corporate leadership roles at Reebok and General Mills, developing and driving effective, best-practice diversity strategies.

Dr. Mikael Dolsten is the President of BioTherapeutics Research & Development, a new division within Pfizer that will drive industry leadership, expertise, and innovation in the areas of biotherapeutics and vaccines. BioTherapeutics R&D will combine nimble entrepreneurial Biotech Units with core platforms and Research units with deep disease area expertise to discover innovative therapeutic programs in biotherapeutics, vaccines, and small molecules. Industry-leading technology, clinical, biological platform disciplines in BioTherapeutics R&D will efficiently advance programs into clinical development, successful proof-of-concept studies, and eventual launch of new high impact medicines by the respective Pfizer Business Unit. Previously, Mikael was Senior Vice President, Wyeth Inc. and President of Wyeth Research where he led a global organization of some 6,000 staff throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia, focused on the research and development of small molecules, vaccines and protein-based medicines in therapy areas including Inflammation, Women's Health, Neuroscience, Oncology, Infectious diseases (vaccines, antibiotics), Hemophilia, GI and Musculoskeletal diseases. He was also a member of the Management, Operations, Human Resources/Benefits and the Law and Regulatory Committees of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Wyeth, Mikael served as Executive Vice President within Pharmaceutical Research & Development/Medicine at Boehringer Ingelheim. He was responsible for leading the company's worldwide pharmaceutical research in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Italy, Austria and Japan - with major programs in seven therapeutic areas, including respiratory, inflammation/immunology, oncology, virology, cardiovascular, metabolism and CNS. In addition, he was a member of the corporate management team responsible for reviewing all worldwide development projects and licensing opportunities. Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Mikael spent more than 15 years in leadership roles in pharmaceutical research, including positions with AstraZeneca (Respiratory, Immunology, CV, Metabolism, GI) and Pharmacia & Upjohn (Oncology, Immunology). Mikael earned his Ph.D. in tumor immunology and M.D. from the Medical Faculty, University of Lund in Sweden. He also studied virology and cell biology at the Weizmann Institute in Israel and has been appointed as Adjunct Professor in Immunology at the Medical Faculty in Lund. Mikael has published several patents and approximately 150 articles in international journals.

Heather Frahm co-founded Catalyst online in 1998 upon recognizing the emerging need for experts in the online marketing industry for healthcare companies. Her success is evident in Catalyst online's list of clients including: Pfizer, Novartis, Biogen Idec, Diomed, Noven, Genzyme, Aurora and Drug Information Association . Prior to Catalyst online, Heather served as a Assistant Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at BankBoston and a contributing member of BankBoston's Internet Marketing Team. Her extensive experience in the financial services industry also includes positions at State Street Bank and Trust, Donaldson Lufkin, & Jenrette, and Goldman Financial Group. She received her BA in Economics from Hartwick College and her MBA at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Currently, Heather is an active board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

Dr. Brian Boyle is an associate professor of medicine (courtesy) in the department of International Medicine and Infectious Diseases at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, medical training chairman of the International Center for Equal Healthcare Access and medical editor of HIVandHepatitis.com. He is a specialist in treating HIV infection and AIDS and has acted as an investigator in numerous clinical trials. Dr. Boyle has authored and co-authored more than two hundred publications and abstracts relating to the treatment of HIV. Prior to entering into medicine, Dr. Boyle received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and practiced civil litigation for nearly a decade. He then returned to school for his M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. He is both board-certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Dr. Boyle is funded by, or is affiliated with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, Tibotec/J&J, and Abbott Laboratories as a consultant or member of the speakers bureau.

Emily is the Director of Corporate Leadership at The Climate Group. This role involves coordinating engagement with our corporate members across the regions to ensure they are involved with core initiatives and programmes. She is also responsible for developing a platform for best practice sharing that enables members to address climate change and implement of solutions for a low carbon economy. Prior to joining The Climate Group in 2006, Emily worked for the global environmental consultancy firm Environmental Resources Management where she was the Manager of the New York City Office and a Senior Consultant in the Strategic Advice Group. Emily has over twelve years experience in consulting. Her focus has been on assisting companies develop and implement solutions for environmentally sustainable business practices. Emily has a Masters degree in Environmental and Management Sciences and began her career in the Power Sector assisting electricity companies with the implementation of environmental management systems.

