Natale S. Ricciardi holds the positions of President/Team Leader, Pfizer Global Manufacturing (PGM) and Senior Vice President, Pfizer Inc. Nat was named to his current position in October 2004. He had been the PGM U.S. Area Team Leader since 1999, after four years as Vice President of Manufacturing for Pfizer's Animal Health Group. Nat led Pfizer's manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico from 1982 to 1995, the last three years of which included responsibility for Pfizer's Sales and Marketing operations in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. During his time in Puerto Rico, he led various public-private partnerships. Prior to Puerto Rico, he worked in a number of manufacturing assignments for 10 years in New York and at the Brooklyn plant. Nat earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Fordham University. Nat serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the nation's largest industry trade association, representing small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Mediacom Communications Corp., Middletown, New York, the eighth-largest cable television operator in the United States. He chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

Frank D’Amelio is the Chief Financial Officer of Pfizer. Before joining the company in September 2007, he was Senior Executive Vice President of Integration and Chief Administrative Officer of Alcatel-Lucent, responsible for the integration of the combined Alcatel-Lucent, in addition to the supply chain, information technology, real estate, marketing, legal and U.S. labor relations operations of the company. Prior to the merger of Alcatel and Lucent Technologies in 2006, Frank was the Chief Operating Officer of Lucent Technologies, responsible for leading business operations, including sales, the product groups, the services business, the supply chain, information technology operations and labor relations. In 2001, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lucent, where he helped lead the company through one of the most challenging periods in the telecom industry’s history and returned the company to profitability. When Lucent was spun off from AT&T in 1996, Frank helped establish the financial structure of the new company as the CFO of Lucent’s Network Systems Business and was a critical member of the team that met with investors around the world during Lucent’s initial public offering. After the IPO, he was appointed the Group President of Lucent’s Switching Solutions Group, where he led the manufacturing, research and development, marketing and product management of Lucent’s multibillion-dollar, global Switching, Access and Application Software businesses. Born and raised in New Jersey, Frank earned his MBA in Finance from St. John’s University and his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Peter’s College. He started his career in 1979 at Bell Labs, holding a variety of financial, accounting and general management positions, and moved within AT&T, commanding a series of positions with increasing responsibility. In 2005 and 2006, Frank was ranked among America’s top CFOs by Institutional Investor magazine, and in 2002, he was selected one of the top 10 leaders in his field by Treasury & Risk Management magazine. He serves on the Board of Directors of Humana, Inc., the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and the JPMorgan Chase National Advisory Board.

"Sally Susman is Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer for Pfizer Inc, the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical company. She leads strategic communications for the company, effectively communicating the company's mission, values and product news to its stakeholder audiences around the world. In this capacity she oversees worldwide media relations, colleague communications, corporate branding and reputation, corporate advertising, Internet and intranet services, and communications research. Before joining Pfizer in February 2008, Ms. Susman was Executive Vice President for Global Communications at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where for seven years she directed global communications strategy for the corporation and its 28 brands. Ms. Susman served as a member of the Executive Committee, served as company spokeswoman and was responsible for the company's media relations, employee communications and consumer relations. Ms. Susman has also held several high-level communications and government relations posts at American Express Company. She directed media relations, internal communications and governmental affairs for all of American Express' international operations and expanded its online presence in the United States. From 1995 to 1997, she was based in London, where she was responsible for corporate communications and government relations for American Express throughout Europe. Earlier in her career, Ms. Susman spent eight years in government service focused on international trade issues. Her positions included Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs in the U.S. Department of Commerce and Legislative Assistant for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. Ms. Susman holds a B.A. from Connecticut College and spent a year studying abroad at the London School of Economics. Ms. Susman is a Commissioner on the New York City Commission on Women's Issues, a position to which she was appointed by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. She is a Trustee of Connecticut College and the New School University. Ms. Susman also serves on the boards of Parsons School of Design and The National Partnership for Women and Families."

Dr. Saxton, 64, has been a director of the Company since December 2006. Dr. Saxton brings over 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development to inVentiv, initially as a clinical investigator and later through more than 25 years with Pfizer Inc. until his retirement in 2001. During his time with Pfizer, Dr. Saxton worked in a variety of positions in both Europe and the USA in the R&D and International commercial divisions.

