In 2007, John Denman was named Senior Vice President, Fossil Operations for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Denman, who joined APS in 1964, previously served as Director, Fossil Generation, for the company with responsibility for the operation, maintenance, engineering and personnel of fossil-fired electric generating stations. He was named Vice President Fossil Generation in 1997. During his tenure, he has served as Manager of Fossil Generation, as well as Manager of the Company's Four Corners Power Plant in New Mexico, one of the largest coal-fired plants in the United States. Froetscher joined APS in 1980 and has served in a wide variety of customer service and energy delivery leadership positions, including Division Manager in the company's Southeast and Northwest regions, and General Manager of Northern Arizona Energy Delivery. Most recently, Froetscher was the company's General Manager for Rural Arizona Energy Delivery. Froetscher was named to his current position in October 2008.

Yvonne Hunter is a Senior Public Affairs Representative for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, the parent company of APS, APS Energy Services, SunCor and Eldorado. She provides support on matters of public policy concerning environmental issues, community growth and development, construction and other general business issues on behalf of Pinnacle West. Prior to her position with Pinnacle West, Ms. Hunter worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General for Arizona. Her responsibilities were primarily environmental enforcement and providing technical advice on proposed legislation impacting Arizona's environmental laws. Prior to her environmental law enforcement responsibilities, Ms. Hunter represented the Arizona State Board of Accountancy in its enforcement actions against certified public accountants and certified public accounting firms doing business in Arizona, in particular, individuals and organizations involved in the savings and loan scandals. Ms. Hunter has also spent time as a general practice in-house attorney with Salt River Project and served as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office where she handled felony prosecutions. Ms. Hunter completed her college education in Las Vegas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She completed her law school career at the College of Law (currently, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law) at Arizona State University, where she participated in various activities and externship programs. Ms. Hunter is married to Duncan Horton, a retired member of the Arizona National Guard. She serves as an emeritus member of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army; Phoenix Public Library Foundation Board of Directors; Life Member Boys Hope Girls Hope Board of Directors; Valley Citizens League; Phoenix Pride Commission; and the Arizona Saves Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Charter 100, Arizona Judicial Council, Arizona Black Bar and the Los Abogados Bar Association.
