Sharad Rastogi is vice president of corporate development and general manager of Pinnacle Systems. In his corporate development role, Rastogi oversees strategic alliances, acquisitions, and new business opportunities. As general manager of Pinnacle Systems, he is responsible for building Avid's presence and success in the consumer video sector. Prior to Avid, Rastogi was a vice president and partner at management consulting firm Bain & Company, Inc., where he advised technology, media, venture capital, and private equity clients in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration. Before Bain & Company, he was senior automation engineer at hard-disk manufacturer Komag, Inc. Rastogi holds a master of business administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a master of science in manufacturing engineering from Boston University, and a bachelor of technology in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.

Palash founded Pinnacle Systems in 2003. Previously he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Management Consultancy Services and IBM business consulting service. Both at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM, Palash worked in the utility sector for fortune 500 clients for over a decade. Palash holds a MBA degree from University of Georgia, Athens and a bachelors degree in Computer Science from NIT, Rourkela, India.

Brooke Deterline brings more than 11 years of investor relations, financial journalism, and corporate communications experience to financial communications consulting. She was a reporter at SmartMoney magazine in New York, writing on various companies and financial subjects including technology, mutual funds, industry analysts, real estate, and taxes. After returning to San Francisco in January 1999, Ms. Deterline moved into IR at the Financial Relations Board where she worked in the Internet group on such clients as NextCard, Autobytel and AboveNet. She then moved to Morgen-Walke Associates as an assistant vice president where she ran comprehensive investor relations programs for leading pre-IPO and public technology companies, including PurchasePro.com, MyPoints, USSearch and Cephren. Her efforts increased sell-side analyst coverage, and buy-side and institutional investment. Ms. Deterline founded StreetSmart Partners, a financial communications consulting firm specializing in strategic financial counseling, investor and media relations, alliance targeting and sector analysis. Clients have included BuildPoint, Dr. Spock and Saber Capital. Currently, Ms. Deterline is Director of Investor Relations for Pinnacle Systems in San Francisco.