Amy W. Schulman is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Pfizer Inc. Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Schulman was a litigation practice group leader at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary and a member of the Executive, Strategic Planning, and Policy Committees. She has an extensive products liability practice with a particular concentration in drug and medical device litigation. Relevant engagements include Prempro, OxyContin, "Phen-Fen," L-tryptophan (dietary supplement), DBCP (pesticide), and latex gloves. Ms. Schulman acts as national coordinating counsel and trial counsel. She has experience designing and implementing alternative resolution programs for Fortune 500 companies and has handled nearly 750 mediations. Her business litigation practice includes substantial international litigation experience, including particular experience with cross-border discovery, supply contracts, and litigation involving closely held corporations. Ms. Schulman has particular experience in employment issues, including wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and litigation concerning Title VII and its state law analogs. Ms. Schulman appears frequently in federal courts throughout the country, as well as in Delaware Chancery Court. She speaks and writes frequently on mass tort litigation, resolution strategies, and issues relating to women in the legal profession. She is a member of the firm's Diversity Committee and was recently selected as one of 21 rising female litigators by members of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Ms. Schulman is cited in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.

Lisa Martin, C.P.M., is senior vice president, worldwide procurement at Pfizer Inc. While leading her team, Martin works with pertinent business leaders to refine the Pfizer Procurement strategy in order to create an organization which effectively leverages Pfizer systems and purchasing power. Pfizer is a research-based, global pharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets leading prescription medicines for humans and animals, as well as many of the world's best-known consumer brands. With the Pharmacia merger, Pfizer's revenue for 2003 was more than $45 billion. Pfizer was named the world's most admired pharmaceutical company by Fortune and the world's most generous company by the The Chronicle of Philanthropy. From October 1997 until June 2000, Martin was with the Warner-Lambert Co. in the capacity of vice president, global sourcing. Warner-Lambert's companywide productivity programs historically contributed savings of $50 million annually on a total spend base of approximately $6 billion. Martin's career includes management positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Pictures Entertainment and NBC. Most recently, Martin served as the senior procurement officer for Pfizer Inc. Martin currently serves on The Conference Board Supply Chain and Procurement Executive Council, the National Minority Supplier Development Council Board, Rutgers University's Supply Chain Management Advisory Board, Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the Corporate Executive Board Procurement Council. She was one of the youngest procurement professionals ever to serve as president of the Purchasing Management Association, Los Angeles and has been active in Institute for Supply Management (ISM) for many years.

Alex Polinsky, Ph.D. is Vice President, Head of High Throughput Discovery Division, of Pfizer-La Jolla. Dr. Polinsky is also the co-founder of Alanex Corporation, which developed a novel combinatorial chemistry technology and used it to discover several anti-viral and anti-cancer drugs. Alanex Corporation was acquired by Agouron in 1997, which was subsequently acquired by Warner-Lambert and then Pfizer. Dr. Polinsky is an internationally recognized expert in combinatorial chemistry and computer-aided drug design.

Anthony J. Principi was elected a director of Perot Systems in December 2005. Mr. Principi is Chairman and President of QTC Management, Inc., a provider of examination services and technology to the medical and disability communities. He is also a director and member of the Audit Committee of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Since March 2005, he has served as Chairman of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. From January 2001—January 2005 he was Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he directed the federal government's second largest department, responsible for a nationwide system of health care services, benefits programs, and national cemeteries for America's veterans and dependents. Previously, he served as a senior vice president at Lockheed Martin IMS, and as a partner in the San Diego law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps. He has also been a Vice President with Pfizer, Inc.

Dorothy Wetzel is Vice President, Consumer Marketing, U.S. Pharmaceuticals at Pfizer. In this role, Ms. Wetzel leads a team that develops and provides consulting on consumer communications activities on behalf of Pfizer prescription medicines. By working closely with the Pfizer brand groups, Ms. Wetzel and her team helped build the capabilities, which established Pfizer as one of the most recognized Consumer Marketers in the Pharmaceutical Industry. One of her most notable achievements was the launch of the award-winning Pfizer For Living relationship marketing program, which helps patients better manage and take charge of their health. She has also been a tireless champion of the value of Health Information for consumers. Ms. Wetzel has overseen one of the most extensive research and communication efforts on the positive impact Direct-to-Consumer Communication has had on patients and their relationships with health care providers. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the development and adoption of the Pfizer Principles for Clear Health Communication throughout Pfizer, resulting in more understandable and actionable health information for consumers. Ms. Wetzel is a 20 year-Veteran of consumer healthcare marketing. Prior to joining Pfizer, she worked in marketing for Whitehall-Robins managing products such as Advil, Anacin and Today Sponge. Most recently she was Group Director, Managed Care Marketing where she spearheaded numerous consumer, physician and employer programs for the Whitehall-Robins line of OTC products. Ms. Wetzel began her career at American Cyanamid in brand management. Ms. Wetzel is a graduate of Tufts University and the Columbia Business School, from which she earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance. She is a past chairperson of the Columbia Business School's Alumni Healthcare Committee.