Tricia Glover is the Corporate Compliance Officer for Ventiv Health, Inc. and Vice President & Managing Director, OIG, Audits & Inventories for Ventiv Commercial Services (VCS). In this role, Tricia is charged with identifying ways in which Ventiv Health can offer efficient processes and programs that comply to PDMA and OIG guidelines both internally and externally. In her role as Vice President and Managing Director of OIG Audits & Inventories, Tricia is responsible for leading a new business unit which will offer auditing services internally as well as to external customers. Bert Davis founded Chase Medical in 1995 and currently serves as Chairman and CEO. He has over 17 years of healthcare industry and medical device experience in sales, marketing, and operations for The Cooper Companies, Alcon Inc., Shiley Inc., Pfizer Inc., and Quest Medical Inc. Mr.Davis also served in various leadership positions as an infantry officer in the United States Army. Mr.Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy, at West Point.

Stephen W. Sanger is the retired Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of General Mills, Inc., a consumer food products company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of General Mills from 1995 to September 2007, and as Chairman of the Board from 1995 to May 2008. He is a director of Wells Fargo & Company and Pfizer, Inc.

Dr. Weber has a special interest in Retinopathy of Prematurity and has participated in National Institute of Health funded multicenter studies including ETROP (Early Treatment of Retinopathy) and STOP-ROP (Supplemental Therapeutic Oxygen for Prethreshold Retinopathy of Prematurity). She served on the Executive Committee and the Outcomes Committee for STOP-ROP. Dr. Weber has additionally been involved in national studies for diabetes, AIDS and macular degeneration. She is an Assistant Professor at SUNY Stony Brook. Currently, she is involved in LEVEL which is a multicenter study sponsored by Pfizer and OSI/Eyetech looking at the role of induction maintenance in wet macular degeneration. She is a consultant for OSI/Eyetech, Pfizer, Estee Lauder and Talia Technology.

"Sally Susman is Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer for Pfizer Inc, the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical company. She leads strategic communications for the company, effectively communicating the company's mission, values and product news to its stakeholder audiences around the world. In this capacity she oversees worldwide media relations, colleague communications, corporate branding and reputation, corporate advertising, Internet and intranet services, and communications research. Before joining Pfizer in February 2008, Ms. Susman was Executive Vice President for Global Communications at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where for seven years she directed global communications strategy for the corporation and its 28 brands. Ms. Susman served as a member of the Executive Committee, served as company spokeswoman and was responsible for the company's media relations, employee communications and consumer relations. Ms. Susman has also held several high-level communications and government relations posts at American Express Company. She directed media relations, internal communications and governmental affairs for all of American Express' international operations and expanded its online presence in the United States. From 1995 to 1997, she was based in London, where she was responsible for corporate communications and government relations for American Express throughout Europe. Earlier in her career, Ms. Susman spent eight years in government service focused on international trade issues. Her positions included Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs in the U.S. Department of Commerce and Legislative Assistant for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. Ms. Susman holds a B.A. from Connecticut College and spent a year studying abroad at the London School of Economics. Ms. Susman is a Commissioner on the New York City Commission on Women's Issues, a position to which she was appointed by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. She is a Trustee of Connecticut College and the New School University. Ms. Susman also serves on the boards of Parsons School of Design and The National Partnership for Women and Families."

Amy W. Schulman is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Pfizer Inc. Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Schulman was a litigation practice group leader at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary and a member of the Executive, Strategic Planning, and Policy Committees. She has an extensive products liability practice with a particular concentration in drug and medical device litigation. Relevant engagements include Prempro, OxyContin, "Phen-Fen," L-tryptophan (dietary supplement), DBCP (pesticide), and latex gloves. Ms. Schulman acts as national coordinating counsel and trial counsel. She has experience designing and implementing alternative resolution programs for Fortune 500 companies and has handled nearly 750 mediations. Her business litigation practice includes substantial international litigation experience, including particular experience with cross-border discovery, supply contracts, and litigation involving closely held corporations. Ms. Schulman has particular experience in employment issues, including wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and litigation concerning Title VII and its state law analogs. Ms. Schulman appears frequently in federal courts throughout the country, as well as in Delaware Chancery Court. She speaks and writes frequently on mass tort litigation, resolution strategies, and issues relating to women in the legal profession. She is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee and was recently selected as one of 21 rising female litigators by members of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Ms. Schulman is cited in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.

