Point Realty was founded, right here in Point Lookout, in 1958. We've been here ever since - under the same family ownership. When we started, Point Lookout was mostly a summer community. Our neighboring community to the west, Lido Beach, was mostly sand dunes and brush. You could buy a nice little beach bungalow in "The Point" for less than Ten Thousand Dollars. Since then, a lot has changed, but we've remained pretty much the same. Rosemary Gomez, who founded the company, has retired; passing the reins to her son Paul. We've never tried to be a biggest agency in the world. Instead we've concentrated on providing superb service to both purchasers and sellers. One thing that we've always avoided is recruiting local people to be part time salespeople. We believe that you, the buyer and seller, deserve the help of full time real estate professionals. At present, we have a total of 2 people working here. Both have been in the real estate business for over 20 years...
