With more than two decades of experience in nursing management (from Charge Nurse to Director of Nursing), Ms. Berry brings a unique depth of knowledge to her role at IPN. Before joining the team in 1998, Ms. Berry was Clinical Operations Manager for PacifiCare of Nevada, including operations in Reno and Las Vegas. She has made numerous contributions to the quality of health care since 1997 when she established the entire unit dose system for pharmacy/nursing at Las Vegas' Sunrise Hospital. In 1998, she assisted with implementation of the first approved DSI in Nevada. Ms. Berry also developed the QA program for one of Clark County Community College's medical records courses. She was nominated twice as the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year: in 1989 for Medical/Surgery Nurse; and in 1998 for Nursing Management. Ms. Berry received her Diploma in Nursing from the California Hospital School of Nursing in Los Angeles, California. She is a registered nurse in Nevada, California, Arizona, Colorado and Utah. She remains active in professional organizations such as the American Association of Managed Care Nurses.

Ms. Lee joined Pinnacle in 2005 after nearly a decade and a half of accounting and financial management. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she managed the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the Managed Care Division at Sierra Health Services in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Lee began her career in public accounting at Philip Rootberg, CPAs in Chicago, Illinois. Transitioning to the corporate sector, she joined the finance team at Sandoz Agro, an agricultural manufacturer, and later as a Senior Analyst at RELTEC, a communications manufacturer, both in the Chicago suburbs. Ms. Lee received her B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and her CPA certification from the state of Illinois in 1991.
