William J. Doyle is President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp), the world's largest fertilizer enterprise. He assumed his current duties on July 1, 1999 after 12 years as a key member of the PotashCorp senior management team. He has served on the Board of Directors since the company was first listed on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges in 1989. Mr. Doyle is a 35-year veteran of the fertilizer industry and began his career with International Minerals and Chemical Corporation. In addition to his work with PotashCorp, Mr. Doyle is Chairman of Canpotex Limited, on the boards of The Fertilizer Institute and International Plant Nutrition Institute, as well as a member of the Executive Management group of the International Fertilizer Industry Association. Mr. Doyle is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a member of its Board of Directors. He is also on the boards of the Executive Club of Chicago, the Big Shoulders Fund and is a director of the Western Golf Association. He is married and has three children.

David Delaney was appointed President, PCS Sales in 2000, with responsibility for all PotashCorp sales, marketing, transportation and distribution activities. In 2006, he was also assigned responsibility for market research, as well as public and government relations. He joined the company as Vice President, Industrial Sales, PCS Sales in 1997, following its acquisition of Arcadian Corporation, where he had been Vice President, Agricultural Sales, for its eastern territory. He began his career in Allied Chemicals' fertilizer division, which later became Arcadian, where he worked in various supervisory roles. In addition to his work with PotashCorp, Mr. Delaney serves on the boards of PhosChem, Canpotex Limited and the International Plant Nutrition Institute. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, he has completed Vanderbilt's Sales Management Program and the Executive Management Program at the University of Pittsburgh.

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Joseph Podwika is responsible for delivery of legal services to PotashCorp and, in his role as corporate secretary, for the corporate compliance program and for oversight of corporate governance processes. He joined PotashCorp in 1997 as litigation and general business counsel at its Memphis office and later became senior counsel to the phosphate business in Northbrook, where he also assumed responsibility for all US legal affairs. He was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 2005. Before joining PotashCorp, Mr. Podwika worked in the legal department of International Paper Company in Memphis and was in private practice with Jaeckle, Fleischmann & Mugel of Buffalo, New York. Stephen Dowdle brings a depth of knowledge in soil microbiology and agronomy plus frontline experience with international and domestic customers to his position as PotashCorp's Senior Vice President, Fertilizer Sales. He joined the company in 1999 as Vice President, International Fertilizer Sales, and one year later was promoted to Vice President, Fertilizer Sales. He began his current position in 2006, with responsibility for all domestic and international fertilizer transactions. Daphne Arnason joined PotashCorp in 1988 and held various positions in the tax department, rising to Senior Director, Taxation and, in 2003, to Vice President, Internal Audit. She is now responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering PotashCorp's worldwide internal audit program as provided for in the Internal Audit Charter and set out in the Audit Plan as approved annually by the Audit Committee. She is a director of the Saskatoon Airport Authority and serves as chair of its audit and finance committee. Karen Chasez joined PotashCorp in 2000 as Vice President, Procurement, with responsibility for establishing purchasing and inventory control policies, guiding strategic procurement strategies and overseeing negotiations with suppliers. She has broad experience in the fertilizer industry.