Leslie Mays recently joined Pfizer as Vice President, Worldwide Diversity and Inclusion. In this newly-created leadership role, Leslie works closely with Pfizer's business leadership teams to develop, lead, and drive results-oriented global strategies and plans around the world. Ms Mays' responsibilities also extend to leading the company's strategic staffing efforts. Before joining Pfizer, Ms. Mays spent nine years at Shell, most recently as Vice President/Head of Global Diversity and Inclusiveness for Royal Dutch Shell Group, working in London. Ms Mays' leadership resulted in the establishment of the first, auditable global D&I policy in a multi-national company which was implemented in more than 140 countries; and significant increases in representation of women and people of different nationalities at senior levels. Ms Mays has served in similar corporate leadership roles at Reebok and General Mills, developing and driving effective, best-practice diversity strategies.

Chris is founder of the KS Group, a multi-branch engineering distribution group which is a supplier to BA, Heinz, Esso, Pfizer and Fisons. He has also developed a partnership and SPV's specialising in property site marriage and assembly. He brings a wealth of experience to KryoTrans in continuing to develop and perfect the production of the KryoTrans product range

Mr. Matlock's career in Biotechnology business development and entrepreneurial ventures spans 25 years. He was a co-founder, President and Board member of three biotechnology companies including Bioren, a therapeutic antibody company recently sold to Pfizer. Other start-ups include Ventria and Viridis, Inc., a biocatalysis company making pharmaceutical intermediates by metabolic pathway engineering. Business development experience includes the Stanford University Office of Technology Licensing and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Biotechnology and Human Genome Mapping Program.

Corey S. Goodman, PhD is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-founder of Renovis, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing drugs to treat stroke, chronic neurological diseases and pain. Dr. Goodman is concurrently an adjunct professor of neurobiology at the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, Dr. Goodman was a co-founder of Exelixis, Inc.; a professor of neurobiology and genetics at the University of California, Berkeley for 18 years; and a professor of biology at Stanford for 8 years. At Berkeley, Dr. Goodman was the Evan Rauch Professor of Neuroscience, the Director and co-founder of the Wills Neuroscience Institute and an Investigator with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. He is Vice President of the McKnight Endowment Fund for Neuroscience and is a member of the BayBio board and the Biotechnology Industry Organization ECS board. Dr. Goodman received a BS in Biology from Stanford University and a PhD in Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Lewis is currently a Medical Policy Director for Pfizer, Inc. and also serves as a Consultant Principal Investigator, Uniformed Services University (USU) Center for Health Disparities. Her professional and research interests include health and healthcare disparities, clinical trials and minority participation, adolescent medicine, weight management (obesity and overweight), cultural proficiency and women's health care delivery. Dr. Lewis earned her medical degree from the University of the Health Sciences, The Chicago Medical School and completed a residency in family practice at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL. She also completed a two-year faculty development fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center and Pacific Lutheran University with a Masters degree in the Social and Behavioral sciences. Her many significant honors include membership on the editorial board for Journal of Cognitive and Behavioral Practice and receipt of the W.E. Upjohn Award for Innovation (2007); the Career Communications Group, Women of Color Emerald Honor for Medical Education Award (2003); the Uniformed Services University, Office of Recruitment and Diversity, Mentor of the Year Award (1999-2000); and the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians President's Award (1999). Dr. Lewis was one of five family physicians featured in the pamphlet "Is Our Health Care System Losing Its Balance?" sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians Research Initiative (1999), and she was one of nine family physicians profiled in the American Academy of Family Physicians 50th Anniversary Book, Caring for America The Story of Family Practice (1998).

Jonathan Merry, business technology director of Pfizer, noted that the standard career path in IT has radically changed in recent years. It is no longer sufficient to learn functional skills being politically savvy and commercially astute is now high on the agenda. In addition, knowing how to influence and negotiate with demanding business owners around the deployment of resources in favour of new and emerging markets was deemed to be a critical ability.

Linda Pryor is Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs for Pfizer. In addition to serving on the Board of the Colorado Biosciences Association, Linda serves on the Colorado Civil Justice League Board, the University of Colorado School of Medicine Dean's Advisory Council, the University of Colorado School of Nursing Board and is a member of numerous other civic and agricultural organizations. Prior to joining Pfizer, she served as Director of Public Affairs and chief lobbyist for the University of Colorado system. Linda Pryor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Public Administration.

