Plexus

Mr. Foate was named chief executive officer in May 2002. Previously, Mr. Foate served as chief operating officer since March 2001 and has been a director of Plexus since March 2000. Mr. Foate joined the company in 1984 and has served in various key leadership roles in the engineering and new product introduction business units. Mr. Foate holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a masters degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Mr. Setton joined Plexus in 2001 as corporate treasurer and chief treasury officer. Previously, from 2000 to 2001, Mr. Setton was a partner in Euram, Inc., a financial consulting firm, and from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Setton served as a group treasurer for Carr Futures, Inc. He previously held various positions at Square D/Groupe Schneider, including assistant treasurer of Schneider North America, trésorier adjoint of Groupe Schneider, and assistant treasurer of Square D Company. He has a BA and MA degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Columbia University.

Ms. Jones joined Plexus in April 2007 as VP of Finance and was named Chief Financial Officer, in August 2007. Prior to joining Plexus Ms. Jones was Vice President, Corporate Controller for Banta Corporation, where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial consolidation and reporting, SEC filings, the treasury function and other senior financial and accounting responsibilities. Ms. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting at the University of Utah and a Master's in Business Administration from Ohio State University.

J. Robert Kronser joined Plexus in 1981 serving in various engineering roles and has served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Strategy Officer since 2001. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Kronser served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Buseman was named Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing Operations in August 2007. Previously, Mr. Buseman has held various management roles in the Company's manufacturing organization. Mr. Buseman has more than 24 years of electronics industry experience. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.

Mr. Frisch was named Senior Vice President, Global Engineering Services in August 2007. Previously, Mr. Frisch has held various management positions in the Company's engineering services organization. Mr. Frisch has more than 18 years of electronics industry experience. He holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Mr. Kelsey was named Sr. VP Global Customer Services in August 2007. Previously, Mr. Kelsey held various management positions in the Company's engineering services and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Kelsey has more than 19 years of electronics industry experience. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. Ninivaggi joined Plexus in 2002 and has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since August 30, 2006. Previously, Mr. Ninivaggi served as Plexus' Director of Legal Services. Prior to joining Plexus, Mr. Ninivaggi served as General Counsel of MCMS, Inc. and as the Associate General Counsel of Micron Electronics, Inc. Prior to joining Micron Electronics, Inc., Mr. Ninivaggi was an Associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in its New York City office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Mr. Mauthe joined Plexus in March 2007 as VP, Corporate Human Resources and was named VP, Global Human Resources in February 2008. Prior to joining Plexus, he was Senior Director of Human Resources for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Mr. Mauthe has over 20 years of HR experience in a variety of roles with Kimberly-Clark. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Norbert College.

Paul is a seasoned executive with over twenty-one years of experience in management, operations, marketing, business development, and sales for a wide variety of technology services and products. His business-growing experience includes using a variety of business models to bring more than twenty new high tech products and services to market. Atkinson's track record includes creating scalable sales and marketing structures and implementing them to create highly successful sales and marketing teams. His considerable resume includes companies ranging from pre-revenue startups, such as Confio Software, to multi-billion dollar public companies, such as Plexus Corp. Recently, Mr. Atkinson was VP of Sales & Marketing when Confio obtained its first customer, raised venture funding, and won the APEX award for 2003 CSIA Rookie of the year. While in the role of Business Development Director at Plexus, he created a profitable go-to-market strategy for a new engineering services division that grew from three to sixty people in eighteen months. He also served on the M&A team that grew the company from $360M to $1.2B in revenue. Mr. Atkinson is active in the startup community, serving on several startup advisory boards, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering with a minor in Technical Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Plexus, Ms. McClurg was Treasurer at Forest Oil Corporation. From 1989 to 2002, Ms. McClurg held positions in banking and investing at the First National Bank of Chicago, Great-West Life Assurance, Enron Capital and Trade, and U.S. Bank. She has worked on transactions that range from $5 million to $900 million. Deal structures include senior secured debt, volumetric production payments, drilling partnerships, senior bonds, land acquisition funds, and equity. Ms. McClurg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona in 1983 and an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School for International Management, in 1988. She has also completed advanced degree courses in Geology at the Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Christofferson has over twenty-five years of executive level experience primarily focused upon capital formation and financial and legal management in the upstream energy industry. Prior to joining Plexus in 2007 he was CFO for Venoco, Inc. (NYSE:VQ) where he was instrumental in the company's IPO and arranged public and private debt financings of up to $500 million. He also formed and led Venoco's Sarbanes-Oxley team. Mr. Christofferson possesses proven abilities in the areas of capital formation, transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation, risk and financial management and analysis. His experience includes capital formation in the form of private and public equity, private and public debt, mezzanine capital and end user financing. In addition he has negotiated and implemented an array of M&A transactions in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Christofferson is proficient in diverse areas of corporate law including securities, business transactions and corporate governance. Mr. Christofferson earned a B.B.A. degree in 1971 and a J.D. degree in 1974 from Oklahoma University. He also earned an M.Div.degree grant ed magna cum laude from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa. He has been admitted to practice law in federal and state court in Oklahoma.

Array

Liz Arbinger, a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and her husband Don joined LCU in 2001. Liz was a board member from 2004 to 2007, then took a break due to other commitments. She is now a Financial Analyst at Plexus and is close to completing her MBA. Liz is pleased to again volunteer to share her experience in making Lakeview a great place to be a member.

Lou has extensive experience in the Printed Circuit board service business stemming from a firm foundation of electro-mechanical design and PCB design layout in his earlier career. Having founded and managed several successful businesses over the past 30 years in this industry. Lou was a partner and founder in Alternate Circuit Design Technologies in 1985. He was a principal owner in Mosher Design Services 1995, a founder of e2E Corporation in 2000 and Co-founder in FCS in 2003. Through the transition (merges and acquisitions) of these companies Lou held positions in manufacturing companies associated with design at Praegizer Industries and Plexus Corporation as senior design manager where he developed a better understanding of DFM. Lou's current responsible at Freedom CAD Services, Inc. are business development, executive planning and financial stability of FCS.

Mr. Nussbaum is a former executive officer of Plexus. He ceased being considered an executive officer or employee of Plexus when he retired as Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2002. However, as a consequence of his many years of service as an executive officer of Plexus, he continues to be compensated under deferred compensation arrangements which were put in place during his service as an executive officer and as the non-executive Chairman of the Board.