Lisa Martin, C.P.M., is senior vice president, worldwide procurement at Pfizer Inc. While leading her team, Martin works with pertinent business leaders to refine the Pfizer Procurement strategy in order to create an organization which effectively leverages Pfizer systems and purchasing power. Pfizer is a research-based, global pharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets leading prescription medicines for humans and animals, as well as many of the world's best-known consumer brands. With the Pharmacia merger, Pfizer's revenue for 2003 was more than $45 billion. Pfizer was named the world's most admired pharmaceutical company by Fortune and the world's most generous company by the The Chronicle of Philanthropy. From October 1997 until June 2000, Martin was with the Warner-Lambert Co. in the capacity of vice president, global sourcing. Warner-Lambert's companywide productivity programs historically contributed savings of $50 million annually on a total spend base of approximately $6 billion. Martin's career includes management positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Pictures Entertainment and NBC. Most recently, Martin served as the senior procurement officer for Pfizer Inc. Martin currently serves on The Conference Board Supply Chain and Procurement Executive Council, the National Minority Supplier Development Council Board, Rutgers University's Supply Chain Management Advisory Board, Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the Corporate Executive Board Procurement Council. She was one of the youngest procurement professionals ever to serve as president of the Purchasing Management Association, Los Angeles and has been active in Institute for Supply Management (ISM) for many years.

Martin Mackay is the President of Pfizer PharmaTherapeutics Research & Development. Martin oversees an international network of scientists and other pharmaceutical R&D professionals in Research, Development Operations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Safety, and their functional lines. The PharmaTherapeutics organization is advancing a portfolio of investigational medicines in the following Research Units, Allergy & Respiratory, Antibacterials, Antivirals, Cardiovascular & Metabolic Diseases, Genitourinary, Neuroscience, Oncology , and Pain and in the Indications Discovery and Regenerative Medicine Biotechnology Units. Martin began his career at Pfizer in 1995 as the Director of Discovery Biology in the UK. In 1997 he became the Senior Director, Head of Biology and in 1998, Vice President, UK Discovery. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Worldwide Discovery in 1999 and moved to the United States. In 2003, he was appointed as the Senior Vice President, Head of Worldwide Research and Technology. Early in 2007, he was named Vice President PGRD, Head of Worldwide Development. He was appointed President of Pfizer Global Research and Development in September of 2007. Prior to joining Pfizer, Martin earned a Microbiology First Class Honors Degree at Heriot-Watt University and a PhD in Molecular Genetics at the University of Edinburgh in 1983. Between degrees he worked in Antibacterial Discovery at Beecham Pharmaceuticals in Surrey, UK. Martin conducted his postdoctoral research fellowship working on malarial vaccines with Professor John Scaife at the University of Edinburgh and Professor Uli Certa at Hoffman La-Roche Pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland. Martin joined the Advanced Drug Delivery Research Unit at Ciba-sGeigy in Sussex, UK and became the Head of Drug Preformulation and Delivery at that site. In 1993, he moved to Ciba's headquarters in Basel, Switzerland as Head of Molecular and Cell Biology, CNS Research, where he led an international team of researchers until his move to Pfizer in 1995.

Alex Polinsky, Ph.D. is Vice President, Head of High Throughput Discovery Division, of Pfizer-La Jolla. Dr. Polinsky is also the co-founder of Alanex Corporation, which developed a novel combinatorial chemistry technology and used it to discover several anti-viral and anti-cancer drugs. Alanex Corporation was acquired by Agouron in 1997, which was subsequently acquired by Warner-Lambert and then Pfizer. Dr. Polinsky is an internationally recognized expert in combinatorial chemistry and computer-aided drug design.

Anthony J. Principi was elected a director of Perot Systems in December 2005. Mr. Principi is Chairman and President of QTC Management, Inc., a provider of examination services and technology to the medical and disability communities. He is also a director and member of the Audit Committee of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Since March 2005, he has served as Chairman of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. From January 2001—January 2005 he was Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he directed the federal government's second largest department, responsible for a nationwide system of health care services, benefits programs, and national cemeteries for America's veterans and dependents. Previously, he served as a senior vice president at Lockheed Martin IMS, and as a partner in the San Diego law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps. He has also been a Vice President with Pfizer, Inc.