Mary Jo O'Brien is a nationally recognized health care policy expert and lobbyist. She is currently assistant director of worldwide public affairs for Pfizer, Inc. Previously, she served as commissioner of health and was the governor's lead person in the development and implementation of Minnesota's landmark 1992 health reform legislation, "MinnesotaCare." She has assisted numerous national and state foundations, federal agencies, state agencies, legislatures, and other national organizations in designing, implementing, and evaluating health policies.

Paula Luff is Senior Director, Global Philanthropy and Access at Pfizer Inc, a research-based global healthcare company based in New York City. Paula oversees all of Pfizer's global philanthropic programs. In the past ten years, Paula has been responsible for leading the company's efforts in forming public/private partnerships that build capacity and increase access to medicines in developing countries. In partnership with the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, she was instrumental in founding the International Trachoma Initiative, a comprehensive public health strategy aimed at eliminating the world's leading cause of blindness by 2020. She also oversees the Diflucan Partnership Program that offers free treatment and healthcare training on fungal infections in HIV/AIDS, and the development of the Infectious Diseases Institute, AAF's implementing partner in Uganda. Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Luff was Director of Foundation Support for CARE, the international relief and development agency. Prior to joining CARE, Ms. Luff worked for the Special Programs department of Catholic Relief Services, where she managed grant reporting and special grants programs. Ms. Luff received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and M.A. from New York University and the New School University.

Ms. Ronke Ekwensi (Member) is currently Senior Director of Corporate Records and Information Management at Pfizer (New York). Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and had various roles with the firm for the 6 years. Prior to Ernst & Young, she had various senior level technology roles with companies like PSE&G, Sony Electronics & Hewlett Packard. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Philosophy and an MBA in Global Management.Ms. Ekwensi has led ethnic diversity efforts in various organizations and devotes her time and support the Isaiah House, a displaced women's shelter in Orange, NJ. She is married with 4 children and resides in New Jersey.

Dr. Sornsen is a graduate of Iowa State and went on to complete his M.S. in Veterinary Preventive Medicine. After several years as a partner in a mixed practice with swine production emphasis, he became the staff veterinarian for a large production system. He was also an Asst. Vice President in Health Assurance for another large system. As Director of Veterinary Services at Pfizer, he leads a team of highly qualified swine veterinarians and focuses on providing value to customers to help optimize their use of Pfizer s products in swine production.

Dave is the Regional Market Manager for Pfizer, Inc. He and his wife Wendy and two children reside at 9000 N. Lake Dasha Dr. Dave is a graduate of the University of Tampa, and earned his M.B.A. at Nova Southeastern University. A resident of Plantation for over 12 years, Dave's vision for the Association is to have a friendly, clean, and safe place to raise a family, while increasing property values by continually improving our community, and thereby making this neighborhood a desirable, exclusive destination of Plantation.

James S. Byron is a Manager of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness for Pfizer Inc. He has a masters degree in Organizational Psychology and over 20 years of experience in leading organizational and personal performance improvement projects. Jim has worked with every organizational level across several industries, including the world's largest pharmaceutical, chemical and financial services organizations. Specializing in productivity improvement, Jim has expertise in accomplishing large-scale organizational change, organizational performance assessment, leadership and employee development, employee involvement and teaming, and high performance organization development. Projects led by Jim have consistently produced an impressive range of bottom line results with ROI's of 10:1 to 21:1 in addition to dramatic improvements in morale, climate, and employee involvement.

Johnny Hodges has been the territory manager and swine industry specialist in NC, SC, GA and AL for Pfizer Animal Health since 2002. Prior to joining Pfizer, he served as territory manager for Smith and Stephenson in Charlotte, NC for 10 years in hardware/home center trade. Johnny graduated from NC State University in 1983 with a bachelor of science degree in animal science. In addition to serving on the NC Pork Council's board, Johnny is a member of the Council's fundraising committee and research committee.

Niesha Hamilton is a graduate of the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and currently is a Senior Manager for Pfizer, Inc., Marketing Finance-Pharmaceuticals Group. She has served as the President of the Black Business Student Forum and Vice President of Sports & Entertainment Management Club at the University of Virginia and was the Co-Founder & President of the Syracuse University Student Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. She currently Chairs YPP's Finance Committee. Past volunteer experience includes serving as a Big Sister for Big Brother Big Sister Mentor Workplace Program in New York City and a Tutor for the Fresh Air Fund.

