Mr. Hobbs joined the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hobbs served as president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of Intellisync Corporation, a provider of platform-independent wireless messaging and mobile software, from 2002 to 2006. Tony Morris has been involved in the information technology (IT) industry since 1979 as entrepreneur, investor, independent Director, and consultant on both sides of the Atlantic. Since 1988 he has provided business strategy and venture development counsel to IT companies and investors, ranging from the largest computer industry companies to high potential startups.