Dorothy Wetzel is Vice President, Consumer Marketing, U.S. Pharmaceuticals at Pfizer. In this role, Ms. Wetzel leads a team that develops and provides consulting on consumer communications activities on behalf of Pfizer prescription medicines. By working closely with the Pfizer brand groups, Ms. Wetzel and her team helped build the capabilities, which established Pfizer as one of the most recognized Consumer Marketers in the Pharmaceutical Industry. One of her most notable achievements was the launch of the award-winning Pfizer For Living relationship marketing program, which helps patients better manage and take charge of their health. She has also been a tireless champion of the value of Health Information for consumers. Ms. Wetzel has overseen one of the most extensive research and communication efforts on the positive impact Direct-to-Consumer Communication has had on patients and their relationships with health care providers. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the development and adoption of the Pfizer Principles for Clear Health Communication throughout Pfizer, resulting in more understandable and actionable health information for consumers. Ms. Wetzel is a 20 year-Veteran of consumer healthcare marketing. Prior to joining Pfizer, she worked in marketing for Whitehall-Robins managing products such as Advil, Anacin and Today Sponge. Most recently she was Group Director, Managed Care Marketing where she spearheaded numerous consumer, physician and employer programs for the Whitehall-Robins line of OTC products. Ms. Wetzel began her career at American Cyanamid in brand management. Ms. Wetzel is a graduate of Tufts University and the Columbia Business School, from which she earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance. She is a past chairperson of the Columbia Business School's Alumni Healthcare Committee.

Joe Bonito is Vice President, Group Leadership Effectiveness for the Corporate Human Resources division at Pfizer Inc, and a member of the Human Resources Leadership Council for the corporation In this role, Joe is responsible for leading Pfizer's leadership and talent development efforts. The Group is structured around three pillars of development - job experience, coaching, and learning activities with a strong focus on strengthening capabilities, and integrating activities into key HR processes. Additionally, Joe's responsibilities include Pfizer's Diversity and Inclusion, Values and Strategic Staffing efforts for the corporation. Previously, Joe was the Vice-President for the Worldwide Organizational Effectiveness and Consulting Services group in the global pharmaceutical business. Prior to joining Pfizer in 1994, Joe was a Principal at Rath & Strong, Inc., a management-consulting firm. In addition, he was human resources at McNeil Consumer Healthcare (a Johnson & Johnson affiliate) and began his career in sales at Procter & Gamble in Philadelphia. Joe holds an MS from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Boston College. Joe is married to Renee Creange, who is a free-lance writer, and they have two daughters Cara (13) and Elissa (9). They have lived in Teaneck, NJ for the last 15 years.

Chris is founder of the KS Group, a multi-branch engineering distribution group which is a supplier to BA, Heinz, Esso, Pfizer and Fisons. He has also developed a partnership and SPV's specialising in property site marriage and assembly. He brings a wealth of experience to KryoTrans in continuing to develop and perfect the production of the KryoTrans product range

Mr. Matlock's career in Biotechnology business development and entrepreneurial ventures spans 25 years. He was a co-founder, President and Board member of three biotechnology companies including Bioren, a therapeutic antibody company recently sold to Pfizer. Other start-ups include Ventria and Viridis, Inc., a biocatalysis company making pharmaceutical intermediates by metabolic pathway engineering. Business development experience includes the Stanford University Office of Technology Licensing and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Biotechnology and Human Genome Mapping Program.

Dr. Lewis is currently a Medical Policy Director for Pfizer, Inc. and also serves as a Consultant Principal Investigator, Uniformed Services University (USU) Center for Health Disparities. Her professional and research interests include health and healthcare disparities, clinical trials and minority participation, adolescent medicine, weight management (obesity and overweight), cultural proficiency and women's health care delivery. Dr. Lewis earned her medical degree from the University of the Health Sciences, The Chicago Medical School and completed a residency in family practice at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL. She also completed a two-year faculty development fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center and Pacific Lutheran University with a Masters degree in the Social and Behavioral sciences. Her many significant honors include membership on the editorial board for Journal of Cognitive and Behavioral Practice and receipt of the W.E. Upjohn Award for Innovation (2007); the Career Communications Group, Women of Color Emerald Honor for Medical Education Award (2003); the Uniformed Services University, Office of Recruitment and Diversity, Mentor of the Year Award (1999-2000); and the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians President's Award (1999). Dr. Lewis was one of five family physicians featured in the pamphlet "Is Our Health Care System Losing Its Balance?" sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians Research Initiative (1999), and she was one of nine family physicians profiled in the American Academy of Family Physicians 50th Anniversary Book, Caring for America The Story of Family Practice (1998).