Dr. Kimmel is currently Manager of Toxicology, Eastern Operations for SafeBridge Consultants, Inc. She has over 12 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked in various capacities in corporate occupational toxicology groups, culminating as a Manager of Hazard Assessment and Characterization at Pfizer, Inc. Her primary responsibilities have included: Management of programs for setting of Occupational Exposure Limits, along with Occupational Exposure Bands for commercial compounds; Communication of health hazard information to company facilities worldwide; Development and maintenance of Material Safety Data Sheets; and monitoring of toxicology studies for worker safety. Dr. Kimmel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology and serves on the American Industrial Hygiene Association's Workplace Environmental Exposure Level (WEEL) Committee. She is a member of the AIHA as well as of the Society of Toxicology, Mid-Atlantic Chapter, and she is an associate member of the Society of Toxicology, National Chapter. Dr. Kimmel is a guest lecturer on toxicity testing methods at New York University Medical Center/Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

After a Biochemistry degree and three years in retail management, Andrew joined Pfizer as a rep, progressing through sales to cardiovascular product management, before moving to SmithKline and French as overseas NPD manager. He left to take a full-time marketing MBA at City University and has since added qualifications in Transactional Analysis and as an NPL master practitioner. Andrew specialises in personal development, teamwork, organisational change and unconscious influencing, and often speaks or writes on the subjects. When not busy at Insight, Andrew says he enjoys music and rugby league, so presumably can be found singing on the terraces.

Atiba D. Adams, assistant general counsel at Pfizer Inc, is responsible for management of litigation matters in the areas of pharmaceutical product liability, toxic tort and environ-mental exposure, clinical trials, and insurance coverage disputes. He has professional affiliations with the American Bar Association, City Bar Association of New York, International Association of Defense Counsel, and the National Bar Association. Mr. Adams attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania and graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law in May 1996.

Since 1989, Carol Casazza Herman, Assistant General Counsel and head of Pfizer's environmental law practice group, has counseled Pfizer Inc on EHS issues arising under local, federal and international law in the context of business transactions, compliance, policy advocacy, and program development. She has represented the pharmaceutical industry in the development of international environmental policy and has served as Chair of the PhRMA International Environmental Work Group and Vice Chair of the PhRMA Environmental Committee. Carol has recently added another dimension to her work at Pfizer. She created and was chair of the Legal Division's Diversity Steering Committee. The LDDSC is responsible for the advancement of the Legal Division's diversity program. Before joining Pfizer, Carol was an associate with a New Jersey law firm, where she advised corporate clients with regard to environmental issues arising in the context of corporate transactions. She was also an Assistant Regional Counsel for the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"), Region II Office, representing the Agency in enforcement actions brought pursuant to several federal environmental laws. Carol's environmental science background complements her legal expertise. Prior to attending law school, she served as an Environmental Scientist at the EPA Region II Office and assisted in the implementation of air pollution programs under the Clean Air Act. At the Center for Coastal and Environmental Studies, a research arm of Rutgers University, she participated in a significant ecological study of the New Jersey Pine Barrens. While at Pfizer, Carol also was an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School where she taught the Environmental Practice Workshop and has guest-lectured at Pace University Law School. She also serves on the Boards of the Westchester League of Conservation Voters, New York Conservation Education Fund, and the Sheldrake Environmental Center. Carol has a B.A. in biology from Rutgers College of Rutgers University. She received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she founded the Hofstra Environmental Law Society and edited its publication, the Environmental Law Digest. Carol resides in Larchmont, New York with her lawyer/songwriter husband, Neil, and her teenaged stepdaughter, Sarah. She is an avid tennis player and an occasional gardener.

Charles Raeburn, Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, responded to to my January 3 post on the ouster of Home Depot CEO Robert Nardelli. I encourage others with informed views on Nardelli's departure, Home Depot's performance, and CEO compensation to write to me (pschwartz@knowledgemosaic.com (pschwartz@knowledgemosaic.com ). We would like to encourage a vigorous debate on these issues.

Dona joined Pfizer in 1982 as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, becoming Marketing Research Manager in 1989. He was appointed Sales Training Manager in 1992. Dona became National Sales Manager in 1994. He was elected to the Pfizer board as Director, Sales and Training in 1996. He became Vice President, Sales and Training in 1997 and Vice President, Corporate Affairs in 2000. He is currently the Chief Operating Director, Neimeth Integrated Services Limited (NISL) with concurrent responsibility for Special Projects and Strategy. Dona is a registered Pharmacist and an alumnus of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the University of Lagos where he did a PGD (Marketing).

