Bob Bailey is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of PMC-Sierra. Mr. Bailey joined PMC-Sierra as president and chief executive officer in November 1993. In September 1994, he helped facilitate themerger of the company with Sierra Semiconductor. Mr. Bailey was elected as a director of Sierra Semiconductor in October 1996, which subsequently changed its name to PMC-Sierra, and was named the company's president and chief executive officer in July 1997. Prior to joining PMC-Sierra, Mr. Bailey was the vice president of Application Specific Integrated Circuits at AT&T's Microelectronics Unit. Brian Holden is the Vice President and Chair Person of the Technical Working Group for the HyperTransport Consortium. He is also Director of Standards for PMC-Sierra, Inc. As Chair of the Technical Working Group, Brian is responsible for managing and directing all developments of the HyperTransport specification. At PMC-Sierra, he is responsible for directing the activities between the company and industry standard groups. Brian has worked in the communications industry for 21 years, serving as the CTO of Integrated Telecom Technologies, Inc., the CEO of Network Synthesis, Inc., and as a Manager and Co-Founder of StrataCom, Inc. He has worked in many standards efforts including IEEE 802.17 and various ATM Forum specifications. Brian holds 17 U.S. patents including StrataCom's original patents. He has also helped to architect and to develop many significant products including the NSI/IgT/PMC AAl1gator and the StrataCom IPX. Brian earned an MBA with graduate studies in Computer Science from Cornell University and a BSEE with highest honors from U.C. Davis.

IAN MACKINTOSH is the Chairman and President of OCP-IP. Mr. Mackintosh is well known in the EDA and Semiconductor industries as an ASIC pioneer with a background in semiconductor design, software development and business management. Mr. Mackintosh, founder of OCP-IP, has been historically on the Boards of groups dedicated to SoC development and IP exchange through open standards and has also chaired working group activity developing Standards for and investigation in, IP Protection. Since 1980, he has held various senior management positions with National Semiconductor, VLSI Technology (now NXP), PMC-Sierra, Mentor Graphics and several start-up companies. He holds a Masters of Science from Southampton University, England.
Mr. Wilks has been a director of PMC since August 2001. Since September 2001, he has been a management consultant and advisor. From October 2000 to September 2001, Mr. Wilks served as Executive Vice President, Internet Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer of Qwest Communications International, Inc., a telecommunications company. From February 1998 to October 2000, Mr. Wilks served as President, Internet and Multimedia Markets of Qwest Communications and from October 1997 to February 1998, he served as President, Business Markets of Qwest Communications. From June 1996 to September 1997, Mr. Wilks served as President of GTE Communications.
Mr. Kurtz has been a director of PMC since April 2003. Mr. Kurtz joined Bloom Energy, a developer of fuel cell systems for on-site power generation, as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. Prior to joining Bloom Energy, Mr. Kurtz served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Novellus Systems, Inc., a global semiconductor equipment company from September 2005 until March 2008. From March 2004 until August 2005, Mr. Kurtz was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Engenio Information Technologies, Inc. From July 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Kurtz was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of 3PARdata, Inc. From August 1998 to June 2001, Mr. Kurtz was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Scient Corporation. From July 1983 to August 1998, Mr. Kurtz served in various capacities at AT&T, including Vice President of Cost Management and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T s Business Markets Division. Mr. Judge has been a director since April 2004 and serves as Compensation Committee Chairperson. Since October 2004, Mr. Judge has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer of Paychex, Inc., a provider of payroll and human resource services. Mr. Judge served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Decisions, Inc. from October 2002 until the merger of Crystal Decisions with Business Objects S.A. in December 2003. Michael J. Callahan has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 1997. Since January 2004, Mr. Callahan has been the Chairman of Teknovus, Inc., a privately held company specializing in communications chipsets for subscriber access networks. From March 1990 through his semi-retirement in September 2000, Mr. Callahan served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of WaferScale Integration, Inc., a producer of peripheral integrated circuits. From 1987 to March 1990, Mr. Callahan was President of Monolithic Memories, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing company. During this period Monolithic Memories became a subsidiary of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing company, where Mr. Callahan was Senior Vice President of Programmable Products. From 1978 to 1987, Mr. Callahan was employed by Monolithic Memories in various positions including Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Monolithic Memories, he worked at Motorola Semiconductor for 16 years where he was Director of Research and Development as well as Director of Linear Operations. Mr. Callahan also serves on the Board of Micrel, Incorporated, which files reports pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or the Exchange Act, and is a provider of analog power, mixed-signal and digital semiconductor devices. Mr. Callahan holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rick Belluzzo, chairman and chief executive officer of Quantum, joined the company in September 2002 and is responsible for its overall business strategy and direction. Since Belluzzo came to Quantum, the company has taken a number of steps to enhance its leadership in backup, recovery and archive, strengthen its underlying foundation and provide long-term value to customers and shareholders. These steps include making three acquisitions, launching a wide range of innovative new products, creating greater operational efficiencies, improving Quantum's balance sheet, and reducing costs. Before joining Quantum, Belluzzo was president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corp. During his tenure at Microsoft, he also served as group vice president of the Personal Services and Devices Group and group vice president for the Consumer Group. Prior to Microsoft, Belluzzo was chief executive officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. Before his tenure at SGI, Belluzzo was executive vice president of the computer organization at Hewlett-Packard Co. In total, he was at HP for 23 years and held numerous positions in finance and marketing during that time. Belluzzo also serves on the board of PMC-Sierra and JDS Uniphase as well as the board of trustees for Golden Gate University.
