Mr. Phillips was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2009. Prior to joining Pioneer Drilling Company, Mr. Phillips worked the last 10 years at Cameron International Corporation, serving most recently as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Cameron's Canadian valves operations, Vice President of Marketing and M&A for the valves division, and Business Development Manager for Cameron. Before joining Cameron, he was a Financial Analyst for SCF Partners, a provider of equity capital to energy service and equipment companies, and for Simmons & Company International, an investment bank focused on the energy industry.

Mr. King has served as Division Manager since April 2002. Prior to becoming Division Manager, Mr. King served as Drilling Superintendent from March 2001 when Pioneer acquired Mustang Drilling. While Mr. King was with Mustang Drilling, he served as Drilling Superintendent from August 1995 to March 2001.

Mr. David has served Pioneer Drilling since May 2004. Mr. David recently acquired the position of Vice President of Operations for Pioneer Drilling. Mr. David has over 24 years experience in the drilling industry, including 19 years for Grey Wolf, 4 years as an Operations Manager overseas and as a drilling consultant.

Mr. Shamblin has served as VP/Division Manager since April 2004. Mr. Shamblin has over 40 years experience in the drilling industry having spent most of his career at Flournoy Drilling and Grey Wolf.

Mr. Fuentes has served as Division Manager for Pioneer Drilling since March 2005. He began his career in 1976 with Flournoy Drilling Company in various capacities, which was acquired by Grey Wolf. In 2002 Mr. Fuentes served Pioneer as a toolpusher and in 2003 served as Drilling Superintendent in the South Texas Division.

Mr. Graybill has served as Division Manager for Pioneer Drilling Company since January 2006. Mr. Graybill has 23 years experience in the drilling industry, including drilling experience in various states in the U.S. as well as several South American countries.

Mr. Harris served as superintendent since August 2004 when Pioneer Drilling started the Utah Division. Throughout his oilfield career, he has held various positions to get to where he is today. He has extensive drilling experience in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming & California. He has been in the drilling industry for over 30 years.

Mr. Russell has been a Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling since 2002. He has over 20 years experience in the drilling industry most of which was with Mustang Drilling.

Mr. Farmer has served as Superintendent since December 2004 when Pioneer acquired Allen Drilling Company. After joining Allen Drilling on 1982 he has held various positions and has extensive drilling experience in Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Texas. He has been in the drilling industry for over 32 years.

Mr. Millhouse has served as Drilling Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling Company since April of 2005. Mr. Millhouse has over 40 years experience in the drilling industry serving as toolpusher for Flournoy Drilling, Grey Wolf and Pioneer Drilling.

Mr. Walsh has served as Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling Company since August 2002 when Pioneer acquired Texas Interstate Drilling Company. He has been in the drilling industry for over 31 years.

Mr. Roberts came to Pioneer Drilling Company as a Toolpusher on Rig 50. He broke out in the oilfield in 1976 just after graduating and continued to work his way up to Toolpusher in the Kansas and Northwestern Oklahoma area. He had been pushing tools for 2 other companies since 1981 before coming on board with Pioneer last year.

Mr. Doramus has served in the Sales and Marketing position for the South Texas Division since April 2003. He has 22 years experience in the oil and gas industry with Smith International, including Drilco and Smith Bits.

Mr. Kremling has served as Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling since March 2002. He was a rig manager for Grey Wolf from 1996 to 2002 then migrated to Pioneer Drilling. Throughout his oilfield career he has held various positions on an oil rig. He has extensive drilling experience in South Texas, North Dakota, and Utah. Overall he has been in the drilling industry for 29 years.

Mark Drozd, Drilling SuperintendentMr. Drozd has served as Drilling Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling since December of 2005. Mr. Drozd has over 30 years experience in the drilling industry serving as toolpusher for Richards Drilling, Grey Wolf and Pioneer Drilling.

Mr. Hunt has been a Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling since 2003. He has over 25 years experience in the drilling industry. He has spent most of this career working at Southwest Drilling and Mustang Drilling

Mr. Langley has been a Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling since 2004. He has over 35 years experience in the drilling industry most of which was with Sawyer Drilling.

Mr. Mayfield has served as Drilling Superintendent for Pioneer Drilling Company since April of 2005. Mr. Mayfield has over 30 years experience in the drilling industry serving as toolpusher for Patterson Drilling, Grey Wolf and Pioneer Drilling.

Mr. Darden originally came to Pioneer Drilling Company with the acquisition of Texas Interstate Drilling in 2002. He served Pioneer as a toolpusher until late 2004, when he left to pursue a consulting career with Chief Oil and Gas and later with Devon Energy. Mr. Darden returned to work with Pioneer Drilling Company as a drilling superintendent in March 2007. Mr. Darden has 21 years of oilfield experience.

Mr. Holter as served as Drilling Superintendent since May of 2006. He has been in the oil industry since 1988. He worked for Eagle Operating for 14 years in North Dakota, Montana and Colorado prior to coming to Pioneer Drilling.

Mr. Thompson has served as a director since May 2001. Mr. Thompson serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Thompson currently serves as a Principal of Vector Energy Capital, L.L.C., a company he co-founded in 2005 to provide capital advisory services to upstream oil and gas producers. Mr. Thompson also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ventana Capital Advisors, Inc., a capital advisory company he founded in June 2004. Mr. Thompson was a Vice President of Constellation Energy and a consultant to the oil and gas industry. Mr. Thompson was Vice President and Co-Manager of Enron Energy Capital Resources from February 2000 to December 2001.
