Mr. Reyes is a distinguished and highly respected businessman with 37 years of business management experience in the Philippines. Mr. Reyes held a variety of executive positions with Shell Oil in the Philippines, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. Reyes' leadership, the large offshore Malampaya oil and gas project was brought into production in 1998. Mr. Reyes is the former Managing Director of Shell Exploration B.V., a former Director of Philipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and presently holds directorships in a number of major Philippine companies, including Sun Life Prosperity Dollar Advantage Fund Inc. He is also a member of the Advisory Boards of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. and JG Summit Holdings. Mr. Reyes is a member of a number of professional organizations including the Management Association of the Philippines, Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines, Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Philippines-British Business Council and World Energy Council (Philippines) Foundation, Inc.