Mr. Robison, who is retired, spent his entire 41 year career with Pfizer, Inc. At Pfizer, he rose through the ranks of the sales organization and became Senior Vice President of Pfizer Labs in 1986. In 1990, he became General Manager of Pratt Pharmaceuticals, a then new division of the U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group, and in 1992 he became the President of the Consumer Health Care Group. In 1996 he became a member of Pfizer's Corporate Management Committee and was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and head of Worldwide Corporate Employee Resources. Mr. Robison retired from Pfizer in 2001 and currently serves as a consultant and board member to various companies. Mr. Robison is a board member and an executive committee member of the USO of Metropolitan New York, Inc. He is also on the board of directors of the Northeast Louisiana University foundation, a member of the Human Resources Roundtable Group, the Pharmaceutical Human Resource Council, the Personnel Round Table, and on the Employee Relations Steering Committee for The Business Round Table.

George A. Lorch , age 67, joined HSBC Finance Corporation s Board in September 1994. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. From May 2000 until August 2000, Mr. Lorch served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Holdings Inc. (the parent of Armstrong World Industries, Inc.). Mr. Lorch served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (a manufacturer of interior finishes) from 1994 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 until May 1994. Mr. Lorch is a Director of The Williams Companies, Inc., Autoliv, Inc. and Pfizer Inc. Mr. Lorch is a member of the Executive and Audit Committees.

Victor P. Micati has served as a director of the Company since November 2004. Mr. Micati is a retired senior executive of Pfizer Inc. In 1999, Mr. Micati retired from Pfizer where he most recently had served as Executive Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Group of Pfizer and Vice President of Pfizer Inc. Mr. Micati first joined Pfizer in 1965 and over a 34-year career served in numerous capacities, including: President of European Operations; Executive Vice President of Pfizer Europe; Senior Vice President, Pharmaceuticals; Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development, Pfizer International; and Vice President of Marketing, Pfizer Laboratories. Mr. Micati also served as a member of the Pfizer International Board of Directors. Mr. Micati is currently a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Karen Boykin-Towns is Pfizer's Chief Diversity Officer. Her charge is to ensure rapid and measurable progress in making diversity and inclusion a genuine competitive advantage for Pfizer, the world leader among research-based pharmaceutical companies. She comes to this position with her own diverse experiences in business and government. After joining Pfizer in 1996 as a Senior Legislative Analyst in Government Relations, she progressed through positions of increasing responsibility within Pfizer's Worldwide Public Affairs and Policy Division. Just prior to becoming Chief Diversity Officer, she led Pfizer's highly successful government relations and public affairs activities in New York, New Jersey and Delaware. This region, covering more than 29 million people and including the nation's largest city, encompasses a number of Pfizer's largest direct customers and indirect payers of health care services. She was promoted to Chief Diversity Officer in August, 2008, and was also named to both the Human Resources Leadership Team, and to Pfizer's Senior Management Team, composed of the company's top 100 executives. Before joining Pfizer, she was Deputy Director to the New York State Senate Democratic Leader. In her first job in government, she worked her way up to Chief of Staff for then-Senator David A. Paterson, now Governor of New York. She has an MBA from Bernard Baruch College and a BA from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Always active in her community, she currently serves as a member of the National Board of Directors for the NAACP and is President of the NAACP's Brooklyn Branch. She was an At-Large Delegate to the 2004 Democratic National Convention and helped write the Democratic Party Platform for the 2000 National Convention. In 1999, then-Mayor Rudolph Giuliani appointed her to New York City's Charter Revision Commission. Among her recent honors are the 2007 New York State Women of Excellence Award; the 2007 National Action Network Keepers of the Dream Award for Community Service; and the 2006 YMCA Harlem Branch Black Achievers in Industry Award.