Donna received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Long Island University and a Master of Science in Systems Management from University of Southern California. She is presently a Clinical Education Consultant at Pfizer. Donna is also an Assistant Professor Clinical Pharmacy Practice at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Donna has been a Clinical Consultant with PCS Health Systems, Special Projects Co-coordinator with Walgreen's Healthcare Plus, Clinical Pharmacist with Ireland Army Community Hospital and Assistant Director of Pharmacy with Byrd Memorial Hospital. She has many achievements, including: Federal Employee of the Year, Honorary Kentucky Colonel, awarded by Gov. Martha Layne Collins; Exemplary Pharmacist Award (PCS Healthsystems); and the Bill Pelton Customer Recognition Award, Pfizer. She is a member of ASHP, FSHP, APhA, FPA, AANP, and CFPhA. Donna raised over $3,000 for the American Diabetes Association as a runner in the 2004 Disney Marathon. Other activities include Eucharistic Minister at St. Stephen Church, Board of Trustees of the Florida Pharmacy Foundation and Community Service lectures on various topics. Donna resides in Oviedo with her husband and three children.

Francisco "Paco" Alvarez teaches Group Exerecise classes for Pfizer Global Research and Development Laboratories and 24 Hour Fitness, and is also the group exercise supervisor at Pfizer. Paco is a member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He is Former National Aerobics Competitor. Paco was born in Guadalajara Mexico. He was a member of the First Company of The Ballet Folklorico de la Universidad de Guadalajara for nine years. Paco began teaching group exercise in Guadalajara in the early 90's at World Gym.

Gabe served as the third president of the MHBA during the years 1995 to 1996. During Gabe's tenure, the MHBA continued to build on the visions of its founding members, Mayda Colon Tsaknis and Marielsa Bernard, by partnering with the MSBA and other local bar associations to address the legal needs of Maryland's important Hispanic community as well as other minority groups. Accomplishments of the 1995-1996 term included: organizing an open house at the District Court of Maryland, including special programs for Spanish-speaking members of the community; increased involvement and visibility in the state judicial selection process by interviewing and evaluating candidates for judicial appointment; translating into Spanish of legal informational brochures and video of the MSBA; testifying before the Commission on the Future of Maryland Courts on issues of importance to the organization; and acting as a key participant in voter education and registration programs for new U.S. citizens and citizenship and naturalization workshops. Gabe immigrated to the U.S. in 1970 at the age of five from Santiago, Chile. He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and three daughters. Gabe is employed as Senior Patent Counsel at Pfizer Inc. Before that he worked in Israel as Assistant General Counsel for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries and in private practice in Bethesda. Gabe received his law degree from Temple University and undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and chemistry from the University of Massachusetts.

Keren Stashower is an organization development consultant specializing in strategic organizational assessment and design of large-scale planning and change efforts. She works with clients at all organizational levels to support effective organizational growth. She has provided executive coaching, designed and conducted management development training programs, facilitated strategic planning and teambuilding retreats, designed customer service and employee satisfaction surveys and facilitated large group discussions. Keren has also facilitated key interdisciplinary or cross-functional organizational efforts to ensure project outcomes are timely and thorough. Keren served as the Director of Organization Effectiveness for Sharp HealthCare. She provided services to 5 hospitals and 3 medical groups, including design of a physician/ executive leadership development program, a supervisory training program and redesign of several key departments. She also served as Director of Quality for a major medical group. As a member of the executive leadership team, she was responsible for design of organizational systems and structures that supported collection, dissemination and use of quality data to improve overall performance. She designed and implemented a large-scale change effort aimed at improving service delivery, with demonstrable results. She managed a diverse staff of 33 healthcare professionals. Keren's clients have included Sea World, Nokia, the San Diego Zoological Society, Sharp HealthCare, UCSD Medical Center, Cal State San Marcos, Planned Parenthood, the City of Berkeley, the Commission for Children, Youth and Families, the County Water Authority, Children's Hospital, and the City of San Diego. Kevin Hunt is a Sales Representative with Pfizer, and is past Grand Knight of the Rantoul Knights of Columbus. He has been a Director since 2005. Kevin is a member of the Champaign County Board, and was the head coach for the 2006 Girls Softball Team sponsored by the credit union.

Kuldeep Neote PhD is a Principal Research Scientist with Pfizer (equivalent to tenure Staff Scientist position). He did his PhD at the University of Toronto and was involved in identifying the most prevalent genetic lesion responsible for Tay-Sachs disease in the Ashkenazi Jewish population (Nature, 1988). His postdoctoral work at Genentech from 1991 to 1994 focused on chemokine biology and he cloned the first CC chemokine receptor (Cell, 1993), work that subsequently had an impact on cloning additional chemokine receptors including CCR5, one of the major HIV co-receptors. He has been working at Pfizer for the last eight years responsible for initiating the chemokine drug discovery program that has led to the advancement of one clinical candidate to Phase II trial. In addition, he has been responsible for applying cutting edge technology to the Drug Discovery process, including breakthroughs in genomics and high throughput screening. He has published 38 papers and filed 5 patents. Dr. Neote has known Dr. Wong since 1990 at Genentech.

