Jodie is responsible for TeachFirst's financial affairs including financial planning and analysis, accounting, contracts, taxes, debt and capital. She also manages the company's human resources policies, procedures and benefits. Jodie has nearly fifteen years of finance experience as well as HR, IT and Operations experience primarily in technology companies. She also has experience with private financing, M&A, IPO and international management. Jodie joined TeachFirst after serving in senior management roles including VP of Business Operations and VP of Finance at Pixelworks, Inc. in Portland, OR. Prior to working at Pixelworks, Jodie held a variety of finance positions at Nike, Inc. and InFocus Corporation. Jodie has a B.A. in business administration from Pacific University. She lives in Bainbridge Island, WA with her family enjoying skiing, kayaking and cycling.

Mr. Gibson has been President of Gibson Enterprises, a venture capital firm, since its formation in 1992. In 1983, Mr. Gibson co-founded Sequent Computer Systems and served as its President from 1988 until March 1992. Before his tenure at Sequent, Mr. Gibson served as General Manager for the Memory Components Division of Intel Corporation. Mr. Gibson serves as Chairman of the Board of Radisys Corporation, and as a director of TriQuint Semiconductor, Pixelworks and Electroglas, Inc. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Oregon Community Foundation, the OHSU Foundation and is Vice Chair of the Oregon Health and Science University governing board. Mr. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and a Masters in Business degree from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Sharp joined our company in September 1991 as director, president and chief executive officer. In May 1992, he became chairman of our board. In July 2002, Mr. Sharp stepped down as president and chief executive officer of TriQuint, and in September 2004, he resigned as an employee of the company but remains as chairman of the board of directors of TriQuint. Previously, Mr. Sharp had served various roles associated with venture capital-financed semiconductor companies. In these assignments he was founder of Power Integrations, Inc. and Silicon Architects, Inc. (since acquired by Synopsys, Inc.). Mr. Sharp was also a Director at Volterra Semiconductor Corp., Megatest Corp. (since acquired by Teradyne, Inc.), Crystal Semiconductor, Inc. (since acquired by Cirrus Logic, Inc.) and Gazelle Microelectronics (now TriQuint). Prior to that time, Mr. Sharp was employed for 14 years by Signetics Corporation (since acquired by Philips Electronics N.V.), a semiconductor manufacturer and for nine years by Texas Instruments, Incorporated, a semiconductor manufacturer. Mr. Sharp also serves as a director of Power Integrations, Inc. and Ambric, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, a M.S. degree in Engineering Science from California Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries in the areas of sales and marketing, business development, strategic advisory, and finance. Prior to joining Worldview, he was with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown's Global Investment Banking group and led their Semiconductor Investment Banking practice. He joined Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in 1996 as the Senior Equity research analyst covering the semiconductor and EDA industries. During his career, Bruce has provided strategic and investment advice to numerous leading private and public semiconductor and EDA companies. Some notable firms include Atmel, Amkor, ChipPac, Cooper and Cyan (acquired by Cadence) Infineon, Intersil, Level One Communications (acquired by Intel), Macronix, MEMC, MIPS Technologies, Mobility Electronics, Phillips Semiconductor, and Pixelworks (Nasdaq: PXLW), where he serves on the Board of Directors. Before entering the financial services industry in the mid 1990s, he held a number of executive management positions over a 17 year career in the semiconductor industry that has included work with start-up companies as well as large multinational firms such as Texas Instruments, VLSI Technology, and Cirrus Logic. In addition to his Pixelworks Board seat, Bruce currently serves on the board of Fyrestorm, a Worldview IV portfolio company, Bruce holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a B.S in Mathematics from Texas State University, and has performed graduate work in electrical engineering at the University of Texas Austin.
