Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PolyOne since February 2006. Mr. Newlin served as President - Industrial Sector of Ecolab, Inc., a global developer and marketer of cleaning and sanitizing specialty chemicals, products and services from 2003-2006. Mr. Newlin served as President and a director of Nalco Chemical Company, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, services and systems, from 1998-2001 and was Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman from 2000-2001. Mr. Newlin serves on the Boards of Directors of Black Hills Corporation and The Valspar Corporation.

Mark Simmons joined Efficio as a Vice President in 2005. His areas of expertise include Direct Materials Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management and Low Cost Country Sourcing in the manufacturing sector. Mark has over 17 years of experience in consulting and industry. Prior to Efficio, he was Lead Partner of Ernst & Young's Global Sourcing and Supplier Management Practice and a Principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton based in London. Mark's industry experience includes VP of Sourcing and Logistics at CompAir Ltd (UK) and PolyOne Corporation (US). In addition, Mark served as President of the sourcing software company PartMiner CSD (formerly IQXpert), sold to Manugistics in 2001 under Mark's leadership. Mark is widely recognised in the area of Strategic Sourcing and was selected by iSource Magazine in 2001 as one of the top 50 sourcing professional in the US. He holds a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. A US national, Mark is fluent in English and French.

Imowitz had been with H.B. Fuller Company, a worldwide manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, coatings, paints, and specialty chemicals, since 2002. While there, he served as the global pricing manager and most recently as the director of process efficiency. Prior to that, he held managerial positions in four separate divisions at General Electric Corporation. Imowitz graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor of science in business administration. He went on to earn his MBA from Ashland University. “Both Waverly and Marc will be valuable additions to our marketing team,” said Randy Fortin, PolyOne’s vice president of corporate marketing. “Wave’s experience will help us leverage our wide range of services and capabilities to bring additional value to PolyOne customers and stakeholders.” He continued, “Marc’s experience in implementing value-oriented strategic pricing will help us price our solutions for optimal customer value."

McFarland spent the last 16 years with Buckman Laboratories in Memphis. There, he held various positions including marketing manager for performance chemicals, regional sales manager, and market manager. Buckman Laboratories is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals that are used in the pulp and paper, water treatment, and leather industries. McFarland graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science in microbiology. He went on to earn his MBA from Emory University. He is a member of the board of directors and secretary for United States Deaf Swimming, and vice president of district operations Chickasaw Council Boy Scouts of America.

Retired President of Company Communications and Corporate Image of J.C. Penney Company, Inc., a major retailer. Ms. Duff-Bloom served in this capacity from June 1999 until her retirement in April 2000. From 1996-June 1999, Ms. Duff-Bloom served as President of Marketing and Company Communications of J.C. Penney.

Retired Chairman and CEO of ArrMaz Custom Chemicals, Inc., a specialty mining and asphalt additives and reagents producer. Mr. Campbell served in this capacity from December 2003 until the company was sold in July 2006. Mr. Campbell served as President and Chief Executive Officer and was a Director of Arcadian Corporation, a nitrogen chemicals and fertilizer manufacturer, from December 1992 until the company was sold in 1997.

Retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eastman Chemical Company, a specialty chemicals company. Mr. Lorraine served in this capacity from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Lorraine also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Occidental Chemical Company from 1995 to 2003. Mr. Lorraine serves on the Board of Directors of Carus Corporation.

Vice Chairman, Chief Financial and Planning Officer of Eaton Corporation, a global manufacturing company, since February 2009. Mr. Fearon served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Planning Officer of Eaton from April 2002 to February 2009. Mr. Fearon served as a Partner of Willow Place Partners LLC from 2001 to 2002 and was the Senior Vice President Corporate Development for Transamerica Corporation from 1995 to 2000.