Earlier in her career, Ms. McLeod worked at Cisco Systems and General Electric, where she was Head of HR for several businesses and involved in all phases of global mergers and acquisitions. Ms. McLeod started her professional career with Accenture, where she held expatriate assignments in Brazil and Australia. Mr. Axelrod, a graduate of Princeton University is a former Pfizer researcher and current board member of many organizations including the Museum of Photographic Art in San Diego. He and his wife, Joyce, are long time San Diego personalities known as much for contributions to film arts as for their support of animals and their health. Mr. Axelrod is a founding board member of the San Diego Choral Artists and is President of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park. He is currently Director of Monterey Financial Services.

Dr. Weber has a special interest in Retinopathy of Prematurity and has participated in National Institute of Health funded multicenter studies including ETROP (Early Treatment of Retinopathy) and STOP-ROP (Supplemental Therapeutic Oxygen for Prethreshold Retinopathy of Prematurity). She served on the Executive Committee and the Outcomes Committee for STOP-ROP. Dr. Weber has additionally been involved in national studies for diabetes, AIDS and macular degeneration. She is an Assistant Professor at SUNY Stony Brook. Currently, she is involved in LEVEL which is a multicenter study sponsored by Pfizer and OSI/Eyetech looking at the role of induction maintenance in wet macular degeneration. Rosemary Basson, MB, BS, FRCP (UK), is the director of the Program in Sexual Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She began specializing in internal medicine a great many years ago, subsequently grounded in family medicine in Deep Cove, North Vancouver (1974-1987) and then focused entirely on sexual medicine. After publishing some fifty peer-reviewed articles many focusing on a reconceptualization of human sex response, particularly that of women, Dr. Basson has facilitated an international consensus committee's attempt to revise and expand the definitions of women's sexual dysfunctions. Dr. Basson is the co-chair for the 2nd International Consensus on Sexual Medicine: Men and Women's Sexual Dysfunctions, now published in book format and imminently freely available on the Web. This is an evidence-based, multi-authored international report on assessment and management of men and women's sexual dysfunctions. As a clinical professor in the UBC Department of Psychiatry with cross appointment in Ob/Gyn, Dr Basson provides assessment and management consultations to referring doctors across British Columbia. She is extensively involved with undergraduate and postgraduate education and local, national and international continuing medical education as well as clinical research and membership of various scientific committees and editorial boards. Dr. Basson is a consultant for Pfizer and Solvay.

Ms. Farley is an operational volunteer with ICEHA, working on monitoring and evaluation of programs. When not volunteering for ICEHA, Ms. Farley works as a City Research Scientist at the Bureau of Epidemiology Services for the New York City Department of Health. While earning her MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University in New York City, Ms. Farley worked on local and international program evaluations and needs assessments. Prior to graduate school, she worked as public high school teacher in New York City and California. She was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya, where she taught Biology, Chemistry, and HIV education. Ms. Farley has a Masters in Public Health in Population and Family Health with a concentration in reproductive, adolescent and child health, from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, a Single Subject Life Science Credential from San Francisco State University, and a BS in Biology from the University of California, at San Diego.

Ms. Frost is licensed to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, West Virginia and Mississippi. Additionally, she is admitted to practice in all of the United States Federal District Courts in Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been admitted as trial counsel by pro hac vice in California, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New York and Washington. During the past two decades, Ms. Frost has been involved in several mass trials, including the largest all-issues asbestos trial ever tried in state court, which was tried in Houston, Texas in 1990. Ms. Frost was selected as an arbitration counsel for the Fibreboard Corporation during the early stages of its bankruptcy and presented its position in numerous arbitrations from Georgia to California. She serves as Pfizer Inc's National Coordinating Counsel for asbestos and silica litigation. She represents a variety of other Fortune 500 companies in products liability and toxic tort cases throughout the country. She has successfully defended a succession of manufacturers of asbestos containing products in numerous cases since 1989, including having obtained seven defense verdicts in asbestos personal injury cases in Texas and California between 2001 and 2007. Ms. Frost was named a Texas Super Lawyer for 2005 and 2006 by Texas Lawyer Magazine.

Dr. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross in Worcester MA in 1965, followed in 1969 with his Doctorate in Medicine from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington DC. He was honored with the AOA Honor Medical Society, the Merck Graduation Award and the Vincennien Medal Teaching Award, all at Georgetown University. His post graduate studies include General Surgery at Georgetown (1969-71), Orthopedic Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center (1973-75), the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital for Crippled Children in Baltimore MD (1975-76) and Reconstructive Surgery of the Hip & Knee at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston MA (1976). Dr. Ryan is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 1978 and has current licensure in DC and Maryland. He is a member of the Clinical Orthopedic Society and is an instructor Department of Surgery and Division of Orthopedic Surgery at Georgetown University. He is a former Co-Director and Orthopedic Surgeon at the Georgetown University Sports Medicine Clinic. He is a consultant with Pfizer Corporation, United States Golf Association Champions Tour and the DC Coaches Association. Dr. Ryan was a lecturer at the Union Memorial Hospital Sports Symposium and for the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin Ireland. His hospital affiliations are attending with Sibley and Suburban Hospitals and as an instructor at Georgetown University Hospital. He instructs medical students in his office and teaches orthopedics residents from George Washington University at Sibley Hospital. He is currently on the Sibley Hospital Executive Committee of the medical staff and Past President of the Sibley Medical Association. In 1991, Dr. Ryan was elected the Gonzaga High School Alumni "Man of the Year" and elected to the Gonzaga Sports Hall of Fame in 2002.

Victor P. Micati has served as a director of the Company since November 2004. Mr. Micati is a retired senior executive of Pfizer Inc. In 1999, Mr. Micati retired from Pfizer where he most recently had served as Executive Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Group of Pfizer and Vice President of Pfizer Inc. Dennis A. Ausiello, MD is the Jackson Professor of Clinical Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Physician-in-Chief of the Medical Services at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Toni Hoover is senior vice president and director for Pfizer's Groton/New London Laboratories, the largest of Pfizer's six research and development site. She is the general manager and senior leader responsible for creating the environment necessary to achieve Pfizer's mission of discovering and developing new medications to meet unmet medical needs. She is a member of the Pfizer Inc Senior Management Team and the Research and Development Leadership Team. Beginning with her role as a clinical scientist for Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research Division, she has had an impressive 20-year career in the pharmaceutical research industry. She was a member of the team that achieved global registration for Cognex , the first treatment for the signs and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. She was the first African-American woman vice president at Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research Division. She joined Pfizer in 2000 as Worldwide Portfolio Lead and vice president of Global Project Management and provided key leadership in early and late-stage drug development activities for projects in the Neuroscience, Inflammation, and Metabolic Diseases Therapeutic areas. In 2007, she was named one of the "Top 50 Women to Watch" by the Wall Street Journal, and in 2004 she received the YMCA's Black Achiever in Industry Award. She is a member of the Pfizer Inc. William C. Steere, Jr. has been the Chairman Emeritus of Pfizer Inc. since July 2001. He has been a director of Pfizer Inc. since 1987, was Chairman of the Board from 1992 to April 2001 and was Chief Executive Officer from February 1991 to December 2000. Claudio Denoya, Ph.D., is a Research Fellow at the Microbiology section of the Parenteral Development Center of Emphasis, Pfizer Global R&D, Groton, Connecticut. Claudio has more than 60 patents, book chapters, and peer-reviewed journal articles in the areas of biochemistry, enzymology, microbiology, cell and molecular biology, genetics, and pharmaceutical sciences. Other interests include chess, kayaking, hiking, soccer, insects, history, and psychology. Claudio is a founding member of Pfizer's Hispanic Network, and a supporter of a number of environmental initiatives and societies. He is a long time member of the Nature Conservancy and the Sierra Club. Claudio has participated in numerous Sierra Clubs kayaking and service trips. He has recently worked on a trail restoration project in El Yunque tropical rain forest in Puerto Rico. Next September he will be working in the Channel Islands off the coast of California in an effort to eradicate invading plants.

Debbie Putnam is the Breed Coordinator for the Equine Affaires in Ohio, Massachusetts, and California, for which she develops the Breed Pavilion and coordinates the breed demonstrations scheduled throughout each of these events. In addition, she coordinates the Horse & Farm Exhibits areas at both the Ohio and Massachusetts expositions. As a member of the Pfizer Fantasia production team, she solicits and organizes the breed-related performances included in the special evening shows in Ohio and Massachusetts. Debbie received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University in 1974 and was subsequently employed in various positions within the banking and retail industries. She has been involved with horses throughout her life from riding with her family as a child growing up in southern California, to riding on a regular basis at St. Lawrence University s equestrian facility, to pleasure riding cross country during a four-year residence in Galway, Ireland. She has been a valued member of the Equine Affaire production team since 1995.
